Giti really and truly helped make our day one of a kind. From the centerpieces, to the bouquets, to the ceremony setup—our reception looked truly magical. Flowers that me and my guests still cannot stop talking about. Not only were our flowers beautiful, but Giti made this process so easy. She is incredibly sweet, patient, and truly loves her job. Due to have a late March wedding, my husband and I had been unsure as to wether we were having an indoor or outdoor ceremony—Giti allowed us to make this decision 3 days before our wedding which was so nice due to how unpredictable the weather is in a Rhode Island. Additionally, Giti came early the day of our wedding and stayed to ensure everything was perfect—even making sure that my train was fixed just right as I walked down the aisle. I gave Giti my vision and she was able to deliver it better than I had pictured. We are so thankful.

Giti came highly recommended by one of my bridesmaids and I am still in awe at the bridal centerpieces that she created. I knew when I first met her that she was an artist but she is really so much more! She is so pleasant and kind to work with and really goes out of her way to be accommodating to her clients. She not only delivered and set up my flowers at the venue but she was present during my first look, helped fix my dress and make sure I was holding my flowers in the most flattering away. She is the sweetest and so professional and I feel so lucky to have had her on my day! If you decide to work with Giti, you will not be disappointed. My guests and even my brother cannot stop talking about how gorgeous the settings were!

I cannot recommend Giti more highly. She did an amazing job with the room, bouquets, flower crowns, baskets, etc. She came back after the wedding and brought centerpieces over to the brunch venue and also did a little extra decorating around that room without being asked. As a Wedding Planner myself at Defined Luxe Events it’s vital to have members are your team that understand a vision and can not only deliver but deliver more than you ask for! Gita makes dreams come true with her easy-going personality. She loves what she does and it shows by the amount of care she puts into her craft. I love working with her company! She makes the planning process go by so effortlessly. I can’t think of her enough.

Giti was legit one of my favorite wedding vendors. When I sent her my inspiration photos, I felt like she was GENUINELY EXCITED to help me bring them to life -- and she crushed it!! One of my guests was a florist and told me these were the most beautiful wedding florals she'd ever seen. Plus, Giti was warm and supportive through the entire process, including helping me navigate what the COVID-19 impacts would be on the wedding (e.g. if we couldn't do a typical cocktail hour because local regulations at the time required people to be seated while eating, we'd need to plan flowers for those tables, et cetera). Just an absolute pro. Thank you Botanica!

Working with Botanica is like a sure-fire way to a Pinterest-perfect wedding. You cannot go wrong, and although yes, you will be spending a little more than some of the other florists in town, it is 110% worth the price. The owner pours her soul into her work and it absolutely shows. Her weddings are consistently dream weddings that any photographer would be lucky to photograph.

From a former bride to a future bride, I’m telling you that you need Giti. Venue: Rosecliff. I searched high and low for a florist. I started with Rosecliff’s vendors. Giti should be on that list. After we booked, the Rosecliff coordinator said Giti always exceeds her couple’s expectations. Budget: I often felt there was a “Rosecliff tax” for most vendors. NOT Giti. From the first time I spoke with her I knew she was the one not only because she agreed to work with our budget, but also because she understood my vision. I’ve seen Giti’s portfolio which ranges from a celebrity budget to our modest one. Giti will make any budget look greater than it was by telling you how many extravagant arrangements you’ll need to make a huge impact and building smaller arrangements around them. My sister in law's wedding coordinator estimated that we paid twice as much as we did! Technical skill: Giti is an artist. My guests are still commenting on the flowers nearly a year later. Trustworthiness: She will deliver ON TIME AND ON BUDGET. Giti was the person I trusted the most in this process. She does not overlook details. For brides who don’t want to be as hands-on as I was; I would trust her to help you create something beautiful. She never put her vision ahead of my own and has a can-do attitude. She never told me that something couldn’t be done. All of my friends told me that despite my planning, I would get something different than what was discussed. Well everything was exactly what we discussed only far grander. Giti made one change. We were having a late night food and favors display in another room with photos of our family members, some of whom have passed away. Giti combined our large ceremony arrangements into a spectacular display. I was moved. Some of my guests upon seeing all of the photos arranged with this display of flowers were brought to tears. My family truly appreciated that moment. Personalized attention: You will not be dealing with an assistant who has to get back to you after speaking with the florist. Giti will talk with you directly. Scheduling is easy. You'll never feel rushed. She showed me a real sample arrangement before the wedding to make sure everything was perfect. Overall Experience: Fun and easy! I loved our meetings. When other wedding details are adding stress to your life, you will be able to let go and have fun. She has an incredible workshop full of arbors, vases, candelabras, and other decor. You usually have to rent these things from outside vendors. In this shop, you’ll get to walk around to make sure that the scale of each arrangement and color of every vessel is what you want. Side note: Giti has candelabras that are Rosecliff Rules approved so you don’t have to have fake candles. She is second to none. Many Newport wedding vendors are great. There were only two people we can confidently say our wedding would have been worse off had we chosen anyone else. Giti is one of them. This may sound ridiculous, but she is truly one of the people to whom I owe a debt of gratitude. She saw two young people, both in residency, trying to have a dream wedding and made it happen when others wouldn’t. If we ever move back, we’ll ask Giti to be a part of every event. I walked into this experience as someone who didn’t like flowers. Now, I have a beautiful arrangement next to me as I write this. Thank you, Giti.

My dream wedding came to life thanks to Giti and her team. Throughout the process, she listened, provided suggestions, and transformed my vision. I couldn’t have loved everything they did more. When I think of one word to describe the wedding flowers Giti created, magical comes to mind. She just puts together the most beautiful arrangements. She matched the exact color scheme we were looking for and I truely couldn’t have been happier. She has a way of making everything look so whimsical and just perfect!!! We did a mix of candles, tall arrangements, low arrangements, and she even added some other cute details around the room to tie it in. She was very pleasant to work with and met with my mom and I a few times prior to the event. Two personalized consultation sessions at her East Greenwich studio gave us the confidence that she would pull together the rustic elegance we needed for the rustic space of Newport Vineyards. Constant communication with us, including a FaceTime conversation from the flower market, are perfect examples of Giti’s drive to be perfect. Her punctual arrival on wedding day, dropping off bouquets to my bridal party & I, arbor assembly, decoration of the head farm table, and all the small details that made our day beautiful were truly remarkable. Giti and her team arranged all our beautiful flowers outdoors, an hour before ceremony time a storm rolled through Newport Vineyards and we cannot thank her and her team enough for moving all of our gorgeous arrangements indoors and creating just as beautiful indoor visual as it was outdoor prior to the rain! Her & her team made a very difficult task look effortless. Giti was gracious enough to stay late in to the night and rearrange our centerpieces for brunch the following morning -- they were the perfect compliment to our day. I had searched for many different florists while planning my wedding and found many that had pieces of what I was looking for. Giti was the only one who had I felt strongly that she saw my vision and would make it work within our budget. She was so kind, honest and understanding. After weeks of perusing the internet, searching hashtags on instagram, and viewing other bridal company's followers and followings, we came across @botanicawedding, formally known as Botanica Wedding Flowers. My husband and I scrolled through her page, and immediately felt like we could relate to her style, use of colors and textures. I emailed Giti at nearly 11pm and heard back from her within 15 - 20 minutes. That was the basis of our communications! Her communication is top notch and truly felt like you were working with a friend who just "gets you" versus a vendor who wants to sell you on a dream. I am an event planner by profession, so it was especially important for me to find someone who was easy to work with, is creative and knowledgable about their craft and has an eye for the fine details just as much as the bigger picture. Giti was all of that and MORE... plus, she's extremely sweet! The first time we met with Giti, we showed her pictures of our vision, our outfits, color schemes and explained the look and theme we were going for as best we could. Having little knowledge of flowers and trying our best to explain that we wanted our ceremony and reception to feel "romantic, airy, yet bright, and like everyone was on a first date" - whatever that meant! She got it and nailed it to a T!!! She was great about sending inspo photos and color schemes that she thought would fall in line with our vision and was extremely flexible if there was anything we needed to change, remove or add. We truly felt like a priority and that Giti was enjoying the creative planning process with us. She had awesome ideas and even gave us tips to help us stretch our dollar more and save in other areas. On the day of the wedding, she was timely in her execution and her team did and awesome job setting up! I felt like I blinked and each ember of our wedding party (all 27 people!) had their flowers in hands and their boutonnières pinned on. Our ceremony was supposed to be outdoors, but due to the rain, we moved it inside; and it was better than we could've imagined. My husband and I walked into our ceremony and reception rooms and were overcome with elation and gratitude. Giti took the ideas in our heads and words out of our mouths; and brought it to fruition! She also arrived at the end of the evening to help distribute the centerpieces to key family members. With each wedding vendor, it was important for us to hire somehow who's work felt like a representation of who we are as individuals and as a couple. Giti heard us and understood us. She was a refreshing addition to our day and is EXTREMELY talented. A true gem!

Giti was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She is so passionate about what she does and it shows in her work. I cried when I saw my wedding bouquet because it was exactly what I envisioned. I'm so sad I couldn't keep it forever. The bridesmaid bouquets were just as beautiful and she did an amazing job at decorating our venue. We had to shift our plans due to rain and she was able to create a fabulous arrangement for us to be married in front of. She also re purposed many of the existing flowers we had part of our decor. I would highly recommend Giti to any bride!!!

We used Botanical Floral for our wedding this September. When we first met with Giti you could tell she was super passionate about what she does and wants to create special florals for your big day. Giti was super helpful in guiding us into what floral options may be the best based on our discussion/inspo pictures along with being mindful of our budget. Giti was also able to give good recommendations on what would look good for different décor needs (ex. Gift table, aisle pieces, etc.). The day of florals were BEAUTIFUL and exactly what we wanted. I would definitely use Botanical Floral again!

Working with Giti on my flowers was one of the best parts of my wedding! Having ordered from her Busy Bee studio before I knew the flowers would be beautiful & unique but I was blown away with her wedding creations! My bouquet was GORGEOUS!! And even after adding a few extras she worked within my budget with no issues. When we visited the reception location we agreed it needed a little something extra so she took care of ordering, delivering & returning table overlays that just brought the whole look together. Giti was amazing!! She completely understood my vision from the very beginning when we briefly met when I popped in her floral shop to see if she had our wedding date available. I had so much fun working with Giti and enjoyed sharing my excitement with her. Giti’s studio is gorgeous and it was great to see so many samples! It made it really easy to visualize how my flowers, centerpieces and fixtures would look for our special day. Giti is incredibly talented and her attention to detail was a tremendous help as of course my mind was going in a million different directions as our wedding day rapidly approached. She was incredibly personable and I knew she would make all my floral dreams come true which coming from someone who isn’t typically huge into flowers because I have very specific style says a lot. Giti blew me away! The flowers for my wedding were exactly what I wanted and more! Gigi is definitely the goddess of flowers. My daughter had the most beautiful wedding ever thanks to her creativity. All of our requests were honored and the arrangements were truly breathtaking. Giti provided all of the flowers for my small garden wedding in June. She was wonderful to work with and created stunning arrangements that really made a statement. We used Giti for our wedding at Newport Beach House on 5/28/2017. She was a pleasure to work with and we could not have been happier with her flowers on our wedding day. My mom did the bulk of meeting with Giti leading up to the wedding as I was out of state, and she spoke repeatedly of Giti's positive attitude and unique design ideas. She is affordable and willing to work with your budget. She stayed for the entire wedding to help distribute the ceremony flowers around the venue for the cocktail hour and reception (which other florists did not want to do). Everything looked better than I pictured and I could not recommend Giti more highly!

Giti is so so sweet and very creative. She went above and beyond what I would expect from my wedding florist and was so reasonably priced for the quality of work she produced for my wedding day. We set a budget and she did not exceed that and was still able to give me everything I wanted that other florists could not, like beautiful long table garland and lots of greenery for my ceremony arbor. We even talked about how I could save money by reusing pieces from my ceremony to bring inside and she stayed there to move everything herself! I loved the garden style of her work, which I found cost way more to get with other florists. I would recommend her to any bride!

I can't say enough good things about Giti and Botanica!! My husband and I got married on Dec 31, 2016 in Newport, RI at Hotel Viking. Giti went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She is a true professional. From the very beginning she was very responsive. We discussed exactly what I was looking for, and she sent pictures to show me similar work that she had done. She takes such pride in her work and it truly shows. About a month before the wedding, she had myself, my mother, and a couple of my bridesmaids to her studio and prepared a brunch and created a sample of what each of the floral arrangements would look like. She even sent me pictures a day before the wedding to make sure I was happy with the final product. You will not regret booking Botanica!!

Git is a true artist. I will never forget walking into my venue on my wedding day and, upon seeing Giti's breath-taking work, exclaiming: "oh my God, I did not think I could afford this!" - I cannot recommend Giti enough. Flowers were not even a top priority for me when planning my wedding but, because of Giti, are now among my favorite things about the day. From start to finish, she went above and beyond, taking the time to get to know me and my (now) husband, making prototypes of arrangements for our feedback, accommodating last-minute change requests and all within our budget. Whether you are planning on spending $ or $$$$ on flowers, I have no doubt that Giti will use her incredible talent to make your entire experience feel beautiful and magical.

Stop. Breathe (a sigh of relief). You have found your florist. Giti of Botanica Florist did our wedding in Jan. 2014 and I have not stopped recommending her since. (I still go to her retail store ‘Busy Bee’ for any special event and recipients are always floored - “Gosh, these are gorgeous! Where’d you get them?”) A sheer delight to work with, Giti took care of every detail and her work is STUNNING. Fresh, fresh, fresh and every arrangement was exquisitely artful. Less “sexy” but equally important details: she’s strategic; she’s experienced; she’s on-time; she’s reliable; and her rates are very reasonable.

I cannot say enough about Giti and the flowers at my wedding. My fiancé and I planned an out of town wedding and we live about 7 1/2 hours away. During our planning process, our previous florist didn't treat my parents, me, or my fiancé with respect or consideration. She threatened to not provide service 3 times before we decided that it just wasn't worth dealing with. So 2 months before my wedding, in a completely stress filled frenzy, I started to look for florists again. All I can say is thank goodness for Giti. She told me right from the get-go that everything was going to be OK, that she was going to make sure our flowers were perfect. She was able to fit me in for a consult within a few days’ notice (I flew in from out of town), brought a sample centerpiece to my mom and dad's house, AND she even brought my ceremony/reception flowers to our hotel that night so they would be there for our brunch the following day!! I cannot say enough about Giti. She was the kindest, most professional, caring person I could have dealt with and I only wish I had found her from the get-go. She got to the venue before I did, had all of the tables set up (they took my breath away), and stayed there right until I started to walk down the aisle (she even took a video of me right before I walked down so I had that moment with my dad recorded). In regards to the actual flowers. My bouquet was the most stunning bouquet I have ever seen. I wish I could insert a picture right here because I would. She was able to get the anemones with the dark-blue centers for me, which every other florist told me they wouldn't be able to get (since they were out of season, we had a July wedding). She was able to provide advice, suggest flowers/colors, show me her own work examples, and even sent me pictures the day of/before of our actual flowers that she was going to use. I had so many people at the wedding comment on the centerpieces, altar pieces, boutonnieres and of course, my bouquet. Her flowers truly gave me the feel that I wanted - romantic, classic, sophisticated. She was able to do all this within the budget that I told her we needed to stick by and never once tried to tell me to spend more than we could. I would advise everyone to use Botanica and Giti. I have to say the flowers she did for us were one of my favorite parts of our wedding. Thank you Giti, you're just the best!

Giti did an absolutely amazing job with the flowers for my wedding. I met with Giti twice to discuss what sort of ideas I had for the bouquets and knowing pretty much nothing about floral arrangements meant that I gave her some colors I liked and showed her a few pinterest pictures but otherwise left it in her hands. In the end I could not have been more happy with how everything turned out. My bouquet was the most beautiful arrangement I had ever seen, my bridesmaids bouquets were exactly what I had pictured and everything else was just perfect. She does absolutely amazing work and I like that it is really unique, she will totally tailor the flowers to what you want, even if you don't really know what you're talking about.

Giti is the absolute best out there! We go to Giti for all of our everyday floral arrangements so choosing her for our wedding was a no brainer. She is so nice and easy to work with and always has such beautiful visions that we simply gave her our colors and some photos of the look we were going for and she went above and beyond! From the bouquets, to the centerpieces, to the arbor on the beach, we couldn't have imagined anything more perfect. It took our breath away when we saw the work she had done, and highly recommend her to any bride looking for a fantastic job with an easy to work with florist! Was looking for a good florist and read so many great reviews. The owner agreed to meet me late at her other location because I could not get to the shop before close due to work. I was so happy she was so accommodating, until she didn't show up. I left a message while I was waiting in the parking lot...and nothing. I never heard from her again. Thats terrible business.

From the ceremony to reception, my flowers were all absolutely perfect. They were exactly what I had envisioned and I couldn't be happier! The weather was a bit iffy and it was quite windy but Giti was really flexible and came up with solutions for our Plan B ceremony! The wedding arch was stunning and the centerpieces were more than perfect! She is so sweet to work with as well! Highly recommend Giti at Busy Bee!

Giti did an amazing job for our wedding at The Dunes Club. She was so willing to work with us to find flowers that were in line with both our vision and our budget. I can't say enough about the flowers that Giti arranged for our wedding in May. When I first saw our wedding flowers the morning of our wedding, they took my breath away and were exactly what we discussed and more. The colors were so vibrant and elegant. She arrived early the morning of and stayed late to make sure everything was as it should be for the ceremony and reception. We collaborated ideas and what she delivered was exactly what I had envisioned for our flowers for the big day. She took the time to sit with me to capture exactly what my vision was and I would not have changed a thing!!!!!

We were very happy with the bouquets for the wedding. When we went into her shop without an appointment, she took the time to sit with us and go over what we wanted. Most florists that we visited that day would not even talk to us without an appointment. She did a great job with the colors of the bouquets and everything looked great on the day of the wedding. She delivered the flowers and stayed long enough to pin the boutiniers on the men.

I used Busy Bee Florist for my wedding flowers this June. The owner is this shop is wonderful and accommodating. She listened to all my needs and was very accommodating with specific things I wanted. I would highly suggest this great florist for any occasion.

Busy Bee did the most beautiful job with my flowers. My bouquet was so perfect, and exactly what I had asked her for. The girls hydrangeas were beautiful and looked stunning all night long. My centerpieces received so many compliments and I can't wait to use her again for another party. What a lucky bride I was to have Busy Bee.

I loved my bouquet from Busy Bee Florist. Giti was a great person to work with and she really made the flowers reflect what I wanted.
