Borsari was an amazing venue for our reception. The staff and organizer were very professional and on top communication throughout the process. We were thrilled with the quality of service for the reasonable price. And the food supplied by Treats catering was amazing!
A beautiful venue to host an event! We had our wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. They were so accommodating, as it was raining the day of so they shifted the ceremony into the wine cellar (as discussed prior). They did everything with such ease I didn’t feel any stress at all! Jeni and her team were wonderful throughout the process. The food was also amazing! Treats catering did such a wonderful job! We had 80 guests at our wedding and we did three plated meal options and the food came out hot and on time; it was perfect. They accommodated all food allergies and even kids meals!
Borsari Gallery is a beautiful wedding venue for a reasonable price in Cape Cod. The venue was the perfect size for a wedding of 60 people, from ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception each setting was absolutely beautiful. We had an absolutely amazing wedding at this venue but I think it's important to know both the positives and constructive comments for the venue. My recommendation would be to have a wedding planner that manages all of your interactions with the venue as it's not the most customer service oriented/organized and if you don't have a wedding planner there are a lot of items that fall on you to setup on the day of. There were also several items that felt very rigid/inflexible. Bottom line as a bride don't expose yourself to the behind the scenes and let a wedding planner manage it for you and you'll have a great wedding here!
We had our rehearsal dinner at Borsari and it was truly amazing! It is one of the most beautiful, intimate venues we've seen on the cape. We did a clambake and our guests loved the food! 100% recommend for any event you're planning.
I officiated and attended a lovely wedding at Bosari in early May. The wine cellar was the perfect place for the ceremony , the outside patio was perfect for cocktails and a raw bar and the gallery was ideal for dinner and dancing. The entire staff was incredible- friendly, professional, kind and took great care of every guest. Nick the chef was on top of every detail with the food. Great flavors, perfect temperatures on the filet mignon for a group of 60 people - not an easy task. Jenni, the coordinator for the event day, made sure the everything was perfect from start to finish. She was a total pro and remained flexible and responsive to every need through the event. The event flowed seemlessly under her supervision and the new couple didn’t have to think about or worry about a thing. They just enjoyed and were able to be completely present for this amazing event of their lives. Kudos to the great staff and this incredibly special place!
Sorry for the delay in my review.
I was studying for not only my bar exam, but also my Series 7 exam.
The service was embarrassing.
What ever you do, do not as for anything other than exactly what is put out or being served to you.
If you do, Jenny will bite your head off.
Not sure what her position is there, but she definitely set the mood for the rest of the disgruntled staff.
We are all professionals who have not seen each other since graduating from Tufts in 2007.
With this said, we switched our seating arrangements to better accommodate our conversations.
For future reference, DO NOT DO THIS!!!!
Jenny, was thoroughly out of sorts and could not handle the task of redirecting our meals.
Her negativity spilled over to the rest of the staff. The girls appeared fearful of her and never smiled.
For me, a smile is paramount to all other services provided for a wedding.
This was not the case at all.
The staff should look like they are as happy to be there as the wedding guests are.
On another note. Kudos to the chef(s).
Although the presentation of the food was a little messy and a little cool, the meal was very tasty.
My guess is that the unorganized delivery of the dinners were due to Jenny and the wait staffs lack of enthusiasm and team work.
Borsari Gallery was the perfect venue for our intimate and romantic wedding. We knew within 5 minutes of touring the property and meeting Tabitha that this was the place for us. We couldn’t be happier with the staff, food, and ambiance of the venue. Tabitha was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the months leading up to the wedding. The owners Bob and Cathy were on site the day of walking around the property making sure everything looked perfect for our big day. We can’t thank them enough!
I cannot recommend Borsari Gallery and Tabitha more highly for a wedding venue - best decision ever! Tabitha orchestrated the perfect wedding day for me and my husband. Everything was simply incredible. She is extremely knowledgeable, organized (!), honest, creative and funny!! I loved working with her. We had a December wedding. We were married in the wine cellar (followed by a stellar cocktail hour) and we had our reception in the gallery. Walking into the gallery, all lit up by candles, was a moment I will never forget. It was truly stunning! Honestly, if you are thinking about Borsari Gallery for your wedding, no matter what the season - do it!!! Best decision ever!
The Borsari Gallery was a perfect spot for an intimate, casual wedding. It was the only location we walked into and felt like it reflected our personalities -- we were looking for low-key, casual, with filled thoughtful, personal details. The last thing we wanted was a pre-packaged Cape resort wedding. The Gallery was a great fit, offering a lovely wine cellar for the cocktail hour and our reception in the beautiful interior of the art gallery. We were even able to turn a funny side room into a kid's room, which was really popular with the parents. They host the wedding ceremony on the drive at the side of the gallery, which looks onto a perfectly maintained lawn/garden where we got stunning wedding photos done.
We and our guests were well taken care of by the Borsari team. Tabitha was a delight to work with, filling in all the gaps that an inexperienced bride may not consider. She was super responsive and understanding, and worked hard to make our vision a reality. Bob and Kathy, the owners, were also very hands-on, helping to make the day perfect for us.
Overall a delightful experience - would definitely recommend!
The Borsari Gallery in Dennis was the only venue my fiance and I physically looked at and our minds were made up by the time we left our meeting. The space was perfect for the fall wedding we were planning and unique doesn't even begin to describe the gallery. Many of our guests told us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. What most impressed me was that the owners of the gallery were on site the day of the wedding along with the event planner. They were all so welcoming to all of our guests and not only wanted to make sure myself and my now husband had everything we needed but wanted to ensure that our guests were comfortable and having fun. If you are looking to have an intimate wedding reception you can't go wrong here.
I recently photographed a wedding here and was impressed with how detail orientated the staff was. They take great pride in the success of every event that they host. The barn photographed so beautifully and made for some unique and rustic photos. I loved shooting here. It was a playground for my camera and eye. The floor plan is unique and offers privacy during dinner so you don't feel like your in a massive cafeteria but a cozy farmhouse instead.
After seeing Borsari Gallery online I instantly made an appointment to go see it. It was the only venue I saw and we booked it on the spot. It was exactly what I wanted for my intimate wedding. It has a ton of character and class without being too formal or nautical, which I feel like every other Cape venue is. For someone like me who likes things easy, it barely needs decoration. Tabitha the event planner is amazing. I have literally never sent her an email where it took her longer than a couple hours to respond. I don't know how she handles the amount of weddings that she does, but the Gallery does weddings like a well-oiled machine. I was so delighted on the day that the owners, Bob and Kathy, were there to oversee, and we were treated like royalty. Everyone was so kind and attentive, I didn't have a thing to worry about, and it was the most wonderful day ever. Thank you so much to Borsari Gallery, I would recommend them to absolutely anyone!
This place just "felt right" from our first visit. It's not for everyone… the venue only holds 90 to 100 people, and that's only if you have a non-seated cocktail-type wedding. The feel, however, is exactly perfect for those looking for a Cape Cod, rustic, no-fuss, romantic setting for their nuptials. I loved having everything in one spot… ceremony, cocktail hour, reception. And while the venue is small, and if you're lucky enough to get great weather for an outdoor ceremony on the crushed shell driveway, it offers diversity due to the amazing downstairs wine cellar hosting cocktail hour and the pre-decorated gallery upstairs for the reception. My guests are still raving and I'm still swooning about how perfect it all was. The event planner and the owners were helpful and accommodating. This place was an absolute gem of a find for my husband and I… I almost want to keep it to myself, but would hate to deny anyone the experience like the one we had. This place is BEAUTIFUL and you will know whether or not it's the right place for you the minute you walk in.
Borsari Gallery was the only place I went when I was looking for a venue for my wedding. Once I stepped in I knew it right away. It is beautiful, full of character and most importantly they are great to work with. Tabitha -the venue wedding planner is so professional, kind and sweet that I felt really sad when all is over because I was not going to have to talk to her on the weekly basis. She always answers my emails and went above and beyond everything. She really loves what she does and it shows. Bob and Kathy (the owners) are just as lovely. On my wedding day (which was supposed to be outside) it rained all day. We, I mean Tabitha had to change everything and it turned out to be just perfect (I ended up getting married at the wine cellar which is, as far as plan B goes (and All brides should have one) just as good as plan A. The vendors they work with are just the best of the best and you don't have to worry about anything because they do take good care of you. All the guests loved the food, the venue and it was just a great celebration thanks to Tabitha, Bob and Kathy.
After looking at a bunch of places on the Cape (most of which are resorts that pump out weddings or old sea captains homes) I stumbled on the Borsari Gallery online somewhere. As soon as we walked in to check it out we all knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. The wine cellar with the french doors open to let in the sun and breeze was lovely for the ceremony and the gallery itself for the reception was so intimate and all in all just perfect! You really can't beat the atmosphere there, and the artwork on the walls is gorgeous as well.
Everyone who owns and works for the gallery was so dedicated to making sure we had a perfect day that we couldn't have anything but a perfect day. They were flexible in working with us, like when we needed to check measurements of the ceiling in the wine cellar or bring in some items earlier than usual for the wedding, or cram in a few more chairs than they're used to. We were also given great recommendations for vendors, and were pointed in the right direction when making choices based on what has worked well there in the past. They set up your event the night before so there was no worrying about a mad dash to have everything decorated and laid out on time; we knew everything would be perfect and it was. Everyone was very attentive to our needs throughout the event; getting us things before we even knew we needed them and keeping us on track for the night.
We did have a hiccup with our contract, but this really is a gem of a venue and it was the perfect setting for a perfect day.
The Borsari Gallery was my first choice because it is the perfect venue for an intimate, romantic wedding. We planned our wedding in less than 6 weeks and it went off without a hitch! The owners, Bob and Kathy are wonderful and very accommodating. The wedding planner, Tabitha Karch is equally fantastic. We held the ceremony in their wine cellar which was great! If you are planning a wedding for 100 people or less this is the place!
We chose to have our wedding ceremony at the Borsari Gallery after researching a few of the local venues. This rustic, yet elegant, restored barn-turned-art gallery provided us with the warm, cozy, loving atmosphere that we wanted to create when we shared our vows.
Bob and Kathy went out of their way to take my vision a step further and make it a truly memorable event. We, and our guests, cannot say enough!
While the Gallery can host an entire wedding reception of up to 99, we only chose to have the ceremony there.
