I looked at many, many, many venues online and after narrowing things down looked at 4 in person. Instantly upon meeting Jessica, the events coordinator, I immediately had a feelin...
g of "oh thank God I found you". I cannot say enough kind things about her professionalism, attentiveness, coordination, and personality. I am so incredibly grateful to have had her help in this process. I really wanted a venue with in house catering to streamline that portion. You're going to read this and think this is an overstatement but the food is amazing. Truly amazing. Guests were raving about it. It was hard to choose at the tasting because everything was exceptional. I had also had the opportunity to attend a brunch event here as part of a work function and that food was exceptional too. The portions were huge as well. We were really looking for an intimate, glamorous, moody vibe and were able to play that up with the linen options and uplighting that the venue provided. The staff providing service for the event was all kind and attentive. Andrea, the hotel manager, was also a pleasure to work, kept us updated about block, was responsive in communication, and was very helpful to my family members who had contacted her for booking or other questions. I am so incredibly pleased with the experience.
Between the venue, the service, and the food, every guest raved about our rehearsal dinner at Boundary. The outcome was all I could have hoped for, but the process of working with ...
them was so easy--something I really appreciated. Unlike many places, the staff at Boundary were willing to let us have four entree choices for our guests--we just had to get their choices in advance (which we did via our online RSVP and then labeled their place cards with themed stickers indicating entree choice--a cow for beef, carrot for vegetarian strudel, etc). They also let us have two desserts when we couldn't choose just one! They accommodated every dietary restriction and even changed their sourcing to ensure that the meat and dairy were ethically and sustainably sourced. The chefs worked with us to make sure that these needs were met while still keeping the price reasonable.
Jessica, who started her job midway through our planning, handled everything smoothly, and Terry, who was in charge during the event, made sure everything ran smoothly, accommodated the event going long, and made sure I stayed hydrated. The staff even got me some super glue when my heel broke! I can't say enough good things about the folks at Boundary/Cheshire and highly recommend you consider them for your wedding events.
BOOK THIS VENUE! We chose to have our rehearsal dinner and welcome reception at Boundary because our hotel block was at the Cheshire. Everything about the event was phenomenal. The...

to book the back room at Boundary and the entrance into the room has a lounge/bar area with a red ceiling that elevates the tone of the event and sets an underlying party like vibe! We were able to have a buffet line including pulled pork and various bbq sauces (the asian one was a hit with all the family members). The food was fantastic! Everything was wonderful when it came to taste. The drinks were great and the bartender really ensured that we were taken care of. Tony was the best! He really was sweet and made sure to check in with us! He was a great event captain! The entire team was spectacular and Sarah could not have helped us plan the event better! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Please visit and inquire if you want a rehearsal dinner that gives off an intimate modern party vibe!
