Best Kept Wedding Secret! Best food, best service in a remote area and so helpful. Just lovely people - Jack and Dylan were amazing as our servers. Everyone raved about the food and the price was such a value -- delicious. don't let the BBQ part fool you - they have all kinds of great wedding food and their appetizers were just beautiful -- cheeses, veggies and fruits. We also had several vegans -- their Jackfruit was amazing!

Bold BBQ was the best catering company we could have ever asked for. They were so helpful the entire planning process and so supportive of every crazy idea that crossed our minds. They were able to execute our day perfectly and allowed for myself and my husband to sit back and enjoy our day. Bold BBQ catered our wedding this past weekend and our guests could not stop talking about how delicious the food was. My husband and I are both from BBQ capitals and our families are self-proclaimed BBQ snobs, but even they were impressed! The staff and catering experience overall were all fantastic. The buffet setup and table settings they provided felt elevated and we didn't feel like we'd skimped on "elegance" by going with the buffet over a plated dinner. We absolutely LOVED working with Parker and Drew! Right from the start, they were excellent communicators and continued to exude professionalism up until our wedding day. Our menu tasting was a fun date night for my fiance and I as we anticipated our big celebration! As we coordinated logistics, it was incredibly helpful to have a team who not only served excellent food, but also provided bartending and clean up service at an affordable rate. We were able to customize great options to fit both our budget and our preferences. On our wedding day, we again were impacted by their attention to detail: the appetizer board was beautiful, the food delicious, and service personable and efficient. The best food from the best people! Parker and the team were wonderful to work with through the whole planning process. On our wedding day, Parker made sure my husband and I were taken care of and had the chance to get a bite of everything. It was like having a friend there looking out for us! We are a few weeks out from our wedding now, and I still keep hearing about how much everyone loved the food! We were able to take some leftovers home, and let me tell you, nothing beats having the best bbq for breakfast before leaving on your honeymoon the next day!

If you are looking for delicious food and wonderful service, do not look further than Bold BBQ! We booked Bold BBQ as our wedding caterer, and we could not recommend them enough! The experience was great from start to finish. Parker was the main contact for our event, and it was awesome working with him. He was response to all of my main questions and a pleasant human all around. First, the food. My husband and I and now all of our guests have attested to it, the food IS amazing! It was so hard to choose what to include in our menu. We got to try several menu items during our tasting, and I am not exaggerating when I say EVERYTHING was amazing!! But, not only do they offer awesome eats, Bold BBQ does it with style and presentation! Bold BBQ is a CLASS ACT! They are professionals in the kitchen and in how they conduct their business. We booked their Full-Service Catering Package and added the Table/Flatware rentals and are SO happy we did! It was so nice having all of that covered by one company and Bold BBQ does it so well. (We loved their little touch of adding a little leather string/piece and rosemary around the napkins! Even after the wedding, people commented on how nice the place setting looked! I made sure to tell them that it was all our caterer! They were impressed!) Anyways, you can’t go wrong with booking Bold BBQ. They do more than just great food – they offer an experience!

The Bold BBQ Team, and of course Parker, were full of the best food, and service, we had ever experienced. To give a little background, when we first tried their food for our wedding, we had sent our brother in law since we live in a different state. The first words out of his mouth when we called for his review were 'pay this man whatever he wants'. The months leading up to our wedding, Parker was insanely helpful with every single question I had. (And I had a lot!) When I had my final walkthrough, I let all my staff for the venue know I wanted specific things done, such as a simple soda drink for my dad, or a dessert table with scattered cookies from costco per se, and Parker jumped to offer help. I thought it was so above and beyond, to have him so willing to do whatever I needed. He was so kind, knew exactly what was necessary, and it made my part so much easier. The day of the wedding, my now husband was so excited to taste the food. Parker made sure that in-between all our busy moments, he had food and water different places for us. My husband made a comment that he loved their meatballs, and when we got to our table at the reception, there was a whole plate waiting there for him. We opted for buffet style, but parker personally served us, made sure we had everything we wanted and more the entire night. The cake, cupcakes, snacks, food, all were perfect. So many of my guests came up to me ranting and raving about the food, and my husband and I still talk about their mashed potatoes (they are to die for!) as is everything else we had to eat. Thank you, so much, Parker, for such a flawless experience and the best food we have EVER had. We will be wishing for more Bold BBQ, and have already recommended it to EVERYONE we know getting married!

Parker was so communicative and answered all of our numerous detailed questions. We knew we wanted to go with Bold BBQ after the tasting, and our guests LOVED the food. The staff provided amazing service and even provided us with a separate plate of appetizers while we were talking with our guests during cocktail hour. Bold BBQ was the absolute best! Catering was one of the things my fiancé and I kept dragging our feet on (our venue had a lot of rules), and when Bold came on our radar, we had no idea that we had hit the actual jackpot. The entire team was incredible - they responded quickly, offered a free tasting, came to our walkthrough, and handled absolutely everything we asked for! Our guests were blown away by how good the food was, and so we’re we! We even asked for a few special things, and Parker and the team were so accommodating (they brought Mountain Dew for my dad, who doesn’t drink). You will not regret hiring Bold BBQ! They’re the best!

I highly recommend Bold BBQ - they are super helpful with questions, good pricing overall, and offer a free tasting with most of the menu options. We enjoyed everything we had tried so it was hard to narrow it down. We received many compliments on the food from our guests. It seemed like the buffet went smoothly the whole time too. We also appreciate that any unopened trays of food can go with us so we had some leftovers afterward + minimal waste! They are a great team.

I cannot recommend Parker and the team enough. Not only is the food incredible, and all of guests raved about it all night, but the service leading up to my wedding and at my wedding was unmatched. We had them at the Donovan Pavilion in Vail, and they were just a dream. The food came out to the head table immediately upon sitting down, as requested, and the staff at the bar went above and beyond breaking down the entire bar outside for cocktail hour and bringing it inside for dinner without interrupting the evening. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Bold BBQ. The tasting was excellent, staff are incredibly nice, they were no stress about slight number changes, and promised they wouldn't run out of food. They delivered on all accounts. 6 weeks later and our guests are still commenting on the food. Plus, the price was great to feed 150 people. We'd give them more stars if possible!

Let me start by saying that from the time we went to do our tasting with Bold BBQ all I could think about was being able to eat it again on wedding day... their food is SO GOOD! The team at Bold BBQ is easy to work with and our experience with them was awesome - food is something that I think most people get excited about when it comes to weddings and all our guests were raving about dinner! HIRE BOLD BBQ! Our guests loved their food and they helped us out in so many ways. They provided MORE than enough food and it was so delicious! This is Colorado BBQ done right. We picked their chicken and brisket, corn casserole, coleslaw and mac n cheese. It was simple but SO well done! We appreciate them for traveling all the way to Buena Vista, Colorado to be with us! If you're considering hiring the guys at Bold for your wedding, DO IT! They were so easy to work with, quick to respond, and our guests raved about the food (no small feat as half our guests were from KC and are very loyal to their KC BBQ!). I don't know that I'll ever stop thinking about that amazing cornbread casserole... The place settings were amazing as well and really tied the room together (beautiful ceramic plates with cloth napkins wrapped with leather ribbons and a sprig of fresh rosemary... wow!). If I had to do it all over again, the only thing I'd change would be to make sure to go back for seconds!

We had this crew cater our wedding recently and we couldn’t be happier that we chose to work with them. Not only is the food insanely good, but everyone was so incredibly kind and easy to work with. Obviously planning weddings are stressful, but Parker, Drew, and the rest of the team made it a delightful experience! We seriously can’t recommend them enough.

My husband and I are from Texas so we have high standards for our BBQ, especially since we were going to be feeding a lot of Texans, and Bold did NOT disappoint. The brisket and pulled pork are amazing, and I could eat trays full of the cornbread casserole and chipotle apricot meatballs. Their table settings and buffet set up are also really nice yet simple and worked perfectly with our decor. Food aside, our planning experience was also stellar. Planning our wedding out of state definitely came with some challenges, but Parker and the team made it as painless as possible. Their communication was amazing with us and our other vendors, they were super accommodating when we had to make changes or do things out of the ordinary, and you can tell that they really care about their clients and making them happy - something we will forever be grateful for when we look back on this experience.

LOVE this place!!! Parker was very easy to reach and wonderful to work with. And the food! THE FOOD!!!!!!! I wish we could have been able to afford more sides and main dishes because they are ALL delicious!!!! The Mac and cheese and the pulled pork are my faves though. They even offer vegetarian options if you need!! I wish they didn’t just cater because my husband and I would love to eat there again! Can you cater for 2 people?? Lol
