first time we toured the venue to being our day-of coordinator. The Bird of Paradise package is an AMAZING value for what you get and the vendors that came with the package did a great job as well. Our only "complaint" is that we weren't a big fan of the boomer humor signs in the bar/bathroom area lol, but the rest of the venue is so cool that those are easy to overlook. We would get married here a thousand times over.

, with trees and plants everywhere! It completely wowed our guests, and several people told us it was the coolest venue and most fun wedding they'd ever been to. We loved that the venue hosts the ceremony, dinner, and dancing/reception in 3 different areas (courtyard, greenhouse, and gazebo) even though we'd only been to weddings where the dance floor is surrounded by the dinner tables. The way they do it is different but also better because no one is stuck in their seats all night and can walk around and explore. We got their biggest package that included several trusted vendors which was awesome - less searching and decision making for us! The vendors that are included were all great to work with and did everything the way we wanted. The food and cake were both great, and the DJ can also supply a slideshow, photo booth, fog machine and more to make the party awesome. All the vendors worked seamlessly together and everything flowed so well, we didn't have to worry about anything going wrong. Jennifer was the greatest coordinator, and answered all our questions promptly when we emailed her, gave great advice, and reassured us when we brought up worries and gave practical solutions. She was also amazing on the wedding day itself, making sure we had everything we needed, kept everything organized and flowing on time, and made us feel comfortable and confident. Can't recommend this place enough!!

The vendors we had with the package (Raise Your Glass Bartending, Heidi's Catering, and Valley Mix Entertainment) were top notch and we can't say enough about how great it was to work with everyone! The venue itself is truly a gem in Phoenix. Our guests have raved about how beautiful each space was, and how the event flowed throughout the venue. We loved that everyone could enjoy themselves in the cantina, by one of the firepits, or on the dance floor. It perfectly accommodated our group of 140. We would recommend Boojum Tree to any couple looking for a beautiful and unique wedding experience!

She helped us make decisions with ease. It was nice to not have to do the heavy lifting. Raise Your Glass bar service was incredible. They even served a specialty drink we brought ourselves. Heidi’s catering knocked it out of the park with a played dinner service for 132 people, with no one left watching other people eat. And the DJ, Bret… can’t say enough. Been to too many weddings where the DJ wanted to be the star. It was our night and Bret made sure the mood was right and people knew where to be. 100/10. Highly recommend.

Our guests were in awe of how beautiful the venue was and how well everything flowed throughout the day. Not to mention, each part of the evening had a whole new vibe. From working with Heidi's fantastic catering team to a perfect bar hosted by Raise Your Glass Bartending to working with Birkett Entertainment....we could not have dreamed of a better group of incredible people to host our dream wedding.

e as it has an indoor and outdoor component. It was very easy to tour the property as they have open houses every Tuesday night. At these open houses you get a tour of the grounds and some of their preferred vendors (photo, catering, etc) are available to help answer any questions. There are all inclusive packages available that make wedding planning so much easier! The vendors reach out to your individually, but are all booked within your package. Jennifer, the day of coordinator as well as the owner is very responsive via email or phone and can answer any of your questions. She was very helpful throughout the wedding planning process and day of. About a month out from the big day we had a finalization meeting where we went through the day of timeline and logistics. She was very reassuring that we were at a good spot despite me (the bride) being very stressed out. Our wedding day went so smoothly and it was the best party. We did get married on a chilly night but they have heaters and fire places all over so our guests were still very comfortable I highly recommend Boojum Tree if you're looking for a non-traditional outdoor wedding experience.

The dinner took place in a separate, majical room filled with so many cool trees and lights. There is a whole gandeal space for dancing that was so cool to be up on and fun that it was there just for dancing. Jennifer was so incredible and accommodating. We had decorations of our own that we wanted to put up and she was so gracious and organized when it came to finding the best spot for them and setting them up. She was so organized throughout the planning process and accommodating especially when it came to planning a wedding during a pandemic. We could not have asked for a better wedding planner.

The venue is spread out and primarily outdoors allowing guests to have space to escape to and explore. It feels intimate without ever being crowded. While the venue could speak for itself, Jennifer and her team really make the experience what it is. She took so much of the stress of planning, setting up, cleaning up, organizing and she is simply a bada** human being. She (and her dad who built Boojum Tree into what it is) are some the most special people we’ve met. We were also continually surprised by the quality, professional vendors that they included in our package… Oscar, Sonia, Jillian… they were all rockstars! They all made us feel comfortable, acknowledged and just made the night more perfect than we could have imagined. We would HIGHLY recommend the Boojum Tree and their vendors: great experience that we’ll cherish forever.

I stepped into this venue with my sister who was the bride. I felt what she felt the first time she stepped into the venue. Besides Disneyworld, this is one of the most magical places in the world. When we sat down with Jennifer, I knew everything was going to go just fine. She has a professional manner but you also feel like she is part of the family helping you plan the wedding. If you want a beautiful wedding, this is your venue. Great for pictures, and Oscar for your evening of entertainment. Thumbs up and raise your glass! Hats off to Jennifer, Oscar and everyone that made my sister's night so special. Give it a 10!!!

whelming very quickly. We made calls to look at different venues, and I had heard about the Boojum Tree, but I thought there was no way we could afford the venue but we still were curious. When you walk into the tucked away garden you’re immediately blown away. You can’t believe you’re in the city, it’s stunning with details everywhere that captures your eye. From the waterfalls, the cobblestone, the lush plants, the clever signs, a tucked in cantina, and the impeccable atrium everything felt like a dream. I spoke with Jennifer as she walked me around her family business sharing different accommodations and asking questions that I hadn’t even considered. She was very attentive, and welcoming; it was very different than the hotels, and other venues we visited. There was several different options for packages which were very affordable. They had nearly everything covered, catering, DJ, Drinks, tables, linen, chairs, and it was in a built in price which was broken down into monthly payments. This helped ensure the cost was manageable and kept cost lower and not out of control. All the vendors were incredible, and were so synched; and since they were so familiar with the venue, their focus was on our wedding. Having one place for all our needs for the wedding helped immensely with keeping organized, and stay within budget. Before the wedding Jennifer and I sat down to go over the details for the day, her expertise was so apparent in the different suggestions, and ideas to ensure the guest were taken care of. I mentioned a concern regarding a guest who was in a wheelchair and wanted to make sure she was taken care of. On the day of the wedding, everything came out flawless, we had guest come up and were blown away with how beautiful and enchanted the venue was. As stressful as this day can become, every worry disappeared and it still gives us chills on how perfect everything turned out. Jennifer of course was the incredibly professional, but also warm and so sincere, and it gave us the ability to truly enjoy every minute. Since the wedding we still have people coming up to us and telling us how much they loved the venue, that the food and drinks were amazing, and how great the DJ Oscar was. We were also told how Jennifer went far beyond expectations for my guest who is wheelchair bound, and how they have never felt so well taken care of. For us those are the moments and things that you can’t purchase. Those special touches, the details, the way everyone worked so well together made it hands down the best venue. We can’t thank Jennifer and her crew enough for making our special day, the best day for us and our guest. I would recommend the Boojum Tree, time and time again to anyone who is looking to have a one of a kind experience, with world class customer service.

Jennifer is fantastic and so on top of everything-she is able to corral all the guests and keep the event moving. Really the only downside is that you don't have much time to bring in things before the wedding for setup and have to have everything out that night, but honestly, there is so much lighting and decorations there that you don't really need that much for decorations! Overall, I would pick this venue again every time!

This made us feel so welcomed and seen as a couple. Jennifer was AMAZING to work with, always making sure we had what we needed and that the day ran smoothly. The all inclusive package was perfect for us and all the vendors they bring in and recommend are great.

I highly recommend choosing the all inclusive package - it made our planning process extremely easy and we couldn't have asked for better food, bartenders-and DJ's.
