photographer. I had a few requests and tweaks I wanted to make to the videos and Chad was so patient with me and did not hesitate to make the changes and made sure I was 100% happy before finalizing. Another big thing is the promptness, when you book with Chad, you can expect to receive very quick email responses and your wedding videos so fast! Everyone couldn't believe we had a trailer 3 days after our wedding day. Couldn't have asked for a better videographer. And of course, the finals videos were a dream!

April 2020 which was rescheduled due to COVID. When we were looking for new dates last minute, we could count on Bower to be flexible because if Chad was booked, he had an amazing 2nd team ready to go! Chad and his team were so accommodating when it came to any of our requests. We were sad that many of our guests couldn't be a part of our big day so Bower's team set up a live stream for us! We couldn't be happier with all the videos we received from the live stream, to the getting ready teaser to 2 versions of our wedding video and our flash drive of the whole thing! The videos brought us all to tears and will be treasured forever.

I gave him a time frame of when I was planning to reschedule and he didn’t hesitate to give me the dates he was available and how we could work something out to still make sure my day was everything I wanted. If a vendor can make you feel so assured in the middle of a pandemic than I can only imagine what they would do for you any other time!! Chad was always there to answer my phone calls, texts, and emails whenever I had questions! He even kept in touch after the wedding on when I can expect my teasers and wedding video. Usually when you hire somebody for your wedding there's always that kind of fear of 'oh, I hope this turns out good' or 'I hope I made a good decision on this', but with Chad we didn't get that feeling at all. With Chad, I was always had the feeling of confidence that the video would come out very well.
