Bow Tie Photo Booths

I’ll get right to it, Ray’s company is better than all the others because: he uses professional lighting while others use cheap lighting, he uses a HD camera while others will give you a 2012 phone quality photo, and he is a fantastic human being! Our wedding was in Buffalo NY 2023, and we used our venues backdrop. We had nothing but positive experiences with Ray! The planning was very easy, and he was always available to help us through some last minute plannings. Our guests (with my side being heavily into photography) loved his energy, setup, and production. We were wowed when he sent us the links to the photos, they looked just sooo nice with the camera and lighting he used. I’m glad we went with Ray because other companies that are for more popular (not sure why at this point) produce such blurry photos and terrible lighting, especially for those wearing glasses. As the groom I did not want that circle light in every photo on my glasses, just look at their previous events… blurry too, and they want how much compared to Ray?? Bow Tie Photobooth was the common sense choice!

Very helpful and directive when I was so busy and indecisive! Came in, set up independently, check in at the start and gave me a thirty minute closing warning. Packed up and left so quietly! Very respectful of our time and space!!! Highly recommended!

Save your money and do not hire Bow Tie Photo Booth! They promote false advertisement! We booked Bow Tie Photo Booth and Katie Cardo for our wedding in February 2019. They are the most flaky, clueless and unresponsive vendor you will ever encounter. After booking confirmation, we were informed by Katie they would reach out the week of the wedding to confirm setup time, final payment, etc. She NEVER CALLED!!! WE had to reach out 3 DAYS before the wedding to make sure they were still coming. Miraculously they did show up for our event, however we wouldn't have been surprised if they didn't. The package we purchased included a link to an online gallery and a flash drive to view our guest photos 10-14 days after our wedding. The company states the following: "All of our photo booth rentals include unlimited photos & strips, a box of extremely fun props (hats, feather boas, sunglasses, monkey masks, etc), a fun photo booth attendant, free strip customization, an online viewing gallery of all of your photo booth pictures as well as a custom, Bow Tie Photo Booth flash drive of your photos." Nearly 3 months later and we still didn't receive these!! What a scam! We followed up with numerous emails and voicemails, but Katie was MIA. YOU WILL NOT GET A FLASH DRIVE OR ONLINE GALLERY TO VIEW YOUR PHOTOS. YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS, BUT NOT RECEIVE IT!! Please free yourself of the headache and go with another vendor.
