Bottleworks Hotel was a perfect spot for our lowkey, intimate wedding. Maddie helped us tons when we decided 6 weeks before our day that we wanted to have a ceremony with family instead of privately. Quickly and seamlessly, we booked a venue room, chose our food options, met on site to talk through details, and hosted 45 guests just weeks later. The hotel is stunning and the staff are super helpful. I highly recommend!

Maddie, the event manager was phenomenal to work with! Whatever we asked of her, we were given a quick response and she went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and everything was perfect! The food manager was amazing and the food was some of the best food we have ever had. The details of the venue are enough to stand out by themselves. Every single person that works at the hotel was more than accommodating for anything that happened.
We wanted to tie in the history of the venue by having some custom coke bottles with our last name on them for our seating chart, Maddie went above and beyond to ensure that we got this detail perfect after having a small hiccup with the names on the bottles.
I could never recommend this venue enough to anyone looking for venue that has a lot to offer in the packages available.

Our wedding at the Bottleworks Hotel was a dream come true! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The venue is beautiful and required very little decor. It's so unique and very photogenic, we took pictures in several spots around the hotel and our photos turned out amazing! The Bottleworks team was fantastic and very communicative throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions and put us at ease. Our guests loved the venue, the food, and had so much fun!

We had the most amazing wedding at The Bottleworks Hotel! The venue was wonderful -- we particularly loved taking pictures on the historic staircase and having our cocktail set-up in the mixing lab. All of the staff went above and beyond. From planning, to tasting, to set-up, to all of the support on the day, everything was PERFECT. Our guests are still talking about how fabulous the food was, and how much fun they had at the wedding.

The Botteworks Hotel was a DREAM venue. The hotel is a treasure and the campus/surrounding area is SO fun for guests. Everyone can stay on-site and enjoy a fun and unique weekend with tons to do within walking distance. We had a small (40 ppl) wedding in The Library. There are SO many gorgeous spots for photos. The staff was great to work with and the food.... Y'ALL... the food was amazing.
My only regret is that the day went by too quickly. 10/10 - would recommend. Snaps all around.

We had a phenomenal experience at Bottleworks for our wedding! Maddie was new to the team but jumped in running and was so helpful and made sure everything went smoothly on our day. All the staff was so friendly. Stunning venue. LGBTQ friendly.

Bottleworks was everything we wanted it to be and more. From the rooms to the staffing and the food was over the top wonderful. We had a fry bar at the end of the night and they accommodated my very important request for cheese to be added to the bar. Bartenders kept the drinks flowing effortlessly and the library was wonderful. We had about 60 guests and it never felt overcrowded even when everyone was on the dance floor. Maddie took over just before our wedding and she is a the best addition to the bottleworks team. Thanks again for our perfect night!

Bottleworks Hotel was a great wedding vendor! Overall, we had an amazing experience. The venue itself was gorgeous and perfect for our smaller wedding - the details were immaculate and we could not have been happier with the details. The wait staff were so helpful and kind. We did have some communication issues with the venue itself; but they were in the process of switching over to a new coordinator at that time so that could have been part of the issues we had. There were also some communication issues regarding budget/cost that were frustrating which is the only thing that is preventing me from rating 5 stars.

Absolutely 100% recommend for a wedding venue!! Not only is it affordable, gorgeous, great location, fantastic food and drink, the team here at Bottleworks Indy is AMAZING. I’m talking, valet service, kitchen staff, banquet and event managers, front desk, everyone. Over the top customer service and made me, my now husband and our guests feel like family. “Best wedding ever!” That was the most received comment from guests at our wedding at Bottleworks and we have to agree with them. It was amazing to have everything in one spot. We loved seeing our vision come to life and it was everything we pictured. We loved making our wedding a weekend get a way and spending 3 nights at the hotel. A lot of our guests stayed the whole weekend and made it a semi destination wedding. The Bottleworks district has everything you and your guests need. Every detail of the space and venue added to the uniqueness of the weekend. We love that since it’s a hotel we can go back and stay and reminisce on our day! We would recommend to any of our friends and family to have their wedding at Bottleworks!

My husband and I were married at Bottleworks last fall and I cannot recommend it enough! Although we were one of the first weddings at the venue, the entire event went perfectly! Great location, stunning architecture, intimate event spaces, incredible food and beverage options and the best hotel rooms in the city! It was my dream venue and everyone on the events team made my day so special and easy. Bottleworks did everything they could to make the entire process seamless. You won’t regret having your wedding here!

We worked with the team at Bottleworks for years because our first wedding date was postponed multiple times due to COVID restrictions. The events team was phenomenal to work with and really understood our desire to have a non-traditional wedding. We were already legally married by the time we hosted this party and we used every available event space in the hotel to host a penthouse party, cocktail reception, ceremony, and dinner/dance.
This was the perfect place to host our event because everyone on our guest list was traveling from out of state and the area is ideal for tourists. The hotel itself is in the middle of a really cool area with restaurants, a movie theatre, bowling alley, lounges, shops, etc. You will NOT be disappointed at Bottleworks!
