Horrible, this place is outdated from the parking lot, the exterior of the building including the ladies restroom and I was told the men’s as well! This may have had some elegancy ...
previously but now it really needs some TLC.
What an experience!!! 1st thing you should know, Jeanne is an absolute godsend. I held The Southern Soiree Dance Challenge. It was my first time as an organizer for an event of thi...
s size. I wasn't sure about my budget, the length or time, etc, but knew i had at least 400 entries to get through that day.
Jeanne went over and above my expectations, offering advice and throwing out ideas that would spark my interest.
She was always available when I had questions or concerns before, during and after the event.
She made it her goal to make sure our event succeeded.
The Venue is GORGEOUS!!!! The floor was perfect for dancing!
The only issue I had, was after the event, EVERYONE in attendance came to me with high praise and asked if we'd do it again the following year. The reason was because the food was SOOOO GOOD, that they didn't want to miss it. Not the dancing, but the food. HAHA! Seriously though, if you have Boudreaux's cater your event....I can't stress enough that the broiled fish in I believe was a dill oil, was sublime. The best fish i have ever had in my life. Everything was wonderful. The table set ups, the workers that picked up the plates and trash without being in the way. The attention to detail. I can't say enough about Jeanne and Boudreaux's. I look forward to going back this coming May, for our event.

Everyone had a great time and the food was great. They were nice enough to have food for us right when we got there in a private room and they packed us some to go. The Issues I ha...
d with Boudreaux's was that I was guaranteed that I did not need a events coordinator for the reception because they would have someone to get us ready for "first dance, cake tasting, garter and bouquet toss, send off, toast etc." The lady in charge left the scene after the first dance and barely made it back to pour our champagne after half the guest had left already for the cake cutting. Then she never came back so I had to announce the bouquet toss myself, and get the throw items and announce our send off as well. Not happy with her
It was beautiful!!! The food was amazing! Everything was decorated for Christmas! It was like a winter wonder land!
Wow!! Everything was executed perfectly! They were so easy to work with and Jeanne knew exactly what I wanted and they provided that. You can beat the food and the decorations duri...
ng the Christmas season are to die for!
The staff was very helpful throughout the entire process. Making sure that everyone had what they needed and everything was done beautifully!
I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Boudreaux's for our wedding on October 31, 2015.
We were planning our wedding remotely since I no longer live in Lo...
uisiana. Jeanine (the event coordinator) went above and beyond in every respect to help things go smoothly. For example, when we asked her for recommendations on cake vendors, she gave us recommendations for two places and then offered to check out any other vendors we were interested in.
The food was truly amazing. Cannot-even-describe-how-delicous amazing. There was a huge amount of variety (pad thai station to friend catfish fingers to pork with mango salsa to boudin balls) and it was all INCREDIBLE.
At the start of the reception, Jeanine had a taste of everything set up for us (the bride and groom) to eat before we actually went into the main reception area so that we got a chance to actually breathe and eat. Then she packed us a to-go basket with dinner for the night and a bottle of champagne.
The space is beautiful. It is large and very convenient for setting up a dancing area, a drinks area, and a just-sitting-and-visiting area. It rained on our wedding day and there is a covered drop off folks can drive under to keep from getting wet or just drop off anyone who has mobility issues.
We selected Boudreaux's in the first place because we were so impressed by how straightforward they were in dealing with us. Their informational packet contains the prices, as well as the final prices once you count tip and taxes. It included a list of everything that price included (the space, the food, cleanup, servers, cake cutting, etc.) as well as a list of "thing people often want in their reception that are not included" (DJ, cake, etc.) It was very helpful in organizing my thoughts and also helping me know exactly what we were paying for - no surprise fees later.
I was so pleased with our dealings with Boudreaux's and recommend them 100% to our friends. Thank you, Boudreaux's, and especially Jeanine, for a beautiful and memorable day.
We had our reception here on 7/31/15. It was wonderful. The space was huge so it didn't feel cramped but because it was so open we didn't miss anything that went on. They had the b...
est prices in town. They were very accomadating. Ms. Jeanine went above and beyond to meet with us and make sure it was perfect. My only complaint was that you don't get to taste the food. They had a bridal day that they sent you tickets to which I thought was a bridal show but apparently it was the only time to taste the food. I just wish someone would have made that clear.
We've worked many here and many to come. Great venue to work hand in hand with!
This venue was exquisite. I worked with Ms. Jeanine and she was there every step of the way to make my day special. The day of the wedding flowed very smoothly because of her direc...
ting the whole time. This venue however is quite expensive but you get a lot of things included once you choose a package that you like. Overall I felt as if this venue was really great.

I had a good experience here. If you want ease in planning your reception and a classy look, this is a great place! Jeanine is wonderful to work with!!!

ible the food was (it has been over a month since the wedding). I owe it all to Jeanine and the wonderful staff at Boudreaux's. They worked out a very affordable package and made it so easy for me and my mother to plan.! Highly recommended.
Everything was wonderful. They include cakes in prices, but I wish they would have listened more to what I wanted for my cake. I showed pictures and they totally got the size wrong...
