The price they provided everything was lower/same as other vendors and they would have only provided a portion of what BSB provided. We received positive feedback from our guests on the options available. We wouldn’t hesitate to use BSB again, even if it was for a non-wedding event.

like a permanent fixture. I was very impressed. On top of that, the bartenders were so courteous and professional...and fun! My guests took full advantage of the open bar and are still telling me how great the drinks were and how great the service was!

The next day after the reception I found out that the vodka had run out at some point during the night but that they went out and got more. I appreciated this because sometimes vendors will tell you they are out and there’s nothing that can be done.

Every email I sent him was responded to within 24 hours – unlike several other vendors who didn’t respond at all. He exceeded all my expectations. The prices can’t be beat - ONLY $6.99 per person for beer and wine (in addition to the reasonable $30/hour service fee). He brings a lighted bar to the event and handles all the setup and cleanup. Everyone I talked to was very pleased with the bar service.

ount of money. For our wedding we got the full premium bar service which included PLENTY of choices of liquor, mixers, garnishes, beer, and wine. All the drinks tasted wonderful and all of the guests enjoyed the variety in drinks the bar had to offer. Also the bar was beautiful and had lighting on it. They showed up on time and set up before the reception started and had enough drinks for the entire time contracted. They did run out of coke at one point and had to run out and get more (causing the line to back up some). The lines were kind of long during the beginning due to everyone going to the bar all at once to get a drink for dinner. I had a lot of non-drinkers at my wedding that just wanted water or soda… so if you use them I would recommend to the bartenders to set out pre filled cups of soda/water for people to grab (just an idea so they don’t have to wait in line). Also the contract said they would provide bottled water and they were filling up pitchers of tap water in the beginning but later he brought out the bottled water. Lastly, some of my guests along with my father in law told me that one of the bartenders at my reception was telling them that I did not give him the correct head count (which was why he appeared unhappy and upset). Apparently when he arrived he was confused by how many chairs were set up ( the owner of the reception venue would not let me move her tables/chairs- we had 250 set up even though my guest count was approx. 200). Also he found out that we gave the caterer a higher head count. We did this because we wanted to make sure we had enough food in case people who did not RSVP showed up and so people could have seconds. I knew if more people showed up than the headcount I gave the bartender (I gave a headcount of 207 and 197 showed up) then it’s stated in our contract that he can charge me for the extra people after the wedding, which I was fine with. The bartender could have acted more professional/happy at the reception considering he had the right to charge me for any additional guests I did not pay for after the event. Anyways, I understand it was a big misunderstanding, we are human and not perfect. The misunderstanding was cleared up the next day and he apologized for it.
