We shopped at several other places before finding Stephanie at Boston Diamond Company and out experience was night and day. We had a private appointment where she patiently guided...
us through our options. I was looking for a band to compliment my antique diamond engagement ring and we found one that was beautiful and with a minor adjustment, matches perfectly. For my husband, she was able to find a unique ring that fit his personality perfectly. His ring had a minor flaw upon receiving it and Stephanie went out of her way to ensure that it was fixed ahead of our wedding. Both rings are perfect, reasonably priced and Stephanie was a pleasure to work with.
Stephanie and Boston Diamond Company are the best of the best! When my husband and I were casually browsing engagement rings, Stephanie was attentive and helped me to better unders...
tand the process and took time to explain the different elements of the rings I was looking at, knowing we were just browsing that day. While other jewelers tried to push a sale to my now-husband, Stephanie took the time to really work with us and understand what I was looking for. In a sea of male-owned jewelers trying to push a sale to the man/person who's proposing, I appreciated that she was a woman-owned business who valued the bride and knew that I wanted to feel comfortable and educated on the style and quality as well. When my husband went back to ultimately purchase the ring through her, she remembered what I liked, helped him navigate the process and find the absolute perfect ring, and she went above and beyond to help him pick up the ring in the height of covid/quarantine. We went back to get our wedding bands through her, and she helped us to find the perfect sets. Thank you, Stephanie, for being the best!
If you are looking for the perfect place to design your perfect ring, you HAVE to use Boston Diamond Company.
WOW is all I had to say when I saw it. This ring is better than I cou...
ld have dreamed of! I feel like I have a $100,000 ring!
First of all let me start with how wonderful Stephanie is to work with. I was part of the design process with my fiance. My fiance set up a meeting with Boston Diamond Company during this pandemic and it was AMAZING.
Stephanie matched the center diamond to the ones in the ring, STUNNING, she matched them perfectly! They also had great pricing and we looked EVERYWHERE in Massachusetts and New Hampshire!
We went to so many places before Boston Diamond Company where it felt like everyone was trying to upsell us and didn't care about how we felt. Stephanie was not like that. She was 100% honest and wanted us to have the perfect ring. We also loved her personality, she was just so nice, someone we would be friends with. She made me feel at ease and we are so thankful!
Then came the moment, the proposal. When I saw the ring, time stopped! It was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! They had done everything I wanted and more! It even sparkles in the dark. It was the most beautiful and sparkly ring I had ever seen, I couldn't have imagined it to be this stunning. And it looks HUGE! It has so much brilliance and fire, the halo made it pop, all the fire reflecting off of it. Plus I have a pear-shaped ring and because the halo adds extra protection we didn't need a prong at the front. It literally looks like one huge diamond. I suggest it if you are considering a halo. Inside the ring, my fiance added two hidden gems to represent us. It was such a special addition.
This ring is such high quality, you'd think it were a Harry Winston BUT BETTER. Way more modern and better quality (trust me we looked for fun there). We also went to Tiffany's and it was junk in comparison (weak structure, lower quality diamonds, and the diamonds in the ring are not sealed in there like they are at Boston Diamond Company) I swear this local boutique will be the next big thing and I'm so happy we found them. This ring is a show-stopping dream ring. I can't take it off!
I cannot stop looking at my beautiful ring, I'm looking at it as I write this! I cannot thank Boston Diamond Company enough for making all our dreams come true. We joke that this ring got us through the pandemic and it really has. Thank you!
If you are worried about finding the perfect ring I hope this review helps you rest assured that it is the best place you could ever find! Highly recommend!

Fellas - for those of you who aren't familiar with the ring industry...it can be overwhelming.
Infinite possibilities to choose from, and infinite costs if you find yourself with the wrong jeweler.
Stephanie was clear on pricing and options, brought out some samples, and rendered some awesome photos so the ring I envisioned was the ring I got.
Needless to say, my fiancé was thrilled...so much so she only picks things up with her left hand ;)
Amazing job, looking forward to going back for other gifts.

ur behind - Stephanie was so kind and patient, waited until 6:30pm for me so I could pick up the diamond earring studs I bought for my wife. I recommend them to everyone looking for something small and personalized to a large signature piece. Stephanie is the best around!!!!

how amazing Stephanie and her team are and what a large selection of diamonds and settings they have. From the moment we walked in, Stephanie was beyond helpful and kind. They helped us choose a truly unique and gorgeous diamond. After almost 2 full years, we were finally ready to look for the perfect wedding bands. We never even considered looking elsewhere. After being greeted with a smile, Stephanie was able to help us make confident decisions on which size and style were perfect for us. We got our bands fitted within just a few weeks and Stephanie even had them engraved for us! What a special and sentimental treat that we will have forever. We are SO happy with our choices, the quality, and customer service this amazing place has to offer. Truly a diamond in the rough. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment as soon as possible. It is most definitely worth it.

do anything to help the customer they are working with.
I am honored to have bought an engagement ring through Stephanie. She went out of her way, and above and beyond, to truly satisfy my needs.
The service was absolutely incredible and probably the best service I've ever received while purchasing something. I went to many stores, in many different states, looking for the perfect engagement ring. Not only did I find it here, but I was blessed to have the best service I could ever ask for.
I will be going back to purchase the wedding band as well as any other jewelry I buy in the future
I'm not really the type of person to write reviews good or bad but Stephanie was so amazing in helping me that I wouldn't feel right if I didn't give her the praise she deserves!

I shopped around at a few places for an engagement ring not really having a clue what I was looking for and it was extremely frustrating to say the least with the first few places I stopped at. I got that cheesy used car salesman feel from every sales person I met at other places. I eventually found Stephanie and it was a breath of fresh air. No pushy sales pitch, she just listened to what I was looking for. Within an hour we had built a ring that was perfect. (she's a very willing and patient hand model by the way!)
A few weeks later I proposed to my now fiancé but the ring was too small. I contacted Stephanie that very Sunday morning after I proposed asking how we go about getting it resized (assuming it might take a week or so). She told me she could see me in an hour or two which was great, but I assumed I would be just dropping the ring off and having my fiancé's finger measured. She told us she'd have it resized and ready in a day! It would have been such a let down after getting engaged and having such a memorable night to have to give the ring back and leave it with them for a week or so, but Stephanie had it resized in a matter of a day!
Top notch quality service. I could not endorse this business more strongly, specifically Stephanie!
My fiancé and I went to Boston Diamond Company for my engagement ring because of all the amazing reviews on Yelp and Google. Stephanie didn’t disappoint! She was able to find a set...
ting that was exactly what I wanted (she also does custom designs or customizations on her showroom pieces) and gave us several options within our budget — we did end up going slightly over, but it was completely our choice and Stephanie didn’t pressure us to spend the extra money at all. When I had a problem with my engagement ring about a week after my fiancé proposed, Stephanie was super accommodating and able to fit us in that same day. We will definitely be back for our wedding bands and any other jewelry.
It did take a couple months (approximately 13 weeks) between picking out my ring and it being ready for pickup, so make sure to plan ahead and start shopping early. However, it sounds like they’re especially busy right now and the turnaround times are much longer than usual.
They are amazing at what they do, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They made the process of designing a ring simple and exciting. My fiancee loves her engagement ring. We...
went back to design our wedding bands, and then this past Christmas for a necklace. My fiancee receives a ton of compliments everyday. She's already hinting for me to go back for V-day. Its in the plan.
Thanks Boston Diamond Company!
