I got this overwhelming feeling of excitement when I read Sam’s text. I would finally get to see my wedding day high...
lights. It absolutely gave me “new movie premiere” vibes! In this short, well done video, he captured all that was important to us on our once in a lifetime day. I could not recommend Sam Boyd more for our wedding day. He was a whole vibe. Interactive (to say the least) with every single person he and his recorder came in contact with. He flowed through the crowd so gracefully and professionally. He was like our VIP guest with front row access. He never missed a BEAT! He was an all around fun guy who smiled from the moment he arrived to the moment our night was over. He was also a good sport for piling up in our jeep (5 people deep including our photographer) to frolick on over to the sandy shore to take after ceremony pics. (Which were amazing by the way) If I could have Sam around all the time, I would. He captured all the important, candid, fun, and just about everything that made it all real life “feels”. Boyd Weddings, YOU WERE EPIC!

He captured all of the little details of the decor and sweet moments my husband and I shared as well as captured the dancing and photobooth fun that our guests did too!!! We looooooved it!! The songs that he chose to put under all of the voiceovers from the pastor, vows, and laughter was perfect! He knew how to effortlessly and seamlessly transition from one mood to another from getting ready to ceremony to reception rather than sticking to the same song throughout the video, like we noticed a lot of other videographers do and we didn’t like! He even creatively thought of my fiancé (at the time) and I writing letters to each other and giving them to say the day of and filming what we said and reacted! We are SO blessed he was able to work with us!!! He was also super flexible and drove happily from one location of us girls getting ready to the guys and back to the girls (because us girls take longer lol but he didn’t mind driving because he wanted the details of putting on the dress and getting ready to be part of the video as we did!) He made us laugh and feel comfortable in front of the camera and like I said he had cute fun ideas!!! If you’re on the fence about budget... don’t be! We were too and are SOOOO HAPPY we decided to say “I DO” to Sam!!! We can now show this video forever to our family, friends, future children and of course watch it ourselves forever too! THANK YOU SAM!!!

Choosing Sam to do our wedding was hands down the easiest decision we had to make. Since the very beginning, working with Sam was a pleasure.
