Borden Affordable Limo Service

nt to leave a bad review, but I feel obligated to help other marrying couples out. When it came to our wedding day, the bus limo and shuttle were paid for in our contract was not full-filled. We paid for a 30 passenger limo and 14 passenger shuttle. We were told that these vehicles would continuously make trips from the hotel to the venue until all guests were taken to the reception. The 14 passenger shuttle made one drop off and never returned! We spend our cocktail hour trying to track him down. When I called BAL's number, I was told they could give me the cell phone number of the driver so I could call and see where he was..... I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF MY WEDDING! Are you kidding me!? We got a 20 passenger limo to start the night with and the 14 passenger as promised, but at the end of the night two 8-10 passenger shuttles pulled up when we had over 40 guests waiting in the freezing cold! It was a mess. Come to found out that the job was completely outsourced and the vehicles and drivers were not apart of Borden Affordable Limos at all. We called to address these issues with the owner, but were told he was "not in" or "too busy to speak with us" or "he doesn't give out his number to customers". After numerous phone calls, the owner offered to give us a free "night out on the town" or an airport lift. Really not worth our money. We are still waiting for a phone call and compensation from the owner, but will probably never get it.
