nervous about some things along our wedding journey and Heather was extremely patient and put me at ease. The engagement shots turned out absolutely beautiful and I still enjoy looking at them almost a year later. The wedding day timeline was so impressive, she had everything planned down to the minute and her tips and tricks helped us stay ahead of schedule. She also listened to my husband and I when we were particular about certain things such as ending our photo session a little early so we could have a breather before cocktail hour and respecting my wishes regarding who arranged my dress. When My Dan and I got engaged, we immediately made a budget that catered to having the best photos possible that we could afford. Boswick Photography was worth every single penny, and more. Not only did Heather and her team knock it out of the park, she made me feel like I was just hanging out with a friend who happened to know all of my best angles and how to make me laugh like drunken hyena to get ALL OF THE BEST SHOTS. My type A personality ( teacher here!) was instantly calmed down once I saw that Heather had everything under control from the SECOND she arrived. Leading up to the big day, Heather was THE MOST communicative vendor on our team, answering emails, and frantic texts about weather, photo ideas, and even planning drama. She was able to be flexible when family members showed up late, and helped us pivot to use the time wisely to get shots we would not have thought about. I was incredibly thankful to have Heather and Pam with me for the entire day. Heather and Pam were my own personal hype girl team, ready to model poses for me, carry my giant bouquet, or just wrangle people to help us stay organized. My husband and his groomsman could NOT STOP raving about Rachel and how seamlessly she was able to capture shots of them getting ready at the Chateau hotel on property. It has not even been a week since our event so we only have a few sneak peek shots, but we could not be more happy with them. We anxiously away the rest of the photos and look forward to creating our photo albums- as well as capturing many more memories with Heather as our family changes and grows through the years. lly just makes you feel so comfortable in front of the camera. My husband is a pretty shy guy, but with Heather we had no issues with any pictures looking awkward/staged. Heather kept in touch with us pretty much since the day we booked it. She would check in here and there, provide us with any information we needed at the time, and just kept us in the know. She truly took away so much stress when making the wedding day timeline. It included everything we needed, including some time incase we were running late, and her and her team we're able to complete every single picture we asked for in such a timely manner without feeling rushed what so ever. Taking pictures for hours can easily get tiring, but Heather and her team kept the energy up. The entire team was actually so incredibly helpful. Heather's assistant even grabbed me water a few times, held my flowers when needed, wrangled up wedding party when it was their time for pictures, and so much more. Heather even gave us wedding day tips, things to do, not to do, what to have ready etc. She even provided us with a handful of sneak peak pictures she took of our wedding day LESS THAN 24hrs from taken them. n terms of working with Danny, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We hired Danny for over a year and a half of work. From the time of our first phone call until the final day he finished editing and publishing our pictures, he was incredibly helpful, honest, and easy-going with anything we requested of him. He understands the perfect balance of lending his expertise and opinions to his clients when needed, while also stepping back and going with what’s most important to the client. His pictures also blew us away. Danny has a natural talent in capturing the beauty and emotion of every moment in a breath-taking way. She sent several emails getting to know my husband and I, set up phone meetings with us to know what we were looking for (which we really appreciated since she did not have the opportunity to shoot us for our engagement session.) I knew Heather would have the day running smoothly with her timeline and plan to capture all family photos before our ceremony. Everything ran on time and I was never stressed during the process. On the day of, we had a second shooter, Zarah, and an assistant, Lisa along with Heather. These 3 women ran the show and made us feel at ease and have fun! Lisa even saved the day and bustled my mother and I which took a lot of stress away as we tried to get back into our cocktail hour. I didn't know what it would be like to take pictures for nearly 3 hours before my ceremony, and it was one of my fondest memories of the big day, just hanging out with my husband, laughing as we posed together. We never felt rushed by Heather's team, never felt like they were annoyed when they had to reposition us or remind me not to hold my bouquet so high :) I have been in other wedding where the photographer seems stressed and is trying to get everyone just right which can create a tense atmosphere, but that was NOT AT ALL the case on our big day. We laughed with Heather and her team and were amazed at how detail oriented they were in capturing us at the best places at our venue. Right now I only have my teasers, which are absolutely beautiful! We look at them all the time, and have gotten several genuine compliments from family and friends. I cannot wait until our gallery is ready!

rding our wedding. She had great energy over the phone, but once we met her for our engagement shoot, I knew we had found someone special. My husband is not a big fan of photos and Heather had him smiling for over an hour!! She kept things fun and silly throughout the photos so the smiles you see are 100% real because we were laughing together and having a great time! When it came to the wedding, she made the perfect day of timeline. We actually finished photos EARLY!! How many brides can say that? Lol! My husband had time to hang out with our families for about 30 minutes before we had to get ready for the ceremony. We wanted a light and airy style with pops of color and Heather perfectly executed our vision!!! She has such a distinct style that I believe sets her apart from the rest. I love photos and had a very specific idea in mind of what I wanted and Heather killed it!!! She blew me out of the water with our sneak peaks! Our families loved working with her and the incredible second photographer, Zarah. They were truly a well oiled machine! They captured every family photo on our list and then some!! Any photo we asked for, Heather made sure to take for us. Because our timeline was so well planned by Heather, we were able to sneak in a few photos we forgot to put on our list. Overall, Heather made the day so fun, easy, and stress free and helped make the wedding perfect! Our sneak peak is even better than I could have imagined and I’m so excited to see the final photos!! I cannot rave enough about Heather’s kindness and professionalism. She truly cares about her couples and we felt the love throughout the whole process!

t for a new photographer. With not much time until our wedding, I frantically googled “light and airy photographers in NJ.” The first website to pop up was for Boswick Photography. I clicked on the site and then checked out her IG. Instantly, I knew we had to get in contact with her. Her work was beyond beautiful and just what we were looking for in our wedding photographs. After our first phone conversation, I knew Heather would be the perfect fit for us and that we’d be in good hands! As we already had an engagement shoot, we did not meet with Heather until the day of our wedding - however, Heather’s communication is beyond excellent and after speaking with her over the phone and through email, it felt like we’d known her for years! One of my greatest fears of the day was scheduling/timing - however, Heather and her team (Rachel and Lisa) kept our large bridal party on schedule and made everyone feel confident and at ease in front of the camera. I’ve never seen a team work so wonderful together and literally cannot thank them enough (I still talk about how great they were to anyone who will listen)!Without seeing a single photo they exceeded all our expectations - so when we received a sneak peek of our photos and later our gallery we were blown away. Each picture was more stunning than the last. Heather and her team made our vision come to life and we will always be thankful our paths crossed! e started with her and she was nothing short of accommodating and was always willing to help make things work. My husband isn't much for being in the spot light and having pictures taken, and her and her team do an amazing job of making you feel comfortable. Heather is very sweet and you can tell she is passionate about what she does. She did our engagement pics, gave us a few suggestions for a location and found the perfect place for us. When we got the pictures back they blew away our expectations. I love whenever I had a question she was always prepared and had her blog she would share regarding the topics which made everything so easy. Heather gave us beautiful wedding photos that we will cherish forever, but the best part about my experience with her is that she whole heartedly has her clients’ best interest and happiness in mind, and that is so important to me. She was so responsive, accommodating, and open to any suggestions that would make us happy throughout the whole process. unately a "COVID couple" that had a small intimate wedding followed by a bigger celebration and were forced into planning our big day twice. Heather helped us through all of the stress, tears, and exhaustion. During both of our events, Heather was kind, professional, and patient with us and our big families. Every time I look at our gallery, I am blessed to have found Heather. BOTH of our weddings were captured perfectly and beautifully. We are forever grateful. We cannot recommend Heather enough!!

Throughout all of the craziness of the pandemic, Heather checked in frequently just to see how we were doing. Once we were finally able to get married, Heather made planning so easy and stress free. She was always there for a phone call or email and gave great advice for making the most out of our big day and the photos that she would be taking. She promptly sent our timeline to us which helped make the day so organized! My husband and I were nervous to be in front of the camera, but Heather and her second shooter, Rachel, were so easy to work with and made us feel so comfortable! We got all of the pictures we wanted done quickly so that we could enjoy the time with our guests. They took so many candid pictures as well which is something we really wanted! We got the teaser pictures from our wedding the next day and from what we saw, we are amazed with how beautifully Heather captured our wedding. I’m blown away with the pictures and can’t wait to see the entire album! Heather truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make you feel special on your special day. th a complementary engagement session which was a great opportunity to meet Heather and for us to get comfortable in front of her camera before our wedding day. We just received our engagement photos and we couldn’t be happier with the photos Heather delivered in such a short amount of time - they will be perfect to use for our invites and website (and to just stare at for the next year!) Most importantly, Heather truly captured the happiness and joy we were feeling during the session which came through in every photo (and, we got a TON of photos!!!) We knew we wanted a photographer that captured genuine and authentic moments, and she did just that! She is so talented and so kind. We’ve had an amazing experience with Heather so far and couldn’t be happier that she’ll be with us to capture all of our memories on our wedding day. The absolute best!

our big day. We knew we would still be getting married on our original date, whether that ended up being just us or with our immediate family present. Heather was in constant contact helping to reschedule the date for our big wedding but she was also there to throw ideas out to about our smaller wedding. We came up with multiple plans for our 2020 wedding that would include her services on a smaller scale and rearranging our plans for the 2021 wedding. Unfortunately she wasn’t allowed to photograph during our 2020 vow exchange due to the government orders at the time, but we can not wait to have her photographing at our next wedding date! Heather really did make things easier and less stressful during the uncertainty of planning a wedding in the pandemic. I’m so grateful for all her help!

tell you that , just take a look at her website or social media pages to see her pictures for yourself, but she made everything 1000 times easier. I must have texted her a dozen times throughout the year for timing advice and planning questions and she answered within minutes EVERY TIME, always giving me genuinely good advice. When Covid issues came up she was very straightforward about the situation and offered us the best advice for our situation, rather than trying to push us toward waiting it out or advocating for something that may have been better for her, but not for us. When Chris and I found her a year and a half ago we knew we wanted to hire her right away. We booked an engagement session over a year ago now and had the absolute best time taking pictures, even though we both drove there nervously thinking it was going to be an awkward experience. Heather makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable, and she catches all the cute moments between you two that really get to the heart of why we're all doing this in the first place! We were so excited to have her capture our wedding day, that when we decided to postpone the big celebration to next year and have an intimate ceremony in our backyard this year we knew that the one vendor we had to still have was Heather. She shot beautiful portraits and captured the love in our ceremony, and we can't imagine not having those memories from the day we got married. I mean - at one point she had us walk into what looked like an overgrown field of brush, only to get some of the most dreamy, beautiful photos that I never would have envisioned, but that I'm so glad we now have. The best silver lining to having to wait another year for our big celebration is that we'll get to have Heather take our photos again next year, and will have even more amazing memories-captured-so-perfectly to look forward to! le to book an engagement session or even meet Heather before our wedding because of the 2020 circumstances so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect besides for looking at her work via the knot and social media pages. I loved her work through those pages and I loved Heather's excitement and enthusiasm over the phone via calls and text. We only got sneak peaks back so far but, I got them less than 24 hours after the wedding and I AM BLOWN AWAY at the beauty of them. My husband and I thought it was funny when Heather and her team were literally rolling around on the ground trying to get the best angle for our photos but when we saw why..... OMG they're stunning. And I've only seen 18 photos so far so I can only imagine. Heather and her team took notes on exactly what we wanted and delivered just that with their artistic flare added in. Out of all the vendors we hired for our wedding, Heather is one that I would actually consider a friend. Even after the wedding we've been in touch and she's even given me honeymoon tips (her and her husband go to Maine every year and that's where we're headed!). You will not be disappointed in her work, she is one of the most genuine, talented people I have come across. I cannot wait to hang her work in our home for years to come.

photographer I needed at my wedding. I was looking around for weeks, completely confused and unsure of what I wanted. The only thing I WAS sure of was the the fact that the photos would last forever and whoever took them had to know exactly what they were doing. I really wanted to find someone local to my area who worked independently because I wanted a unique, artistic style and the artist's passion to reflect in our photos. I didn't know how long it would take to hear back, but Heather contacted me approximately three minutes after I sent her an inquiry. We had an hour long phone conversation and immediately bonded over so much. I was so comfortable with her so quickly I didn't even bother looking for anyone else. She was my one and only choice! We chose not to do engagement photos, so we had a separate, in-person meeting to get to know each other. I spent about 50 percent of the meeting telling her how anxious and awkward of a person I am, but I still wanted our photos to look natural and beautiful, but I also don't know how to do that (lol). She reassured me that she could capture our personalities and still make everything look good for us. She knew how anxious I was about the wedding, so she worked with me on the timeline and logistics and kept in constant communication with me for months leading up to the day. She was so unbelievably helpful with the entire wedding process. I don't know if other photographers are as responsive and reassuring as Heather, but all the more reason why we loved having her with us! I was a nervous wreck the morning of, but Heather was so calm and easygoing, but also direct and productive. She kept the morning preperations running smoothly in both the groom and bride suites and took pictures while we got ready and helped push me a long when we hit a small snag in the timeline. Heather and her team circled around us the entire day, but they were so professional and blended so well with the crowd, I honestly don't know how they captured some of the pictures they did without getting in anyone's way! They worked so hard, keeping operations running smoothly all day while my husband and I got to soak up the festivities. I imagined the portraits would be the most uncomfortable part for me, since it was all focused on my husband and I, but they made EVERYTHING so easy and natural. Even the turnaround time for getting our photos was great. We were able to show both our families a huge album of digital pictures on Christmas Day. When Heather first sent us our digital pictures, we sat together and scrolled through all of them, crying our way through the album almost as hard as we cried our way through the wedding. (Happy tears, of course!) We looked fantastic and natural and like we could have been on the front cover of a wedding magazine. Every emotion we felt on our wedding day was reflecting back at us in her photos. The lighting in the photos was perfect during each phase of the day. We requested photos outside our venue at night, and they were everything we could have hoped for. I could seriously talk about how happy we were with Heather's photography all day. We still keep in touch with her and I'm so happy we made a real friendship through all of this! We could not have chosen a better photographer!

After just our first phone conversation I knew she also had the perfect personality to help make two non photo lovers enjoy the process and be happy with our photos for years and years to come. She was just a pleasure to work with from that moment on. Every step was as easy as possible thanks to Heather's professionalism and extremely easy to work with personality. We could not be happier with how everything came out, we were able to purchase some prints through her and get them quickly and in time for christmas presents for friends and family. We can't wait to get our albums and know they will be just as perfect as everything else has been.

Well, who knew what was going to happen? We decided to postpone to August. Heather talked me through the entire postponement process of my whole wedding,.. not just my photography, the ENTIRE thing. Who does that?? Heather does. Not only did she accommodate my new date, she answered every question and concern. She helped me narrow dates, and ideas. Well, we also ended up cancelling our event with our venue. With all the regulations still in place and no indoor dining, we didn't want to spend all this money on an event we wouldn't be proud of. Heather said no problem, and accommodated our new locations... 2 months before the wedding. No up-charge, no attitude, nothing but love! Honestly, Heather is the sweetest soul. She could not make our August date due to another wedding, which I was totally fine with because she had a team ready to go for us and carefully choose 2 people that would capture our day with ease and such professionalism. On August 22, 2020 I married my best friend and Heather and her team took the most beautiful pictures back at the same location we had our engagement session, Sayen Gardens. Heather had them fully prepped for every detail and every shot we wanted. Heather was in contact with us all day, and every day leading up to that day. Her and her team got us exactly what we wanted for our photos. We have only seen a couple so far, but I cried at the quality and just the pure love captured in these photos. If you are looking for a photographer for any event... wedding, maternity, baby pics, you name it, she is your girl. Heather was by far one of my favorite vendors to work with. She is incredibly talented and unique. I can not say enough wonderful things about Heather as a person or her work. She would also ask our opinion on where we wanted to take pictures between two different spots but I always told her to pick where she wanted because I know she would pick the most beautiful spot to capture the best shots. Heather was perfect the day of the wedding! I couldn't have asked for a better photographer to capture every moment and memory from our fairytale wedding. She made me feel so beautiful also by complimenting myself and my dress all day! She sends you sneak peak pictures literally the next day and not many photographers do that. The pictures that we received the next day were perfection and so breathtakingly beautiful!! Every person that has seen them has complimented them and how professional they look and how amazing they are. I can not wait to see our final pictures when they are done! We lucked out with beautiful weather & she took advantage with plenty of outdoor photos. She gave us direction but also let us do our own thing. The photos are beautiful and we received them in the time frame she promised. I especially love that the morning after the wedding she already had some photos available for us as a sneak peek! Right from the start, she made us feel so comfortable and had us laughing and smiling the whole time. She’s amazing at capturing photos of how you naturally pose and act as a couple, and she’s also terrific at guiding you into a beautiful pose as well. Overall, we couldn’t have had a more enjoyable experience. It also felt romantic to be taking engagement photos and celebrating our love in the midst of all our sometimes stressful wedding planning. Thank you so much, Heather and we can’t wait to have you as our photographer on our wedding day!!! --- Our wedding day-was photographed beautifully overall and we really love our photos. There's unfortunately one thing that my husband and I were upset about, which is that there was not a single full picture of just me, the bride. We were running a little late with hair and make up, as so many brides do, and I was so nervous/excited/stressed that when we finally got to the venue I wanted to get into my dress asap and just begin the first look because I was worried about the timeline, so I decided to skip the bridal portraits and instead just get at least a few solo pictures of me at some point later in the evening when we have a few minutes. Unfortunately that never happened and I didn't realize it until the next morning. It was upsetting to realize mostly because I remembered that our first look actually took less time than expected and we had 30-45 minutes of waiting before the ceremony. I just wish Heather or her 2nd shooter would have asked me or reminded me to take a few solo photos in that extra time we had, even it was just 1 or 2 pics. Just to have a full body shot of me all glammed up on my big day. Photoshop isn't the same. Luckily, my husband took 1 photo of me on his iPhone, so I have that at least. This was hard for me to write, considering how much I really do enjoy our wedding photos overall. But I want to be honest because weddings are a fortune and $3400 on photography was a huge amount of money for us to spend.
