They assisted with setting up the reception, even allowing me to utilize some of their decor and signage which saved me money in the long run. They offered kids meals at discounted priced and teen pricing for guests who do not drink alcohol. I wanted mocktails for my specialty drinks and they helped make it happen. I dropped all my decor and seating arrangements off the night before and they set everything up for me. When I arrived, I was provided with my specialty beverage while waiting for our grand entrance to start which was so thoughtful. After our first dance, our head server approached us and made sure we sat down to eat our appetizers which he saved for us during cocktail hour (awww). Then he made sure we took time to enjoy our meal and provide us with beverages upon our request. I really didn’t have to ask for anything as he and the other servers were very good at anticipating your needs. My guests all raved about the food and how much they loved it in addition to how friendly and helpful the waitstaff were. They would take pictures, talk to the guests and get the party started! At the end of the night they were wonderful helping me round up all of the decor I brought from the night before. Exceptional service through and through, from the moment I reached out about a tour to after my honeymoon, they continue to reach out to ensure everything was exactly how I imagined. I highly recommend Bon Appetit for everyone, its affordable, and the staff genuinely care about you and your wedding. (P.S. They have a dock just outside for beautiful photos at sunset!)

Our banquet coordinator, Nikki was helpful and accommodating and went over and above the regular scope of her job to take care of us in the days leading up to our wedding. When I was most nervous (bride stress) she kept calm and reassuring. I always left there feeling taken care of. She was very responsive via email and helped us find solutions when needed. . She worked closely with my wedding coordinator and other vendors to ensure a flawless day. Her team help execute my vision and with the warm sunset lit room, it was even more beautiful than I imagined. Thank you for making my dream for a tropical inspired reception, come true!!!!

running behind getting from our ceremony to the reception and they gave us time to relax and eat (bringing us food) before we were called in to greet our guests. We needed the food and drinks! The food was delicious and many people complimented on how tasty everything was. You can't beat the views in the upstairs room and they did a fantastic job at adding our décor and filling in anything that had gaps. Very professional!

the venue used partially our decorations and partially their decorations, Nancy arranged everything beautifully! The only hiccup we had was that the valet parking that was advertised when I signed my contract was not available day-of and the parking situation was very difficult. I had a smaller guest list of only 55 so I waited until I was able to see everyone I knew was parking was able to get inside. That said, I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone! I LOVED my entire day and the food was fantastic, drinks were delicious, and we had our own waiter checking to see if we needed anything!

Some of the staff paid personal attention to family members or guests that needed extra support. They all were smiling and at points even danced and joked with people. here. When we were deciding on a venue for our downsized wedding, Bon Appetit is who Theresa and I settled on quickly. Theresa talked to Nancy Williams and viewed the available venues that BA offered. Even once we said that we didn’t want to use one of the upstairs rooms, having decided on just an intimate family dinner, Nancy worked with us to set up the perfect ceremony. On the day of our ceremony, Nancy had a beautifully decorated arch set up for us outside, right on the water. There were water and champagne stations set up, and our host Alberto kept the glasses full, even having non-alcoholic champagne available for the guests, if they so chose. The weather, location and views were perfect! After the ceremony, we all went inside to our table, and immediately, our waiter Alessandro, began to take our drink orders. They arrived, and we all ordered. As we found previously, the food at Bon Appetit was amazing. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed what they ordered. Conversation was easy, even though the piano was being played (quite well) right at the end of our table. The volume was perfect. Alessandro was extremely attentive without being overbearing, and Nancy checked in with me several times to make sure that everything was as expected. It was. All in all, a perfect evening. I have no doubt that Nancy and her staff will put the same care and pride into your event as well. Do yourself a favor, and give Bon Appetit in Dunedin consideration for your wedding or family event. I can’t see you being anything less than extremely pleased with how it turns out!

All of their recommendations worked out very well. With tons of color choices and available decorations we were able to create a picture perfect setting for our big day within our budget. I gave me such pride to hear our guests say things like “Best wedding I have been to”, “How did you find this great place”, “The steak was cooked perfectly”, “We loved the food and beautiful view”. We are thrilled with our choice and will hold Bon Apetite in high regard as part of what made our day a big success. The food was delicious and the coffee station was a big winner with me since I am such a huge coffee fan :) Overall my wedding was a huge success, best day of my life for sure and I owe a big thank you to Bon Appetit for helping make it happen!

everything run smoothly. We provided our decorations the day before to them, but did not expect to walk in the next day to so many more enhanced detailed decorations they included to fill in gaps. The upstairs room was breathtaking. For everything Bon Appetit includes such as the cake coverage, chair covers/ sashes, champagne, and food guests loved, it adds up to a great value for the reasonable cost. Multiple guests said it was the “best” wedding they have been to. I arrived with hair/ makeup done and was allowed to put my dress on in the upstairs restroom with sitting area to wait, which turned out perfect.

out of their way to accommodate us and help make our wedding perfect. The food was delicious! We had some very hard to please guests and all of them (kids and adults) were extremely complimentary. No one could believe that it was wedding food! We also opted to do a desert buffet instead of a traditional cake. They did desert shooters, cookies, and all kinds of goodies which the guests raved about. You could tell that the entire staff cared about the wedding. The waiters, after learning that some of the guests were vegetarian, went and got additional vegetarian hors d'oeuvres to bring to them, and remembered they were vegetarian for the rest of the night. They also made sure that a sampling of hors d'oeuvres were waiting for us when we returned from taking pictures during the cocktail hour. When finding out that we were headed down to take additional pictures at sunset while the guests were getting food from the buffet, they made up our plates for us so dinner would be waiting when we got back. Have your wedding here! It was the perfect combination of being incredibly magical and unreal and everything we wanted it to be, while also feeling like we were being taken care of by family members who cared so much about everyone there.

e blue sky. We then had our brunch reception upstairs at 11:30 in the Crystal Ballroom and although our ceremony was small with only 50 people, we were treated like we had booked the venue for 500. We were treated with attention and care through the whole process. They took care of everything which is exactly what we wanted. Nancy was very responsive to our questions through emails. We were even able to come in early that morning to add a few personal touches to the reception room. There was a miscommunication about champagne being served at the reception, but the staff quickly brought up 50 glasses of champagne to make sure we had it and allowed us to settle the bill afterwards for the correction. It was our perfect day and I would definitely recommend this venue.

I was granted every request, and was given good suggestions by the wedding coordinator. I had complete confidence in here and never worried for a second! We had 70 guests and used about 3/4 of the dining area so many more would fit comfortably. We also had the service there - the staff decorated it really pretty. The ceremony space quickly transformed into the dance floor - which we kept full all night. Thank you Nancy and your team - terrific!

The team was flexible with customizing our menu and packages to fit exactly what we were looking for and was very reasonable regarding price and time frame. Nancy ran the show for us and made our wedding day relaxing and fun for us - we didn't have to worry about a thing. We are so grateful for the excellent service we received and hope to host future events here!

but we were told to keep on waiting. 40 minutes later a gentleman came and showed us the room, but could not answer a lot of the specific questions we had. At 12:30 pm when we had already left, Nancy called us to come back as she was now available. At that point we had already decided this was the wrong venue because of the unprofessional customer service. We felt it was too early in the process to have issues.

everything very simple. They set up and clean up everything. The service was also excellent. The head server was right next to us the entire time to get us anything we needed. And then the view, absolutely breathtaking. I'm so happy we picked Bon Appetit and I would recommend it to anyone to make their wedding day easier!

e! Everything was perfect! The staff went above and beyond my expectations carrying my plate, bringing me drinks, the bartender even had a wet cloth ready for me when I had cake smashed in my face! I seriously felt like a princess for the day! Of course the view is beautiful!!!! You can have a beautiful space but that means nothing without the hospitality and kindness of the banquet staff! I cannot say enough!!!

aking you create your dream day. We used many of the vendors that she recommended and we were very happy. The view from the Crystal Ballroom was magnificent. We especially liked that everything was in one area. We were married on one side of the room and then just walked over to the adjoining room for our reception. The food was excellent along with the service of the kitchen and bar staff. Awesome surroundings for photography. Our out of town guests took advantage of staying at the Best Western that shares the same parking lot. They were also thrilled that they could take a short walk to downtown Dunedin and enjoy the sh0ps and restaurants. Classy and affordable!
