My husband & I had our wedding at Boulder Pointe and we had the best day of our life!!! Our Boulder Pointe team were very helpful & supportive with our wedding planning ideas & even helped with a few wedding planning tips to help make our day amazing! Our ceremony was very beautiful & we were so happy to get married on the beautiful rock staircase outside during the ceremony! My husband, wedding party, & I had lots of fun taking pictures at their beautiful picture spots & the weather worked beautifully in our favor! The ballroom for the reception was absolutely beautiful! Our wedding guests absolutely loved the food & drinks!!! The food was very delicious especially the filet steak! And the desserts were very delicious especially the s'mores bar! My husband & I love s'mores so when we found out Boulder Pointe had a s'mores bar, we knew we had to go for it! It's been a week since our wedding and thanks to Boulder Pointe, we had the best day ever & we are still smiling from our beautiful day! Boulder Pointe will work very hard to make sure your fairytale wedding ends with a happily ever after ☺️

I could not have imagined my wedding day any better. Our guests raved about the food and the quality of the staff (especially the buttermilk redskin mashed potatoes). Everything went perfect. The staff is so accommodating and will make sure every detail is perfect. I may be biased, but our wedding was a guest favorite all because of the great staff, food, and amenities at Boulder pointe. All of our guests had such a great time. The venue and ceremony site is just gorgeous. I wanted a venue where I could get gorgeous outdoor photos and not have to travel to do so, which is why I am so glad we went with Boulder pointe. We cannot thank Boulder pointe enough for everything!

about it which is perfect as the bride! It was fixed before I was aware.
My only issue was the food. While the tasting was phenomenal; the day of food was just ok. I know it’s hard when cooking for 120 people, but that was a huge priority for myself and now husband; good food. Neither of us drink, so food was very important. It was not that great honestly and I hadn’t really eaten all day so that was a disappointment.
We did have an open bar for our guests and no complaints from anyone there.
Overall the experience was really good. The atmosphere was perfect and everything came together wonderfully to make my day truly unforgettable.

His attention to detail is impeccable; for example, he noticed we had set up two of our tables with the wrong number of charger plates prior to our event. He acts more of a wedding coordinator and lead our whole rehearsal since our officiant did not attend. The staff working the night of our wedding also did an amazing job. They helped us clean up and pack our decorations and served dinner and dessert in record timing. The food was amazing, we had the plated steak and chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes. So good! Overall, I highly recommend this venue.

did nothing but ignore the contract. Look for another facility that will honor their contracts.

beautiful, with the grand ballroom opening up to a very spacious deck that overlooks the golf course, but Becky (Sales/Event Director) and her staff were spectacular. From our initial meeting with Becky and throughout the entire planning process, she was always available, professional, very accommodating, and helpful. And then on the night of the event, she and her staff worked their butts off to make sure everything ran silky smooth.
I cannot say enough good things about our entire experience with Boulder Pointe, and neither can our guests! We had about 300 people in attendance, the majority being from the metro Detroit area, and none of them had ever been to an event at Boulder Pointe. They all loved it and I’ve had at least a dozen requests for info about the venue. I think Boulder Pointe is going to be seeing a lot more action soon!

We had my daughter's bridal shower at Boulder Pointe on June 10th. The food was great, the location is beautiful but the service was terrible. I couldn't even get a tray for cupcak...
es (after being told when I signed the agreement it wouldn't be a problem). We had about 50 guests and my daughter was served last. There were no pitchers of water on the tables and the staff of four would disappear for 10 or 15 minutes at a time. Honestly, the food service was the last thing I thought I'd have to worry about. Very disappointed!

With help in making sure I had special dietary food for my guests (and myself as I have celiacs) to making sure everyone knew their place and role on the day of our wedding. Becky was there Much later after her shift ended on the night of our wedding to ensure we were completely satisfied. I could not of asked for anyone else who would of been there every step of the way. Becky and the entire wait staff at Boulder Pointe rocks !! Thank you again for making our big day nothing less than spectacular !!!

here answering questions every step of the way. She was always courtesy and prompt when I would email (we aren't from that area), she helped think through any areas of confusion we had during the process, and was an absolute dream to work with. I had complete confidence that our day would be exactly what I pictured it to be. Even when I went a little overboard on the DIY, Becky was there to collect the boxes of crafts and create the look I had envisioned. When our RSVP count differed from what we had originally anticipated, Becky helped come up with a solution we all felt comfortable with, which was a huge relief at that point in the game. I should also mention it rained for most of our wedding day. I had such trust in Becky and the staff at Boulder Pointe that everything would still turn out ok, even with the uncooperative weather. This venue is stunning, the staff is outstanding, if I were to do it all over again I would hands down be back at Boulder Pointe!

n! Becky did a fantastic job answering all of my questions and staying in constant contact with me in the weeks leading up to our wedding. She really put my mind at ease. The staff did a wonderful job as well! Before the ceremony, one of the guys led us around the course on golf carts to the best photo locations on site. The wait staff had our drinks of choice waiting for us at the head table immediately following the ceremony. They kept our plates covered so they would stay warm while we were visiting with our guests and didn't have time to eat right away. They even washed our champagne flutes and cake cutting set and safely packaged it up for us! Our guests raved about the food and drinks for weeks after our wedding. While the gazebo was a beautiful ceremony site, the guests chairs were lined up very tightly. There are also some rather rocky steps leading up to the aisle that may be tricky for some elderly guests. That said, I am very happy with the way the entire day turned out, the ceremony included. I would highly recommend Boulder Pointe to anyone in the area looking for a ceremony/reception venue.

I loved that Becky always responded to my emails within a few minutes, she always gave very helpful advice when I needed it, made me feel so comfortable that she knew all of the details and to top it all off when I was feeling any stress, she always made me feel so excited. She took care of everything.
I had so many compliments on the food, the staff - how professional and friendly they were and the hall was immaculate. Seriously, can't imagine a better hall.
Thank you Becky and the BP staff - you helped make my wedding day dreams come true!

We had our wedding reception at Boulder Pointe and were highly satisfied with everything there. The place is beautiful, if you have enough people you get the use of the entire room...
which is spacious and beautiful. There are 2 bars, a central dance floor and a balcony veranda area that you get full use of. I worked with 2 different wedding coordinators- Sunnie and Becky- both were great. They both worked very hard to make sure things were just the way that we wanted. They were quick to answer questions and very accommodating with our wants and needs. Overall it was a wonderfully positive experience and I would recommend this venue to anyone looking!

The day of the wedding, they provided the coordinator to be on site to help everything run smoothly and they also provided a server to specifically wait on the bridal party all night. Our guests had nothing but awesome things to say about our wedding and Boulder Pointe! I would do it all over again if I could. I would recommend this venue to anyone! Awesome staff and great facility!

have given me some great recommendations on vendors to work with that really know the space. We just had our Bridal tasting and choosing which dishes and appetizers to go with was difficult because everything we sampled was amazing. This was an important part of us choosing this location as my Fiance and I love good food. Also another thing that sealed our decision was the option to have the ceremony and reception all at one location, so that guests can go right from the ceremony to sipping cocktails. Can't wait counting down the days till the big day:)
