s size. I wasn't sure about my budget, the length or time, etc, but knew i had at least 400 entries to get through that day.
Jeanne went over and above my expectations, offering advice and throwing out ideas that would spark my interest.
She was always available when I had questions or concerns before, during and after the event.
She made it her goal to make sure our event succeeded.
The Venue is GORGEOUS!!!! The floor was perfect for dancing!
The only issue I had, was after the event, EVERYONE in attendance came to me with high praise and asked if we'd do it again the following year. The reason was because the food was SOOOO GOOD, that they didn't want to miss it. Not the dancing, but the food. HAHA! Seriously though, if you have Boudreaux's cater your event....I can't stress enough that the broiled fish in I believe was a dill oil, was sublime. The best fish i have ever had in my life. Everything was wonderful. The table set ups, the workers that picked up the plates and trash without being in the way. The attention to detail. I can't say enough about Jeanne and Boudreaux's. I look forward to going back this coming May, for our event.

d with Boudreaux's was that I was guaranteed that I did not need a events coordinator for the reception because they would have someone to get us ready for "first dance, cake tasting, garter and bouquet toss, send off, toast etc." The lady in charge left the scene after the first dance and barely made it back to pour our champagne after half the guest had left already for the cake cutting. Then she never came back so I had to announce the bouquet toss myself, and get the throw items and announce our send off as well. Not happy with her

uisiana. Jeanine (the event coordinator) went above and beyond in every respect to help things go smoothly. For example, when we asked her for recommendations on cake vendors, she gave us recommendations for two places and then offered to check out any other vendors we were interested in.
The food was truly amazing. Cannot-even-describe-how-delicous amazing. There was a huge amount of variety (pad thai station to friend catfish fingers to pork with mango salsa to boudin balls) and it was all INCREDIBLE.
At the start of the reception, Jeanine had a taste of everything set up for us (the bride and groom) to eat before we actually went into the main reception area so that we got a chance to actually breathe and eat. Then she packed us a to-go basket with dinner for the night and a bottle of champagne.
The space is beautiful. It is large and very convenient for setting up a dancing area, a drinks area, and a just-sitting-and-visiting area. It rained on our wedding day and there is a covered drop off folks can drive under to keep from getting wet or just drop off anyone who has mobility issues.
We selected Boudreaux's in the first place because we were so impressed by how straightforward they were in dealing with us. Their informational packet contains the prices, as well as the final prices once you count tip and taxes. It included a list of everything that price included (the space, the food, cleanup, servers, cake cutting, etc.) as well as a list of "thing people often want in their reception that are not included" (DJ, cake, etc.) It was very helpful in organizing my thoughts and also helping me know exactly what we were paying for - no surprise fees later.
I was so pleased with our dealings with Boudreaux's and recommend them 100% to our friends. Thank you, Boudreaux's, and especially Jeanine, for a beautiful and memorable day.

est prices in town. They were very accomadating. Ms. Jeanine went above and beyond to meet with us and make sure it was perfect. My only complaint was that you don't get to taste the food. They had a bridal day that they sent you tickets to which I thought was a bridal show but apparently it was the only time to taste the food. I just wish someone would have made that clear.
