We had a car to take my dad and I to the church and a bus for the bridal party. The drivers were great and punctual. They were flexible with scheduling too, as we made some last minute changes the week of the wedding. Highly recommended!

They were a half hour late then left a half hour early. They get 2 stars because the trolley was really neat.

We rented a trolley for our wedding day and it was so fun!!! It was very crowded in the French quarter - especially with the pop up parade that decided to run down the street on our reception - but our driver was patient and professional and assured all of us who were frustrated with the parade traffic that we would be there soon! He found an alternate route to get there and we made it!! Thank you so much Bonomolo for providing us with such fun transportation and a great driver who definitely had to work under pressure!

We used Bonomolo for our wedding day transportation - 2 minibuses for the guests, a minibus for the wedding party, and the Sprinter for the parents and grandparents. The staff at Bonomolo was always helpful and patient with my many questions. The vehicles were clean and arrived ahead of my requested time; the drivers were friendly and polite. Overall a great experience!

We used their Limo-bus to transport guests from the reception to the ceremony venue and back again. Additionally we used a limo to transport the wedding party on the same route. They were right on time, super nice and great to work with. Thank you!

The trolley car was so much fun for the wedding party. Bonomolo made the whole night of the wedding stress free. We added some time to the reception and they had absolutely no problem with that at all. The transportation throughout the night was perfect! They helped me figure out timing of pick ups and delivery and made it so easy and smooth.

We rented the red trolley to transport our wedding party to and from the ceremony and everyone had a BLAST! Pulling up to the Peristyle in the trolley was the ultimate New Orleans entrance for our destination wedding. Not to mention it makes for amazing photos. The driver was very friendly and helpful with making sure we got to play our music. If you're planning a New Orleans wedding, the trolley can't be beat!

We used a Bonolomo bus for 4 hours for our rehearsal dinner. The driver was great!

Bonomolo transportation was the best! i was nervous at the beginning since i have never hired a transportation company but Missy at the office explained all the details needed. She was patient with me with all the changes i requested. To be able to make my wedding more affordable i arranged a limo transfer from my hotel downtown to my wedding at City Park. I was afraid the 20 minute deadline to get to the limo was going to be a problem but the drivers were so kind, polite and helpful. They waited as one of the bridesmaids was a bit late. i also hired a shuttle from the hotel to City Park for all guests. I am so pleased with this company, i highly recommend it.

We rented the streetcar bus for our wedding to transport the entire wedding party from the hotel to the reception venue and everyone absolutely loved it. The streetcar bus is beautiful and it made for a great photo backdrop! We rented a stretch limousine to transport my husband and I back to our hotel at the end of the night. Our drivers were both fantastic! We were very pleased with the outstanding service and beautiful vehicles we had from Bonomolo!

When planning my sister's wedding last May 2012, I was preparing for the limousine coordination to be the worst part. Same thought for my own wedding this May...I was wrong!! The people at Bonomolo were amazing to deal with and gave the best advice for making things easy and simple. It was one vendor I felt I could tell them what I needed and it would be handled. All of the vehicles were new and spotless and the drivers were very fun and friendly, and I knew that anything I left in the vehicles would be looked after. We reserved the red trolley for our wedding in August and it was perfect! The driver was pleasant, on time, and professional. It was charming and very spacious for our entire wedding trolley. It even came with a banner that read "Here comes the bride" for the ride to the church which the driver then flipped to "Just Married" for the ride to the reception.

We rented a limo for the wedding party and a bus for the out of town guests. Chris was very flexible with the bus. We paid by the hour, and we were able to make as many stops as we needed. We gave them the pick up times, and they made it happen. I only give 4 stars because the communication was a bit difficult. Their computer system wouldn't allow them to add both of the pick up locations, so I felt the need to constantly remind them. I didn't want to take any chances since they weren't listed on the invoice. Also, the guy who answers the phone, not Chris in sales, comes off a bit rude. Don't let that deter you. The drivers are very friendly and professional.

I used Bonomolo Limousines for my rehearsal dinner to bring guests from the hotel, to our rehearsal dinner location, and back to the hotel at the end of the night. We used the bus and had the amazing Jimmy as our driver! (We even did a "Jimmy" chant) Their company was very professional and understanding of exactly what we needed. I would definitely use them again!

When I got engaged, I was overwhelmed with what to do on my list. I had to deal with MANY vendors, some who were nice, and some not so much. The title of this review came about after 3 separate attempts to get quotes from them and not receiving any. I attempted once with their online form and twice by calling them. Each time, the person that answered the pone said it was someone else that needed to give me the quote. I was promised both times that I would be receiving a call back within the day. I never did hear from them. After the third attempt I came to the conclusion that they did not want the business and went with another limo company who was prompt in their response and was very helpful.

We used the Bonomolo trolley for our wedding day transportation. The experience was wonderful! Communication was great from start to finish, the trolley arrived early and patiently waited as the wedding party was running late, the driver kept the AC running the whole time so the trolley was comfortable for our guests to and from CityPark and the driver was also very patient with our loud, partying guests! Excellent service and I highly recommend them!

Bonomolo's was great! Chris was a doll. He was so willing to work with us, especially since we were really nervous about the weather and wanted to make sure that we had last minute transportation for our wedding party from the church to the reception if it rained and we were not able to 2nd line like we had planned. Everything worked out just fine-- there was no rain, but the limo drivers were so nice and friendly and were there to help anyone.
