Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa

My husband and I had been to The Borgata countless times and when it came time to choose where we wanted to get married, The Borgata was the first choice for us. Maryetta is hands down fabulous. Everything was amazing. 2 years later and people are still talking about our wedding there. Everything was flawless and absolutely beautiful and would do it again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is clean, fun, and awesome! All staff are helpful and professional. My girls threw me a great bachelorette party! Food was amazing-we went to Bobby Flay's. Mixx was a lot of fun. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were seeking a unique place to have our September wedding, and found it at The Water Club at Borgata. It was an amazing venue with top notch service. We couldn't have asked for more!

I used The Water Club Hotel by Borgata to host my small 40-guest wedding in July 2011. I wasn't sure what to expect since it's a part of a casino and not a typical "chain" hotel but it ended up exceeding my expectations in every way! I had to arrange all of the details from out of state and our catering manager Maryetta went above & beyond! We chose The Water Club since more than half of our guests were flying in several days prior to the wedding from the west coast of Canada and had never been to Atlantic City, NJ before. We thought it would be a higher-end great spot with lots of activities at the Borgata to occupy the different age ranges. They gave us a great group discount on the hotel rooms despite it being prime tourist season. We had private rooms on the event level for the ceremony and 4-hour cocktail hour/dinner. The reception room (Aqua Room) had magnificent views of the city and once the sun went down, we were able to open up the curtains to reveal a wall of windows showing off the skyline. We were actually the only event going on that night so we had run of the event level floor without worrying about guests from other groups wandering into ours. EVERY person we encountered, from the bellmen to the catering staff and everyone in between had the BEST customer service and went out of their way to help us in any way possible, whether it was helping unload welcome gift bags and centerpieces from the car to helping us find our engraved champagne flutes the day after the wedding that we had forgotten to take back to the room with us after our reception! I didn't have to worry about anything during the ceremony and reception - a manager was with us every step of the way. The food was out of this world! Huge portions - it got rave reviews from everyone that attended. The appetizers were awesome and we went with a raw seafood bar that was a huge hit! The pastry chef that designed our cake did a phenomenal job - it was beautiful and simple, exactly what we wanted. A great ending to the night was all of our guests being able to enjoy the casino until the wee hours of the morning! I wouldn't change anything about my wedding day and venue. The best customer service I have ever encountered from any hotel!! I would highly recommend The Water Club for any weddings as well as non-wedding events and meetings.
