BoothEasy Photo Booth Company

As someone who owns an event business in Austin, I hate to write this review. BoothEasy and Jonathan came recommended to me from another vendor in town and I was so grateful they were able to service the Celebration of Life service for my father in law in February 2022. Initially, our interactions were pleasant, professional, and they showed up on time to the event. The trouble began weeks after the event when they did not deliver our finished video. To date, more than eight months later, we still have not received the final product promised to us. My family and I have emailed and called the company directly requesting the video 15+ times (See photos). When I finally did get in contact with Jonathan in October, he said my emails had been going to spam. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I said that I would be happy if we could just get the video we were promised and that we paid for within the week. It was ACL time in Austin and while he said they were very busy, he promised to prioritize the video and send me an update everyday until the video was delivered. Another month has gone by and still no video and no response to my follow up texts and emails. This is the single most unprofessional vendor I have ever worked with and I am beyond disappointed that we have paid for a product that we have not received. But more than anything, our family is sad that we are not able to see the videos left by loved ones, I cannot recommend this vendor. There are many other great vendors in Austin to choose from!

Jonathan and his team are amazing! I wanted a "vanity fair" style photobooth for my daughter's wedding at Springdale Station. Boy, did he deliver! They were set up and ready to go and captured so many fun portraits! My favorite was when about 20 of us jumped in the booth for a spontaneous shot with the bride and groom. They were ready! I'm so thankful to have these extra, beautiful images to add to our memories of that special day.

Had a great experience with BoothEasy! They were recommended by friends that did corporate work with them. They traveled to our destination wedding and was huge hit with the guests! Completely customized our prints and GIFs with our wedding logo and names. Guests were able to share their photos right at the wedding via social media and email them to people that couldn't fly out to our wedding. Super professional team to work with!

Working with Bootheasy Photobooths was great. Just like the name - they made things easy for us. The blush sequin backdrop turned out awesome in all the pictures and they didn't limit our guests on photo prints, which was nice when a big group got in the booth. They brought a ton of fun props for everyone to use and also had someone watching the booth the whole time to make sure things didn't get too crazy. So glad we hired these guys for our wedding, it was so much fun and I love looking back at all the crazy pictures our guests took in the booth in the album they put together with our guests.
