About this vendor
Boxcar Coffee Company is the Grand Rapids area's premier mobile pop-up coffee shop, rooted in a love for people and coffee. You've probably seen us at farmer's markets and other events serving cold brew coffee, hand crafted iced teas, or pour overs.
Let us recreate that same experience for you in whatever environment you decide to have your wedding! We can simply bring the coffee brewing equipment and let you be in control, or we can set up a full service coffee, mocktail, or espresso bar with us at your service. We will also work with you to create signature drinks in order to match your wedding vibe.
Thanks for considering us to be a part of your special day!

We were recommended to Boxcar by a friend of ours and we thought it would be a fun addition to our reception. Our expectations were exceeded! Rick asked specifically what our coffe...
e tastes were and accomodated to them. He was also very sensitive to how we wanted our reception to be decorated and set up around everything else in the reception hall. Not only was our experience with Rick wonderful, but the coffee is GREAT! We are coffee lovers so we wanted a good quality brew and we definitely got it. We drink boxcar coffee ever since the wedding and it brings back fond memories! Would highly recommend for a fun addition to any party or wedding reception. Great quality and great service together!
