Boston Marriott Burlington

Our daughter's wedding (~500 Guests) was at the Burlington Marriott Mid-September. Sarah Gaffney was our wedding coordinator. We and ALL our guests had the most memorable Wedding Celebration Experience. Credit goes to Sarah, Janelle and the entire Burling Marriott staff. It was great working with Sarah every day until the wedding as well as the night of the wedding. Sarah is a meticulous planner and there was not a SINGLE glitch. Banquet managers, Julio and Younes along with banquet staff were amazing. Everything went as smoothly as possible. Sarah did just that---she made sure everything was the way we wanted it. We are forever thankful to Sarah and the Burlington Marriott Staff. Decoration was by Prasang and the food was from Gourmet India along with BAPS, Sarah coordinated with them and the execution was FLAWLESS! We highly recommend Burlington Marriott and Sarah for any event!

I can not say enough about our wedding at the Burlington Marriott. Sarah was such an AMAZING coordinator and was there for us whenever we needed her. She made sure our wedding was exactly how we pictured it. She was very responsive to our e-mails and questions and always made us feel comfortable. Having our wedding here was a perfect dream. It made it very easy for our planning by having the cake included in the package, as well as the tablecloths and centerpieces. It made for one less thing to have to worry about. Having your wedding reception inside a hotel also allows for an easy way to accommodate all of your guests from near or far. Sarah's friendly and outgoing personality can calm any stressed out bride. The staff were all super nice, helpful and friendly. They made our dream night become our reality. I can not recommend the having your reception at the Burlington Marriott enough! You can not go wrong! :-)

Our wedding was this past August and it was nothing short of spectacular! Sarah Gaffney was our coordinator and that woman is FABULOUS. She listened to every little complaint and detail with a big smile. Planning a wedding is NOT easy, but she made it easy. I've never met anymore more organized and on top of her game. If there were any problems or mishaps, she solved them, no problem. She was always keeping us in the loop and worked with us right until the end of our wedding. The Marriott itself is warm and accommodating . Everything looked beautiful and elegant, just what we pictures. FOOD-to die for. The tasting was the best part. However, every guest I spoke to couldn't say enough about how great their meal was. They even used my mother's salad dressing recipe. THAT is how accommodating and open they are. They literally just want your special day to be perfect, so they try their best to comply with your requests. My parents surprised us with a special video, the banquet manager bent over backwards to make sure everything was setup and timed perfectly. If you are looking for a hotel wedding LOOK HERE. I have always been partial to Marriott hotels and I am so glad I chose to have my wedding here.

My husband and I decided to get married at the Boston Burlington Marriott. We had the pleasure of working with Sarah as our wedding planner. Right from the start, she was amazing to work with. Sarah constantly kept us in the loop. She made sure every question we had was answered, that every need or want we had was met and really took the time to make sure all the details were perfect giving us the flawless wedding of our dreams! The ballroom was amazing, the food was delicious, all the staff was more then accommodating. If you are looking for a great venue and staff to work with look no further then the Boston Burlington Marriott! We got married two weeks ago and our guests are still raving about how great a time our special day was! Sarah and Staff = 10/10 Professionalism=10/10 Food=10/10 Ballroom setup and decor=10/10

Our wedding was on 01/07/2017 and the Burlington Marriott did a unbelievable job. Working with Sarah and Danielle was awesome. They were very helpful and took care of all of our wants and needs. The venue is absolutely beautiful! Our wedding went perfect thanks to the staff!

Sarah Gaffney was our wedding coordinator. It was great working with her every day until the wedding as well as the night of the wedding. Being a bride, you have to have all the confidence in your coordinator to make the ballroom look just like you imagine & everything goes as smoothly as possible. Sarah did just that---she made sure everything was the way I wanted it. Sarah was even waiting outside in the back for us when we arrived in the trolley to make sure we were situated in our photo room and that we were all set from the minute we got there. The night of the wedding she made sure we had a drink in our hand & made sure that we had time to eat which I will be forever thankful for!!! She made sure we were all set before she left for the night and made sure to let us know when she was leaving and who to talk to if we needed anything. The food was delicious and I received many rave reviews about the food. I would highly recommend the Burlington Marriott as a venue!

Excellent venue to host an event! We held our wedding reception at the Marriott in Burlington, MA this past September and they truly met/exceeded all of our expectations, helping us create an unforgettably joyous day! Planning a last minute wedding was stressful, but this venue was perfect! They were in constant contact and very flexible and helpful. No one would have guessed we planned it all in a month, it was flawless. Very kind people and perfect location. Our guessed were very pleased as well. I would definitely recommend this venue.

The Boston Marriott Burlington is an absolutely amazing venue that you've ever wanted. With the recent renovation, this venue is every girl's dream to have all your friends and family in one place but still have the convenience of great on-site locations for photo options . Danielle and Sarah (Sales and Event event coordinators) were so easy to work with and made wedding absolutely memorable. Choose Boston Marriott Burlington, Danielle and Sarah, you won't regret it!

We had a great experience working with the Burlington Marriott. We worked closely with Sarah Gaffney and she was amazing. She responded quickly to all of our needs and was willing to work with us to ensure everything was perfect. We were very happy with the ballroom and the the food. She was able to connect us with some great vendors for our cake, flowers and transportation. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking to get married.

We were extremely happy with the Marriott Burlington for our wedding. The food was fantastic and the service was great! Janelle, the coordinator, was professional, friendly, and very attentive to our thoughts for our wedding day. The effort of Janelle, the chef, and all the staff was very appreciated. They captured our wedding day exactly how we envisioned it.

My husband and I fell in love with this venue as soon as we walked in and knew it was where we wanted to get married. It was perfect because we were able to have everything in one place... we had our ceremony poolside, cocktail hour in the long corridor, and reception in the giant ballroom (our 300 guests fit comfortably). Because it is a hotel, guests were able to book rooms for the night as well, and the groomsmen all stayed over the night before the wedding too. Fitzwilliam's Pub also was a great spot for our after-party! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was amazing, and our package included the cake which was delicious as well. Our coordinator was difficult to reach at times and didn't always answer all questions fully, but she and her assistant nailed our vision on the wedding day! We had a snag with the open bar during cocktail hour as we thought it was all types of drinks and the bartenders told us it was only beer and wine, but it was smoothed over quickly. At the end of the night though we were so happy with how everything turned out, and have been hearing nothing but great things from our guests!
