Zero stars. None. We booked a 32 passenger bus for my wedding and I communicated what seems like 100 times with Dev about the expectations for trips and timing. We were supposed to...
depart the hotel at 3:30pm. After multiple calls for an update, being told it’s 5 minutes away, then 3 minutes, the bus didn’t arrive at the hotel until 3:55. There was no communication about being late, no apologies for screwing with the timing of our wedding. The driver looked like a deer in headlights when I questioned if he knew where he was going and what time he needed to be in these places. Then my dad and photographer had to direct him where to go. Being this late made everything else that day late, and we missed out on a lot of time with our photographer, unable to take some photos of a day we’ll never get to do again. When I contacted them after the wedding to complain, they stated there was “traffic” and the “best they could do” was offer a deal on our next ride. But no phone call to tell us there was traffic? No communication whatsoever why they were 25 minutes late?? We would have found alternative transportation if we knew their ETA. This company is a scam. They don’t care about your needs or special events, do not book with them. Everything else about our wedding was perfect, and this experience truly tarnished that. Save yourself the stress and money, book elsewhere!!!!!!!!
We used this service to take a large group to and from the NCAA lacrosse national championship at Foxboro. I left my sunglasses in the limo and emailed them about getting them ret...
urned. I received an email back from Basu telling me they found them and the driver was bringing them back to the office. I sent him my address and provided him with a Fed Ex number to pay for the shipping. A week goes by and nothing. I follow back up and he says he'll call me back. It's now been a month and they've gone dark. Basu and owner, Raj Singh, are crooks and I would highly recommend avoiding doing business with them.
We used Boston Luxor Limousine for our daughter’s weddings. We Book rolls-royce and Motorcoach 54-seater bus . The bus was excellent - really good condition, clean, new and very pl...
ush. The booking and payment were hassle free. The driver is really excellent. He arrived on time, counted the kids, and texted us when they were dropped off at the location. All this is for a very reasonable price!
