The only reason I am leaving 1 star is because 0 stars was not an option. I left my wedding bouquet and invitation with Birgitta in 11/2016 and received the finished product in 8/2017. I was not happy with the backwards placement of the wedding invitation, so she agreed to fix it and then later sent me an email asking for more money to fix her mistake. I refused to pay more and asked for the shadowbox to be returned to me untouched. Birgitta "fixed" the box without my permission and then refused to meet me again in person and left my wedding shadow box damaged (the entire back of the frame falling off) in an old open amazon box at a ups store, and then suggested that I must have dropped it. After insulting my intelligence, she did offer to fix the box for the second time. But at that point I had run out of patience. Instead, I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and took it to a framer who actually knew what he was doing. He fixed the invitation and removed the improperly placed copious amounts of glue on the back of the shadow box so that he could secure it. This entire experience was awful. Birgitta was rude, insulting, and unprofessional in the vast majority of her email communications. Please do your due diligence and fully research other framing companies before overpaying for a frustrating experience and a product subpar in quality!
