We did center pieces, flower pedal runway, cake decoration, a special head-table center piece, corsages/boutonnieres, and bouquets for me and the bridesmaids. , I showed the florist pictures and told her my vision--she gave me some guidance about choosing flowers to fit the budget and explained that they could easily paint flowers that would match our colors. After looking into a couple other florists we decided to book with Botamer. I decided to contact them in June to check in about the number of centerpieces. I'm so glad I did! They had my order completely wrong--the wrong flowers, amounts of centerpieces, colors, pretty much everything. I went in to meet again with the florist, she told me she would have to charge me more--even though it was her mistake for not taking accurate notes during our first meeting. It was only a slight increase and being that I was at the breaking point with wedding planning, I agreed. When I called a few weeks before the wedding day to triple confirm, I was told they had written down the wrong color for flowers and had already ordered them. We corrected that without any extra charges, but then when I went in the day before to view the flowers, they were still incorrect! The colors were wrong, the height of the flowers for the centerpieces was wrong, I was so disappointed. By the time of the wedding day my bouquet was beautiful, my bridesmaids were not so great, and about 70% of the centerpieces had the right coloring. If you want to avoid stress on your wedding day I would avoid this florist.

They are more than happy to answer any questions you have and called me back right away any time I had more. They matched color swatches exactly as well. They made the entire process very stress free and we couldn't be happier with the final product! It was important to us to stick to our budget and they worked with us to give us the most for our money

when I checked the flowers was FANTASTIC! She was also the one that delivered the flowers and stayed throughout the ceremony and helped with anything at all that she could. She REALLY went out of her way to make things perfect, including fixing my train just before I walked down the isle!!

day which was disappointing. I did get the day of wedding service which was AMAZING!! I don't know what I would have done with the help at the church. I would recommend every bride that uses Botamer's to get the day of wedding preparation it is definitely worth the money!
