Terrible customer service and unprofessional attitude. Don’t use
First, I want to thank Gyzial and bonjour mademoiselle events for making my wedding visions and ideas actually become a reality. What I thought couldn't be possible, Gyzial made it...
happen with no added stress to the bride. From day one of speaking with her, I already knew in my heart that Gyzial and her company were the ones to use on such a magnificent day. Gyzial's attention to detail from every conversation, text, and picture is something that not many people have a talent for. Every detail was explained to me and then brought to life and as you know on wedding days, details matter. The service was incredible and the ease of communication back and forth was amazing. Talking to Gyzial and being able to talk to her in a moments notice made life and wedding planing that much easier. The church, reception hall, signs, and cake among other things were all so decorated perfectly. There was not one hiccup on my wedding day and I owe some of that to Gyzial and her company. She was more than a florist that day. If she foresaw any issues about to arise, she was able to mitigate it with such ease. She even helped bustle my dress when the button to bustle was gone. I recommend Gyzial and her company to help decorate whatever upcoming event you may have. You will NOT be disappointed. She has gained a loyal customer with me and I can't wait to use her again.
