Loved my experience at BookATailor! The process was so easy and flawless! I made an appointment online, came in they measured me up in 3 minutes and then I choose my fabrics and wh...
at design I wanted. They were able to accommodate my every wish making me the perfect suit. Was very please with the customer service and the sales rep were so pleasant and informative. Would definitely go back!
Awful!!! Unprofessional!!! The suits didn’t even fit. Paid a lot of money and they were horrible
Had an excellent experience with Miguel from bookatailor, needed a tux for a wedding and a few suits. Miguel from the great neck location helped me every step of the way from fabri...
c choice to making sure my order was received just in time. Loved working with him and their staff. The suits look great and the fabrics they use are top quality. I highly recommend going for upgraded fabrics on their shirts as they are some of the nicest I've ever seen/worn.
Thank you.
Very expensive. When they make an error, they don't even have proper customer service to address the issue. I contacted the person who measured me, and they asked me to come in to ...
get measured again. Very inconvenient and very expensive. Nearly comes out to $75 a shirt whereas iTailor is about $40 a shirt for the same quality.
I contacted Miguel from Book a Tailor and he was amazing from the get-go! He worked diligently with me in coordinating a suit fitting for myself and all 11 of my groomsmen. He wa...
s courteous enough to open up shop on a Sunday to accommodate all of us at one time. It was an amazing experience from beginning to end - picking out the material of the suit, the style of the suit, the lining and piping....the beers and espresso didn't hurt either. The best part of the process is that my measurements are now in their system and whenever I want to order a shirt or suit they have everything they need and I do not have to back in to get re-measured. I would highly recommend Book a Tailor to anyone looking to add a custom suit to their wardrobe or to a groom looking to have a different experience in anticipation of their wedding day. Thanks again Miguel!
At first I was contemplating whether I should just rent a tuxedo for my wedding or getting a custom made tuxedo. I came across BOOKATAILOR as I was searching and saw that their pri...
ces were very affordable for custom suits and tuxedo's. I booked an appointment and a few days later I went into their showroom in New York City. The staff was very very helpful and made me realize that I'm only getting married once and that a custom piece would e ideal. Just how my wife will keep her bridal dress forever, why can't I do the same with my tuxedo? I definitely enjoyed the experience, I didn't break the bank and I looked great on my wedding day. I would highly recommend them to anyone getting married. It's like a men's version of a wedding shop to be honest.
