d honestly that helped us so much. It rained on our wedding day and we had to decide which location on property we were going to go with for the ceremony. Heather and David were great with moving our ceremony the day of! Heather also thought of ideas that I didn’t think of when moving items. It honestly turned out perfect and I wouldn’t have changed a thing!

I always wanted to get married under an oak tree and I was worried about getting married in February and the tree being barren, but no matter what month it is, the oak tree looks absolutely breath-taking. Heather was a pleasure to work with through our time planning the wedding and every single guest came up to us just to tell us how much they loved the venue.

perfect. Decor in bridal and groom suites is on point and the outside areas are beautiful. Venue manager was super kind as well. I believe there was a grounds / venue manager on site the morning of the wedding whom was super helpful. We had approximately 120 total friends and family attend all of whom gave raving reviews as well. Thank you to the entire Bowing Oaks family.

I had the opportunity to meet the owner of the property as well and he was a delight to speak with. The bridal suite had great lighting for your makeup and hair stylists, the groom's room has a huge tv and pool table for the boys to kick back and relax while waiting on the ladies :) Definitely a wonderful venue if you are looking for to have your ceremony and reception in the same place!

From the bride and groom getting ready suites, to the huge outdoor patio, spacious covered porch areas, and gorgeous oak tree, everything was perfect. Even though it rained for a few minutes on our day, the covered porch kept everything dry and the patio pavers actually dried up very quickly and were dry by the time cocktail hour started. Bowing Oaks was a dream! We loved the outdoor/indoor spaces so much and were receiving compliments on it all night long. I love the stringed lights outside, they made for a very romantic setting. Bowing Oaks also provided a list of preferred vendors which made the planning process easy and effortless. Heather especially was very professional to work with, she helped with our final walk through in planning all of the little details and table arrangements. They even reduced our price due to not needing the space for the rehearsal or wedding ceremony. The location could not be beat, it was extremely close to our church and hotel where most of our family/friends were staying. Thank you so much for everything!

an B. The bride and groom suites were insane and such a nice space for each bridal party to hang out in and relax the day of. They have an inventory of items that can be rented out, which was so helpful for some last minute decor we didn’t want to bring up or forgot. The tree swing and outside fire pit were some added features we loved and the guests enjoyed too during cocktail hour and reception. The reception hall is absolutely gorgeous and the chandelier’s at the top just give it such an elegant look! Heather was a pleasure to work with and even asked the owner some special requests that we had and they were all a yes! I can’t say enough about this venue, except I want to do it all over again and it’s only been a month. You will definitely not find another venue like this one!
