I contacted Bokay (Frankfort, IL) about 7 weeks prior to event. They called me back & we discussed event. They responded w/ a text confirming vases. I heard nothing back from them ...
so I called them 1 week later, the next day, and finally a few days later asking for a quote. She answered phone & said she was busy but would send me a quote via email asap. No emails, no calls. I figured they dropped me. I ordered my own flowers from Costco. They called me the day before the event to see if "I had a minute to discuss the event". Seriously?! I replied that I assumed they dropped me and I have alternative plans. The caller persisted a bit before I cut conversation short, politely. I sent a screenshot of the phone call record. I would be very concerned about the professionalism of this store if you are considering them.
My fiance and I got married about 3 weeks ago, and I was absolutely blown away by the stunning work done by BoKAY!! The owner, Cindy, spent so much time helping me figure out what ...
I wanted (I don't know the first thing about flowers, or what would look good at a wedding!)
I didn't have to worry. I gave minimal direction, and Cindy and her team created absolutely gorgeous centerpieces, and bokays for my bridesmaids and I that left me speechless. The flowers and details were perfect, and lasted almost 2 whole weeks!!
If you're looking for the perfect florist to style your wedding, and want something DIFFERENT than every single wedding you've been to before, timeless, and elegant, then you need to give BoKAY a call!!
I can't say enough good
