Fantastic photographer, the packages were so reasonable. I'm recommending him to my friends.
He was there the whole time, took fantastic pictures. The pricing was extremely fair. Chris was phenomenal, and a gentleman.
When I was shopping for all my wedding needs, my goal was to find quality at an affordable price. Many photography studios I looked in to had exactly what I was looking for but whe...
n it came to the price, there was simply no way! Chris Boswell of Boswell Photo was super easy going and understanding, his prices reflected more of what I was looking for with just the right quality if not better than some other over priced companies. Not only was the price reasonable, Chris Boswell worked with me every step of the way from offering a FREE engagement session, to letting me send pictures of photos I wanted captured on my special day and even doing a trash the dress session (without having to actually trash my dress) I loved working with him so much that he is now my forever photographer. I highly recommend Boswell Photo if you are looking for reasonably priced QUALITY work and someone who is personable and will listen to your wants and needs. Also want to note some of the reviews on here are super harsh and sad that people must remember this is someone’s career just because you may not like someone’s personability doesn’t mean they are bad at what they do. Yes the owner of Boswell photo is very open and friendly, if you are someone who is more reserved this company may not be the right fit for you. However, if you are a fun loving care free person who wants a personable and understanding fun loving photographer this is most definitely the company you want to photograph your engagement, wedding, family, etc. I can’t say enough great things about Chris Boswell. My husband and I both love working with him and will continue to work with him for all our photography needs. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
I would not recommend Boswell Photo to anyone. He not only gave a speech about how he wouldn't sit at the wedding but then proceeded to sit for a long time. He fell asleep at the t...
able and my cousin had to give him a pop to help wake him up. He missed valuable pictures of people at the wedding tables cause he was sitting down. He had poor communication skills through email regarding album and album pickup. He got snotty in emails when he was in the wrong and never apologized. We had to fill out paperwork before wedding on pictures and on the wedding day he thought i would remember then pulled out the paperwork. I would strongly recommend you go with a bigger well known person for your wedding day. They may be more expensive but are more professional.
Never had anything ready when he promised, flirted with my mother-in-law at the wedding which made her and my husband's entire side of the family uncomfortable, didn't understand l...
ighting or the right time to take certain photos, claims he can photoshop out people but when asked he couldn't, but he could photoshop a RAT coming out from under my dress because he thought it would be funny (he was able to take that out when many family members informed me of it and I complained.) Yes, he is cheap, but you get what you pay for...or don't.
OMG! Taylor was amazing! She was with us for the whole day. There was not one thing we didn't like about her. The pictures are absolutely amazing. She was worth every penny! Amazin...

Chris did an awesome job on our engagement and even better on our wedding photos. We wanted more modern/editorial looking photos and he was flexible with his work. He took many c...

Loved his personality and flexibility. He was not afraid to take shots that other photographers wouldn't do (he would go up on the altar during the ceremony to get the up close an...
d personal shots that many others I interviewed wouldn't).
I would have to agree with the previous bride. I would have been better off having friends and family do the work. I have the photo shop program and will be doing most of the work ...
on them. The focus was not on the bride and groom.. more so those surrounding... which is OK but its true... there was no imagination and I was "giving orders" as to what poses to do. I wish I was more specific I guess; but as a photographer you should know to make sure that the dresses are in place smoothly, hair is in place, etc... and he was not like that at all. I fully regret & wish I could go back with more creativity and enthusiasm. =(
This photographer is horrible. He sounded so good when first booked him and had beautiful work but when the wedding came it was a different story. This man made multiple sexual com...
ments to me about doing "sexy" photo shoots or him doing a shot while getting a massage. He also had no imagination our photos did not turn out well. There are a few good ones but those are the poses we came up with on our own.
