Such a beautiful venue for our big day!! Heather was so helpful and accommodating for everything. Were able to make the wedding of my dreams!!

Bowing Oaks was the absolute most beautiful venue I could have ever dreamed of. The second we walked into the grounds to do the tour I knew I was going to get married there. I knew I always wanted to get married under an oak tree and I was worried about getting married in February and the tree being barren, but no matter what month it is, the oak tree looks absolutely breath-taking. Heather was a pleasure to work with through our time planning the wedding and every single guest came up to us just to tell us how much they loved the venue.

Venue is beyond beautiful and staff was very helpful day of. Heather responds quickly to emails and phone calls which was appreciated. Our guests loved the fire pit (smores were our favors so they could roast them there) and the fact that they had a quiet courtyard to escape the music if they didnt feel like dancing!

Bowing Oaks made recommendations to us from the Wedding Coordinator to the catering. All were excellent. Absolutely amazing venue and people. The trees, swing and patio's are just perfect. Decor in bridal and groom suites is on point and the outside areas are beautiful. Venue manager was super kind as well. I believe there was a grounds / venue manager on site the morning of the wedding whom was super helpful. We had approximately 120 total friends and family attend all of whom gave raving reviews as well. Thank you to the entire Bowing Oaks family.

I cannot say enough good things about this venue! Heather, the event manager, was phenomenal to work with...quick to respond to emails and answered all of my millions of questions! I had the opportunity to meet the owner of the property as well and he was a delight to speak with. The bridal suite had great lighting for your makeup and hair stylists, the groom's room has a huge tv and pool table for the boys to kick back and relax while waiting on the ladies :) Definitely a wonderful venue if you are looking for to have your ceremony and reception in the same place!

Fantastic venue for a wedding. have worked as a coordinator here and the staff is always fantastic! The venue is beautiful and can be tailored to a couple's vision with some details. Perfect for small weddings offering outdoor and indoor space.

WOW. This venue is absolutely stunning! We were captivated from the moment we stepped onto the property. It was the perfect space for our November wedding. Almost every guest came up to us to tell us how beautiful and prefect this venue was. Heather, the owner, and the staff were so kind and easy to work with throughout the whole planning process. Heather was always quick to answer any questions we may have had. Not only are the grounds gorgeous but so were the bridal and groom suites! They were an ideal place to spend your morning getting ready. If you are looking for your next wedding venue, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bowing Oaks!

Perfect, beautiful and timeless, all words to describe this venue! We knew from the moment we saw it this is where we wanted to get married. Heather was such a great person to work with at the venue. The bridal and groom suites were so nice to get ready in. All of our guests love the scenery! We could not have had a more perfect experience!

I knew from the first time I saw this venue that it would be the one for us. I am so thankful for everyone at Bowing Oaks, they truly created a magical backdrop to our special day. From the bride and groom getting ready suites, to the huge outdoor patio, spacious covered porch areas, and gorgeous oak tree, everything was perfect. Even though it rained for a few minutes on our day, the covered porch kept everything dry and the patio pavers actually dried up very quickly and were dry by the time cocktail hour started. Bowing Oaks was a dream! We loved the outdoor/indoor spaces so much and were receiving compliments on it all night long. I love the stringed lights outside, they made for a very romantic setting. Bowing Oaks also provided a list of preferred vendors which made the planning process easy and effortless. Heather especially was very professional to work with, she helped with our final walk through in planning all of the little details and table arrangements. They even reduced our price due to not needing the space for the rehearsal or wedding ceremony. The location could not be beat, it was extremely close to our church and hotel where most of our family/friends were staying. Thank you so much for everything!

This venue was beyond perfect for our wedding. The oak tree alone will have you falling in love! There is a chapel as well for an alternate ceremony location or if it rains as a plan B. The bride and groom suites were insane and such a nice space for each bridal party to hang out in and relax the day of. They have an inventory of items that can be rented out, which was so helpful for some last minute decor we didn’t want to bring up or forgot. The tree swing and outside fire pit were some added features we loved and the guests enjoyed too during cocktail hour and reception. The reception hall is absolutely gorgeous and the chandelier’s at the top just give it such an elegant look! Heather was a pleasure to work with and even asked the owner some special requests that we had and they were all a yes! I can’t say enough about this venue, except I want to do it all over again and it’s only been a month. You will definitely not find another venue like this one!
