- Laura FrancisDining Room ManagerLaura Francis is a familiar face here in Boothbay Harbor, she has lived and worked here her entire life. Accomplished as a Chef/Pastry Chef and in Hospitality and Restaurant Management, Laura has a passion to work and loves sharing her skills and learning new ones. Family time is important to her and she also enjoys walking along Maine’s beautiful forest trails and ocean shores. Laura has been part of the BHYC team since 2022.

We took the Introduction to Sailing class with Geoff. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. This was a great family experience!

Everyone is so nice. I stayed and enjoyed a book inside with a coffee and then outside on the deck with a friend while my son took beginner sailing lessons.

ugh the entire process, which was over a year in total. The venue is beautiful over the water (even if the weather wasn't), and everybody complimented the food - I recommend the risotto.

Great walk ability town on the harbor. It's beautiful. McSeagull's was awesome, NE Clam Chowda, Bacon Wrapped Scallops, and Crispy Ahi Tuna cakes, yum yum Chef!!
