our wedding florals!! I knew I wanted whimsical/airy/springtime/wildflower vibes but I couldn't fully articulate what I wanted. So, I ended up sending Kara an absurd amount of inspiration photos and she was able to take my chaotic inspiration and completely streamline it into the florals of my absolute dreams!! After talking with Kara and seeing her initial proposal after our first meeting, I knew my vision was in good hands! From the breathtaking ceremony flowers, to a unique waterfall arrangement at the bar, to the unbelievable sweetheart table decor that looked like it could be out of a magazine, everything turned out stunning!! I still get compliments from friends and family about the florals at our wedding! I am a landscape architect, so I do not know much about cut flowers or floral arrangements by any means, but people were expecting some good florals - and they certainly got them!! I also have to mention one of my absolute favorite parts of my day... my bouquet!! It was just what I wanted - big, colorful, whimsical and had the most gorgeous mix of springtime florals. I was so looking forward to my bouquet and was planning on getting it pressed and made into an art piece, but at the end of the night, I was not able to find it. I reached out to Kara the following day wondering if she had any extra flowers I could pick up since I couldn't find my bouquet, and she offered to create a replica of my bouquet using the leftover flowers from my wedding!! She already worked so hard that weekend and she took the extra time to create a new bouquet for me. The sweetest and most selfless thing and I can't thank her enough!! Above and beyond! They truly brought my vision to life and made our wedding day that much more special. Thank you Kara for everything!

rried it could be too gaudy if not done right. Kara knocked it out of the park with the colors, flower types, and how everything tied together. In addition to vision, price, communication, and execution all exceeded expectations. Kara was always prompt to communicate and even welcomed an in-person meeting to help me visualize vessels and how the florals would come together with other decor. Everything was smooth on wedding day and we could not have been more pleased. During our first look, my husband called out how pretty the bouquet was and our hanging installation was truly a centerpiece for the reception. Kara even went beyond and brought some additional candles for side tables / decorated our cake. Best decision was hiring Bou-K!

well that I couldn’t have dreamt it up better myself in my wildest dreams. From the table scapes, to the installations, to the signage, she perfectly pieced together the perfect multicolored pastel vision. I get emotional just thinking about it. I would trust Kara with every aspect of our day a zillion times over again!!!

the overall design and end-to-end experience was something I was so passionate about and excited to curate. As I started creating our floral inspo I honestly worried our "vision" was either going to be too difficult and therefore way out of budget -- or -- we wouldn't be able to find a florist who really understood what we were going for. Then we met Kara. We had multiple consultations with florists who were all very lovely but Kara was the first person we met who smiled ear to ear when we asked her if she would be able/willing to take on something a little unusual (for context we had fruit and vegetables on our tables lol). From the consultation on, Kara was there answering our many questions, responding back with vision boards that showed she was truly invested in making our vision come to life, and insisting there wasn't anything we couldn't figure out together. She was so excited about finding the best produce that I wanted for our tablescapes that more than once I received texts of pears and figs with a string of "!!!!" leading up to the big day. When the big day arrived we were truly speechless as we watched her and her amazing team pull in the driveway and take over the backyard as if it were her canvas. She truly listened to everything we wanted and made it even better. Not only did she absolutely nail our floral, greenery, and produce vision -- she also created the most gorgeous welcome and seating chart signs. I could go on and on about Kara and her amazing team. In short, I hired an amazingly talented florist and in the end, I felt as though I gained a friend. Should you choose to work with Kara and her team you will not be disappointed <3
