We truly cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding at Bourgmont Winery! From the moment we started planning to the moment we walked out of the venue at the end of the night, everything was absolutely incredible. The venue itself is STUNNING and provided the most beautiful backdrop for our wedding day. Every single detail felt so special, and our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the property was!
But what truly made our experience unforgettable was our coordinator, Dani. She was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Dani was organized, responsive, kind, calm, and genuinely invested in making our wedding day perfect. She made us feel so taken care of throughout the entire planning process and, most importantly, on the actual wedding day. We were able to fully enjoy every moment because we knew Dani had everything under control. She was truly one of the biggest reasons our day went so smoothly!
We also rented the house next door, and we HIGHLY recommend doing this! Having the house made the morning of our wedding so easy and convenient, especially since we got married in the Catholic church. It gave us the perfect space to get ready, relax, spend time with our bridal party, and have everything we needed close by. We also hosted our rehearsal dinner at the house the night before, and it was absolutely awesome! It made the entire wedding weekend feel so special and intimate and was the perfect way to kick off the celebrations.
If you are considering Bourgmont Winery for your wedding, BOOK IT! We would choose this venue and this team a million times over. We are so incredibly grateful that we got to celebrate the best day of our lives there, and we will forever have the happiest memories of Bourgmont Winery and Dani. 🤍

ding day goes smoothly! She is very experienced and made sure we were aware of things we wouldn't have thought about otherwise. I can't say enough about the team at Bourgmont, we enjoyed working with them and truly enjoyed every visit to the venue throughout the wedding planning process!
The venue itself is gorgeous!! The inside is beautiful and the floating candles make the space SO romantic. All of our guests loved that touch! The grounds surrounding the venue are just as beautiful and offer great views and amazing backgrounds for pictures!
We would also highly recommend renting the house on the property for your wedding weekend! The house has more than enough space for you and your wedding party. It's the perfect place to get ready before your big day and it's location offers connivence that can't be beat! It's only a short walk from the venue (I mean less than a minute) which is incredibly nice when you need to go back and forth while setting up. All our family and friends were very impressed with the house and agreed it was the perfect addition to the weekend!

ted the house on the property for our rehearsal dinner and for the bridal party to stay in/get ready in. It's a gorgeous house with a ton of space, and it made for a really great rehearsal dinner location. The house comfortably fit around 60 people for our rehearsal dinner and easily could've fit 100+. We had 12 people in our bridal party who stayed overnight in the house and used the space to get ready. Everyone was comfortable, there were plenty of beds and bathrooms, and we easily could've hosted more people if desired given there was plenty of space for air mattresses.
We had our ceremony outdoors on the patio, which was really pretty. It was unfortunately 95 degrees out, but Bourgmont set out fans/misters to help keep everyone cool. The indoor reception space is also beautiful; all of the candles hanging from the ceiling felt like we were in a fairy tail.
Perhaps most importantly, Dani, the Bourgmont event coordinator, is the best event coordinator I've ever met. She did a fantastic job helping us plan our wedding from out of state, and she helped the whole weekend go smoothly. She is professional, polite, and manages to think of everything so that you don't have to. Her and her husband both went above and beyond to help us have a great day with minimal stress. When I forgot to get flower petals for our flower girl, Dani got some for me at the last minute and refused to let me pay her for them. At the end of our wedding night, she hand washed my grandma's crystal glasses we used for a champagne toast without being asked and packed all of our decorations safely into boxes for us to take home. She helped the caters pack up extra food and cake, and then brought it over to the house and even put things away in the fridge for us. My husband and I had the best time enjoying our wedding day, and this was made possible by Dani and the Bourgmont team.

What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Dani, JohnPaul, and every other person we interacted with was so kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in how they treat everyone and how smoothly everything ran. And I can’t forget to mention that their wine is amazing!
And Dani was seriously a lifesaver. Having her as our day-of coordinator made such a huge difference. She kept everything organized, on time, calm, and because of her we were actually able to relax and soak in every moment of our wedding weekend. You should absolutely hire her for coordination—she is incredible at what she does and such an important part of why our day was so seamless!
We will always have such a special place in our hearts for Bourgmont, we cannot wait to continue to visit and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat!

EYOND AMAZING! Everyone was all hands on deck to help with anything and everything to make sure we had the perfect day, they were very detailed on how the day would go which made everything even better! The bonus of renting the house on the property made it feel more special to be able to be on site right away on the morning of the winery and was spacious to house out of town guests. The property (indoors and outdoors) is BEAUTIFUL. We received a lot of compliments on how beautiful the event was. It was also nice for guests to be able to be outside when/if they wanted, which was important to us to have that outdoor element.
And not to mention, the photo opps are endless and you will love your photography given all the green from the trees, vineyards, etc. and the lakes!
If we had to do it again, we would choose The Bourgmont again.

enue. The grounds are so beautiful and ripe with photo opportunities. The venue itself is absolutely lovely, from the brick and wood detail of the professionally renovated equestrian barn to the floating candles lining the ceiling and the pretty bridal suite to the huge patio with sweeping views and comfortable seating. We also rented the house adjacent to the venue for the wedding party and it is an amazing, spacious place. The wedding party felt like they were at a destination wedding. The house has so many gorgeous details, entertainment areas & kitchens, and a huge master bath suite that was perfect for hair and makeup for the bride and her seven attendants. The house also has amazing patios that offer stunning views and prime photo ops.
Our guests at the reception could not get over how lovely the venue was. We received compliments all night long. They loved the Bourgmont wine, and the wine slushies were also a hit. It was a perfect evening outside so our guests had the option to hit the dance floor inside the venue and/or relax and have a conversation on the patio. We were grateful to have both options.
Given all of the beauty of the venue, what stands out the most about our Bourgmont experience are the people. I can not say enough about the unbeatable hospitality we received from our hosts, Dani, JP, and the Bourgmont family. Every detail was attended to, even the details that I overlooked. They are both gracious and professional and make you feel like family. Dani was extremely helpful in getting the details of the day covered, offering helpful suggestions as well as being flexible when plans changed. Dani, JP and staff took care of reception set up/tear down including details such as the gift table & signage, greeting vendors and ensuring they were set for the evening so that we could be fully present in the day.
We think the Bourgmont is the perfect event space and the people make it the very best. We have already returned to the Bourgmont since the wedding to enjoy the wine and events. The Bourgmont is a very special place.

e so generous, let us tour the space as many times as we wanted, always gave us more wine for tasting, on wedding day they set aside a specific bottle of sparkling wine they knew I loved just for me. Dani truly was like a fairy godmother and made my wishes come true. We wanted the space arranged in a way they had never tried before and they were willing to do it. The house on property to rent for the bridal party was SO FUN! It’s slightly outdated, but the sheer size makes up for it. We were able to fit so many people for a welcome party and a party post wedding. I was hesitant to book here only due to the liquor restrictions (no hard liquor since it’s a winery) don’t let that stop you!! Your guests have plenty of fun with wine, beer and seltzers. We heard so so many compliments about how beautiful the space and vineyards were.

oom for dinner. The staff at the Bourgmont was amazing. My event planner was very responsive to all my questions while making preparations, and attended to our every need. She help with ideas for setting up the room to accommodate the most people, was there when we were setting up, and got us anything we needed. The best part was while we were at rehearsal, she made sure the final details were taken care of, such as helping the caterers get set up, stocking our drink bins with ice, lighting the tea lights at the tables, just anything we asked for. The bartending staff were also great when our party started early. They were so efficient getting everyone waited on; I had one guest comment they never waited long to get a drink at either the rehearsal dinner, nor the reception. And the venue is so beautiful, you just can't take a bad picture. Overall, the rehearsal dinner couldn't have gone any smoother. I would definitely recommend the Bourgmont.

I brought my family in one day when the tasting room was closed and Alex, the manager, opened up the room for us and gave us a free private wine tasting. Dani went above and beyond for us for the engagement, with planning the wedding, and the the weekend of our wedding. She cares a lot and definitely did more than expected. We could not have asked for better people to work with!
Everything from the floors to the walls, the ceiling, the wine barrels and the outside ceremony area is beautiful without having to buy a lot of decorations or flowers. Our favorite part was the ceiling for the reception area. There are candles hanging from the ceiling that made the venue really pretty. There is also a mansion right next to the venue that you can rent out. It's perfect for a rehearsal dinner, you can stay the night there with your wedding party and then get ready there the morning of your wedding!

ing with the surprise party immediately following the engagement. The scenery inside as well as outside is a spectacular backdrop for any event. So that’s just an added bonus to the customer service. Their Event Coordinator, Dani Kenner, took care of every detail of prepping and decor for engagement and worked closely with our Party Coordinator, to ensure ALL requests were met. The staff during the night of the event, were superb and made sure our guests were well taken care of. Many were first timers to the venue and I will say they will be returning customers. Even for our small event , we were taken care of as if we were having a large wedding! So gracious and staying past the event time without even a complaint or rushing us out the door. Professional but yet gracious and fun.
Whether it’s a wedding ( which we’ve attended there before ) or a small party ( which we’ve attended besides our own), we highly recommend this venue for your event.

at Bourgmont we quickly changed our minds. Everyone at Bourgmont was so kind and accommodating. They made us feel like we were top priority and were willing to do anything to make our day run smoothly. The day of our wedding there was rain in the forecast all day. There happened to be a gap in the rain, and thirty minutes prior to the event, Will (one of the staff members) set up all of the chairs outside, so I could have the outdoor wedding I always wanted. I didn't have to worry about anything the day of because Will and his staff were so on top of everything. Bourgmont has recently opened as a winery, so my husband and I went out and celebrated our 1 year anniversary by having wine out at the venue. What better place to be on your anniversary than where you got married? I definitely recommend this venue, and will continue to come back!

wedding day! The venue is absolutely stunning. We got some amazing photos and all of the guests fell in love with the venue too! The property has a huge house and I had 15 friends spend the night there the night before and it was so perfect to wake up and be at the venue already! I would recommend this venue to anyone who is getting married. We had the best experience and we can't wait to go back on our anniversaries to drink wine.

When looking for a wedding ceremony & reception venue we took a look at this beautiful, new venue south of Kansas City. It was brand new so we didn't have reviews or many pictures...
(or even a completely finished facility) to give us assurance, but what we did have was a remarkable young man, Will, who walked every step of the wedding venue process with us. He worked so hard to make sure everything was ready for us & exactly the way we had envisioned. The day of the wedding, he
and his staff were so accommodating and worked their tails off all day/night doing the many behind the scene things that none of us even knew needed to happen. We were concerned about the amount of time it might take to "flip" the venue for the reception, but Will brought in extra staff and it all went off very quickly and without a hitch. Our guests were so impressed and in awe of how it all looked so effortless. The venue was transformed into an elegant, beautiful space for our daughter's ceremony & reception and we couldn't have been happier that we chose this unique venue for our special day!

you say sunset pictures in front of the lake?! The patio is large and was an ideal place to hold a cocktail hour on a beautiful fall afternoon/evening. And when you walk into the venue - wow! It is spectacular even before you start decorating tables or laying the dance floor. The best part of it all was working with Will and his staff at Bourgmont. They were flexible, accommodating and truly wanted to make sure everything was perfect for my daughter on her wedding day.
We also chose to rent the house on the property so that our daughter and bridesmaids could stay together in one location the night before the wedding. We were easily able to accommodate the bride, 6 bridesmaids and some of their spouses for the weekend as the house has multiple bedrooms, showers, kitchens and sitting areas for everyone. The master suite was spectacular and had mirrors all around for the entire wedding party to get ready at one time in the same area. Lots of fun!
If you are looking for a wedding venue this IS your place! Will and the staff at Bourgmont will give you a first-class, exceptional experience!

hat it would look like by the time of the wedding, but we were continually updated by Will about what was happening and what amenities they did / didn't have. Not only is the location absolutely beautiful, but the staff is amazing to work with.
Will was so helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. My mother and I are very visual people so we have to lay things out and see how they fit before we make a decision. Will was wonderful about opening up the venue for us to come tour it, play with seating arrangements and meet with vendors out there. We probably visited Bourgmont close to 10 times before the wedding date. He was very responsive to email as well. Whenever I had questions about the contract, what was available for the caterer to use, number of tables, etc. he was quick to give me an answer. He was also great about providing suggestions on how to lay out the room as well. The weekend of the wedding, Will was there ensuring everything was set up properly by his staff and even wheeling out huge wine barrels to the patio for us to use as cocktail tables. He made it so I didn't have to worry about anything. We had rented a couple of heaters for the event, but couldn't have them picked up until the Monday following the wedding and even though we were supposed to be out much earlier, Will was great about working with us on that.
Not only did we have our reception there, but we also rented the house on the property as well. It is stunning. We had all of the bridesmaids and myself stay there the night before the wedding and then we spent the morning getting ready there. There was plenty of space for everyone to get ready together in the same room which was so nice. After the wedding, all of our bridesmaids and groomsmen stayed at the house which was great. There was plenty of room for them all to hang out and sleep.
Bourgmont is a beautiful venue and the staff is so accommodating. They make you feel super special and give you the VIP treatment. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone.

We had our rehearsal dinner the night before at the onsite house (mansion). It was an awesome space to gather every one and play yard games and walk around the lake! We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Bourgmont Vineyards. It felt secluded, private and open. My husband kept calling it like having your own state park all to yourself. We decided to have all our pictures onsite as there are so many varied landscapes and backdrops; it was gorgeous! The venue and redemption space is a beautiful horse barn converted into a venue space with all of the latest amenities. They have a huge outdoor patio and pergola built that can easier serve as your ceremony space and is perfectly laid out. We enjoyed the laid back feel that was naturally beautiful with the countryside surround us!
In addition to a great overall space the owners and coordinators at Bourgmont were awesome to work with. Will was very enthusiastic and pays attention to detail and went out of his way to work with us and make the day perfect!
We look forward to returning to Bourgmont vineyards in the future for wine tasting and to celebrate our anniversary. It is a place we want to return to and know you’ll love!
