They were so organized and understanding and went out of their way to get everything we had asked for. Even when we were running behind, Eric went over what we had initially discussed to prioritize what we could do in the amount of time we had left- so helpful!! The final products we received within two weeks of our wedding were so beautiful. Our edited video perfectly captured our day and the photos showed the day exactly how we wanted. Sam and his team were mindful of our requests for the wedding day and were very professional. They were prompt and present, and even helped us stay on schedule throughout all our events (getting ready, ceremony at the church, reception timeline, golden hour, etc). The quality of the photos we received back (TWO WEEKS after the wedding - wow! Great turnaround!) was wonderful - photos were true to color, nice bright lighting - which is what we wanted (we didn't want too much editing or filtering on the photos). Moreover, the quality of our video was amazing! The audio clips from the ceremony, the music, and the video clips all worked so beautifully together, and we love re-watching our wedding day video. Sam even sent us the video and asked if we wanted anything changed about it. Overall, great service and we're so grateful we will have all these memories from our wedding day captured to enjoy for the rest of our lives!

As the more anxious groom, I was shy posing for same-sex couple photos in public but they took my nervousness into consideration with patience. I appreciated them finding more quiet or secluded areas to take pictures considering how shy I was. Clear directions and posing ideas compensated for the bashfulness. The poses, chosen settings, quality, filters, and volume of photos was worth the value. The added service of a full length and a social media length/reel length video was well worth it too. first looking for a wedding photographer, I reached out to 4 different ones and Sam was the first (and only) one to get back to me. We scheduled a call, had a great conversation, went over the details -- and he was hired! We had a small church wedding and reception so we did get a smaller package, but it came with 800 photos with a WEEK turnaround after the wedding. And when it says they will deliver 800 photos the week after, they truly mean it! And props to Sam and his wife for being flexible and awesome. Me and my husband had our hearts set on doing our first look in this one (off location) spot, but based on the weather and Sam's recommendation, we pivoted and went to a different place down the road. So glad we did! The pictures turned out incredible. He truly captured our love for one another, as well as all the love from our family and friends. And, we were able to add on a video of the ceremony for a minimal cost. It's truly priceless. Thank you so much to Bow Tie Media for making our incredible wedding so much better!
