rrange my daughter’s 3rd birthday party was an absolute pleasure. They made everything so easy for us—from selecting menus to choosing bar packages—and were incredibly accommodating. They are both truly an asset to your golf club.
This is the third time my husband and I have hosted an event at Bolingbrook Golf Club, and once again, everything exceeded our expectations. The wait staff was absolutely amazing! Telesforo (“Telly”) and his team were so attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. Their level of service is a huge reason we continue coming back.
We also want to mention our fantastic bartender, Joel, who added to the wonderful experience with his great service.
We will definitely continue to host our future events with you. Thank you for working so hard to meet—and exceed—our expectations

We chose the East Room rather than one of the larger ballrooms because we wanted a smaller, more intimate vibe, and it was perfect. Any issues that came up during the planning process were handled professionally, and Jill truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
Our rehearsal dinner at the Eagle’s Nest restaurant was excellent, and the staff was fantastic. During the rehearsal, when we opened the box to assemble our arch, we discovered they had sent the wrong piece and we couldn't put it together. Jill immediately stepped in and offered the use of the club’s arch, saving the day. On our wedding day, everything went incredibly smoothly, thanks in no small part to Jill, who helped our planner and best man set up the ceremony space.
We visited about a dozen venues before choosing Bolingbrook Golf Club, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. It was the perfect place for our wedding, and we wouldn’t change a thing.

o matter how crazy the request (they even offered up a few unique suggestions on their own!). We hosted every piece of our day here - we utilized the 2 bridal suites upstairs for the girls to get ready, utilized the grooms suite for the boys, hosted our ceremony in the Washington Ballroom, cocktail hour in the Grand Foyer and on the outdoor patio, had our reception in the Reagan Ballroom, and hosted an after party at the bar downstairs. Everything was perfect!
Jill was also incredible. She had every detail of our day organized perfectly and made it the most special event of our lives. I can't say enough wonderful things about Jill and Bolingbrook Golf Club.

Being a Type A bride Jill was very attentive to our schedule and everything was exactly what we talked about. She was also very responsive/ attentive to my long emails which helped ease any worries I had.
Jill and her team decorated cocktail hour beautifully as we had many different items we wanted in specific places.

e. From the beginning they were so transparent with pricing and overall costs, which many other venues we toured were not. They were also so great to work with as we planned our Illinois wedding while living in Wisconsin. They arranged for a private tasting for us which was amazing and we were able to take the food home which we enjoyed immensely. The food overall was a highlight as well, as everything we had was delicious and guests specifically mentioned loving the bosco sticks, chopped salad, and sea bass. They were super flexible in terms of letting us drop off decor as early as the Monday before our wedding, which really made the rest of the wedding week less stressful. We specifically worked with Jill and Javy, who were both amazing and so responsive to all of our many many questions. I would absolutely recommend Bolingbrook Golf Club as a venue - and we will definitely be visiting and eating at the clubhouse restaurant in the future!

ning business (very bittersweet moment)!! After that things kind of just started feeling apart, including the fact we basically ended going through 3 different coordinators. As friendly as a couple of them were, it was just chaotic. I constantly felt like we were all on different pages and a lot of miscommunication. I appreciate the fact they tried to make up for the inconveniences, however I still feel at the end of the day, there was just enough stress built up (until the week before my wedding), that stuff really didn't help. Yes, it's a beautiful place and our wedding turned out great overall. If I could make a suggestion though, I would highly consider hiring an actual planner so they can deal with the inconveniences for you and making sure everyone is on the same page!!!

Having the balcony for cocktail hour & during the reception is so nice, we also used it for our first look. Another perk of this venue is that the food is soooo amazing. We have had many guests mention how good it was. I did not have a planner for my wedding so having the venue coordinator assist in somethings that I didn’t think of, was very much appreciated. Having my wedding here allowed me to easily and successfully have the wedding of mine and my now husbands dreams. I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone.

We worked with the event planner, Kim Krasowski, and she did a great job of juggling our requests and making sure our needs meshed with what they offered us. As we got closer to the event date, she communicated more frequently with us, accommodating questions and changes we had.
The parking situation and easy drop-off were appreciated. We were in the Washington Room, and it worked well for our group size. We also had a Marketplace in the adjacent hallway, and that, too, went smoothly with people able to browse, pass through the hallway, and get settled at the tables.
We had some special meal requests and they were handled with ease. Our chosen menu worked very well, and many commented on how delicious the brunch was and the generous portions. The service was first-rate, also.

hy. Then, once we booked the venue, we met with Nikilett who was absolutely phenomenal. Very friendly and great attention to detail. Also very easy to communicate with and willing to go out of her way in order to help in any way she could. In fact, I reached out to Nikilett several weeks before the wedding letting her know that I wanted to add onion rings to the late night snack menu but I didn't want my wife to know and I wanted it to be a surprise (making home-made onion rings was one of our first dates). Not only did she gladly agree to keep the secret, she even went as far as to create a separate bill so that might wife didn't see it during their final walk through! This wasn't even my idea!
As far as the rest of the venue goes, we couldn't be happier. It started during our tasting, which was a fantastic experience and much more extravagant than we were expecting. They really went out of their way to make sure we were having a great experience. The day before the wedding I headed up to the venue to hit the driving range with my groomsmen. On our way out we checked the set-up and I was very pleasantly surprised to see that they had everything set up and ready to go. We also very much liked that they told us we had up until a couple hours before the ceremony to decide if we wanted move everything inside. This helped ease some of the nerves knowing that we could wait to see what the weather actually was before having to make a decision. And finally, guests had a really nice time out on the balcony. It was a great spot for people to get some fresh air and take a break from the festivities without having to go out and stand in front of the building. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience. The venue was just what we were looking for in terms of looks, but what really sets it apart is the team. From start to finish we had an absolutely tremendous experience with Jill, Nikilett, and the entire staff. I think you will be hard pressed to find a better team more willing to go above and beyond to make sure you have a special day. Bolingbrook Golf Club comes highly recommended in my opinion if you want a nice venue and a great staff. Oh, and I almost forgot, the groom's suite was a nice touch and came in handy before, during and after the festivities!

We dropped our bin off a few days before the wedding and she had the room set up the way we wanted and took care of all of the details. She thought of things we hadn't and she gave great advise. She was also great at communicating with the cook for our dinner and planning special meals for people with dietary needs. The staff was great about having carts ready for us for photos on the golf coarse and everyone was so polite and helpful. They did an amazing job and we could not have been happier.

re great. Everyone had a great time. Francisco, the banquet captain, was great. Food was delicious, came out in a timely fashion. We were ahead of schedule on our day. The golf course is beautiful especially during golden hour for pictures. The large balcony was great for cocktail hour. Very nice facility. The only complaint I have is there was a last minute change and our coordinator we had been working with couldn’t make our wedding, so her partner filled in. As a result, some details were missed. Not a huge deal, but the biggest issue was the tables were numbered differently by this new coordinator and important people were not in the places we put them in the seating chart. Our family is very easy going, luckily, and didn’t detract from our day and the experience. It’s just a little frustrating when you put that much thought and time into placing people at the correct tables.

Dinner: creamy wild rice soup, Cesar salad, rolls, then braised ribs, eggplant parm, or chicken parm.
Dessert: cheesecake with fruit (supposed to be with chocolate, but minor detail)
Sweets table: cannolis, macaroons, salted Carmel brownies, and lemon squares.

the business side of things they were a 5 out of 5.
The contract was very self explanatory. There was a mandatory minimum required for the event, and they applied not only food and drink towards the minimum, but decorations, chairs, and much more. When looking at other venues with event minimums they are almost exclusively related to food and drink. Being able to upgrade your linens, chairs, decorations, and more and applying it to your minimum is HUGE. The ladies and gentlemen working here are very quick to get back to you and are up front and honest about how everything works. The contracts are explicit and everything listed in their will be honored. They will work with you and change the wording back and forth if things need to be altered. Very reasonable and very courteous to work with.
From the execution of services standpoint, another 5 out of 5.
Bolingbrook staff were extremely helpful from the waiters to the bar staff, the golf side of things, and everyone in between. The site is run professionally and from Bolingbrook's side of things, they are all on the same page. Jill and Nikilett also are your advocates with your vendors on site and help out with so much. There were countless details they handled that the bride and groom never even saw nor had to deal with, a very stress free environment. There was only 1 small hiccup and that was in regards to a single bar tender who did treat numerous people rudely. This was something we heard about from several guests.
From a location standpoint, 5 out of 5.
The views are gorgeous, the rooms are beautiful, and the entire venue, both inside and out, is designed wonderfully for large crowds. No bottlenecks, multiple bars, large and spacious corridors and outdoor seating. They allow smoking outside, drinking, and more. Great place to host any event, especially a wedding.
Pooja and I loved our time with Bolingbrook and cannot recommend them enough. Nikilett and Jill were so awesome to work with and we would not change a thing.

the past, but none of them compared to the day of our wedding! From beginning to end the coordinators at bolingbrook were great communicators. They made sure we had everything we needed and all of our questions answered as we went along the way. They were willing to meet as often or as little as we wanted. The food was AMAZING! Our guests are still talking about how big the portion sizes were and how their food was still hot when they got it. Our guests loved the space and loved being able to have cocktail hour outside on the balcony. Bolingbrook went above and beyond and it showed. We could not be happier with our choice to use Bolingbrook golf club!

eautiful, and the staff is over the top accommodating - truly a DREAM TEAM to work with in Jill and Nikilett. I just had the wedding of my dreams in June 2022 and it's all thanks to Bolingbrook Golf Club. The food is delicious, the space is perfect if you have a large guest count like we did, and the fireworks show they offer for your first dance is unlike anything else. Cannot recommend Bolingbrook Golf Club enough!

exibility with food options and making our day what we wanted it to be by choosing this venue. They are very responsive and helpful with questions (Jill and Nikilett). Bolingbrook allows more customization to your day than the other venues that we had looked at and also are more reasonably priced. One unique thing about Bolingbrook is that you can have fireworks at your wedding (for a price of course!) if you choose. Not a lot of venues have that capability and that was one of the major unique highlights of our wedding (our guests were surprised!). Bolingbrook made our day special and we are so grateful for that! We both have nothing negative to say about our experience/wedding at Bolingbrook Golf Club.

The staff was attentive, and Nikilett even helped me with my bustle! She is the real MVP at Bolingbrook Golf Course. If you're looking for a classy venue with exceptional service, look no further.

ill keep it short. Communication is GREAT, Jill & Nikilett went above and beyond to make my day go exactly as I planned. The food was amazing, the carrot cake was out of this world. The venue itself is gorgeous, clean, and just a great vibe. My only complaint is that the wedding ended so fast! Nikilett calmed any nerve I had the day before and she set my room up exactly how I imagined ( I gave her pictures/ inspiration). I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful & smooth wedding day. Lastly, I will add one of the main reasons why I booked at BGC. They are ALL so kind. Every staff member I met I was blown away how helpful, polite & professional they were. They were not pushy at all…We looked at a few venues that felt more like a sales pitch then the start of our life as husband & wife. You will not be disappointed!

ter our wedding. Nikilett made sure we had day of logistics well defined prior to our date. We dropped off all our decorations the day before during rehearsal and by the morning when we arrived to begin getting ready, everything was already set up. We have nothing but great things to say about Bolingbrook and its staff and highly recommend it as a venue!!

her and the other staff. It was also very reasonably priced compared to other local Chicago suburb venues. In particular, some of the things that set Bolingbrook apart for us was the free option to use chiavari chairs and that all decorations counted towards our food and beverage minimum. During our initial visit before we booked, we also got to scratch off a card for a free wedding add-on (which for us was late night snacks for half our guest count!). On the day of the wedding, the staff was very helpful and made sure that we didn’t need for anything during the reception. If we could do it over again, we’d definitely pick Bolingbrook!

welcoming! We love her! Than we got to work with Nikilett that helped plan most of the details and made it look stunning! She is so great, always returned emails and accommodated all of our wants / needs to make our day as special as we wanted! Give this lady a raise ! She deserves it 😀
Food was great ! Well plated and our captain of the room was more than welcoming! Made sure everything ran smoothly for us and checked in to make sure we were good!

changing restrictions and were extremely flexible. This venue has so much to offer with a beautiful golf course back drop and ballrooms, incredibly tasty food, wonderful planners and the convenience of linen and chairs. All of their staff was excellent throughout this whole process, the event itself was seem less!
