Bramblewood

p, cleanup, and keeping everything on schedule. A huge thank-you to Cati and Emma, our day-of planners, who were absolutely incredible. They were calm, professional, and always one step ahead, making sure every detail was handled perfectly. Their attention to detail truly made the day feel effortless for us, and we were able to fully enjoy every moment knowing we were in such good hands! Another big shoutout to Bethany, who created all of our floral arrangements — they were absolutely stunning! Every bouquet, centerpiece, and accent piece was beautifully designed and brought our vision to life in the most gorgeous way. The venue itself is breathtaking, but it’s the amazing Bramblewood team that makes it truly exceptional. Everything was perfect, and we are beyond grateful. Would recommend them 100% to any couple looking for a beautiful venue and a dream team to bring it all together!

rop for our ceremony! Having our cocktail hour outdoors and then moving inside for the majority of the reception was perfect for giving our guests plenty of space to mingle in. My husband and I loved getting photos taken in their wild flower field. I cannot thank their staff enough, especially Emma, who was with us every step of the way on the big day, from taking me and my mom to see the reception space prior to the ceremony, to helping my parents load their cars at the end of the night. I have had so many people come to me since the wedding telling me how much they loved our venue. Emma and the rest of the staff at Bramblewood really understood my husband and I's vision and decorated the venue so perfectly for our day. This was the perfect venue for our big day.

ostly worked with Catie and Emma, who guided us every step of the way and were always just an email away. They are super professional and radiate positivity. We had multiple meetings and venue visits leading up to the wedding to help plan each aspect of the day and choose our decor. They are extremely organized and experienced- You can tell they've truly thought of every little detail when it comes to the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and beyond. Catie ended up being our day-of coordinator, and she was an absolute joy to work with. She was constantly smiling, bubbly, flexible, knowledgable, and ready to assist in any way that she could. She truly brought our visions and dreams to life and made us feel so comfortable. We received so many compliments about how beautiful the venue was, and how smoothly everything ran. We'll be forever grateful to them for making it the most beautiful day imaginable. Photos by: Jessica Jolene Photography

ays quick to respond, and answered any questions as in-depth as possible. Every single member of the Bramblewood staff was very sweet, and they worked together to ensure that our day ran as smoothly as possible. We deviated a bit from our timeline, but the girls were able to shift things around a bit to make sure that we were still on time for the majority of the day. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful! The lakeside ceremony site is gorgeous (and made for the BEST photos), and the barn, of course, is amazing. The cottage, a “getting-ready” area for the girls, was one of my personal favorite spots on site. It was well-kept, and there was a variety of items there that we may have needed throughout the day (scissors being one of them), which was a huge help. Everyone detail of our day was well thought out, and we could not be more grateful for the Bramblewood staff!

single detail was executed flawlessly and we had so many compliments on how gorgeous the venue was. Highly recommend!

d us through every step of the process. She was able to ease my anxiety and allow me to focus on the important things. On the day of the wedding everything was flawless. The staff were on top of every detail. They made it stress free and easy. I was able to put all of my attention toward my husband and family, and I could be more grateful! It was the perfect day at the perfect place with the perfect staff ❤️

A very special thank you to Emma and her family for making my daughter’s wedding day so very special.

t. They totally made my vision come to life for our wedding reception and their decor collection is absolutely stunning. Not only is it beautiful, but it also saves sooo much time and resources for each bride. Catie was our day-of coordinator, and she was AMAZING. She took the time and effort to fully understand our wedding and to make it perfect for us. I would recommend Bramblewood to any bride!! Absolute perfection!!!

y organized and helpful leading up to the wedding, as well as on the wedding day. Everything went smoothly on the day of the wedding. My husband and I, along with our families, had nothing to stress over or worry about… which allowed us to really enjoy the day. Everything was AMAZING! The venue is absolutely beautiful!! We could not have picked a more perfect venue. We highly recommend Bramblewood!

any logistics at all and it went so seamless. I have nothing but positive words to share. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone.

gh every step of the process and truly made our day more incredible than we could have ever imagined. Most importantly, their day of coordination was seamless; there truly were no details left unnoticed and I could not have felt more at ease on our wedding day. BOOK BRAMBLEWOOD!!!

om touring the venue to planning over the past year. They made everything a breeze and had everything worked out beautifully. We found out about the venue through our wedding planner (Melissa Crawford @ Devoted to you events). We knew immediately following our tour of the site that this was where we wanted to get married. We had such a strong notion that Bramblewood would be a great place to carry our vision to its delivery. This is a must see venue to anyone in the western PA area who is looking to get married. Bramblewood know how to plan and run a proper wedding venue. They are well experienced and host a wonderful space for Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception. 100% recommend and for us having a Thursday wedding was such a unique and cost effective experience versus a traditional Friday-Sunday approach!

uly helped plan every detail of our wedding day. The amount of care and effort they put in to make our day perfect is something I commend their entire staff for.

entire day ran seamlessly and they made then planning process much less stressful as they are extremely organized and on top of everything down to the last detail. I wod highly recommend any future bride to work with them!

that planning a wedding out of state would be hard, but Emma and the team at Bramblewood made it a breeze. They were so accomidating to our schedule and made wedding planning a fun experience. The day of was more than I could have ever imagined. They made all of our design dreams come true. To this day, we still say to one another, "I wish we could relive our day again". For anyone looking for a wedding venue that is next to perfect, we highly recommend Bramblewood!

and I put together the most beautiful wedding. They helped us every step of the way and made wedding planning easy! 10/10 would recommend

nd requests ;). Would 1,000% recommend

ing smooth and professionally. I had friends and family say it's the best venue they have experienced. We're so happy we decided to get married there!!

! The staff was also sooo helpful considering my anxiety and indecisiveness.

pictures, the barn for the reception. Just as important as the venue, though, is the team behind it, and the entire Bramblewood crew is top-notch. Bethany was our main point person throughout the planning process and on the actual day, and she was such a pro. I felt like we were constantly bombarding her with questions, but she was always calm, cool, and collected. It was such a relief to know Bethany was on top of everything the day of; it really helped us relax and enjoy the day knowing she would handle anything that popped up. Bethany and the entire Bramblewood team have truly thought of everything, so you can trust you'll be in good hands with them! I definitely recommend Bramblewood!

ore the wedding to make sure the day runs smoothly. Emma was our day of coordinator and did an excellent job. Anything you needed they could help with! Minutes before we walked down the isle we realized our florist didn’t give us flowers for our flower girl. Within minutes they were able to put something together! Would highly recommend Bramblewood for your wedding day! Our wedding was the best day ever!

ur day, and reassuring us that the details were taken care of. The venue is stunning, and on our wedding day they made everything run so smoothly! We didn’t have to worry about anything the day of our wedding, just enjoying the celebration with our friends and family. Several of our guests commented on what a great experience they had and how great the staff were at the venue. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team to work with for our wedding!

orry at all throughout our special day. Leading up to the event they kept us organized with their requested checklist and were truly so kind. We would highly recommend Bramblewood, the location is absolutely gorgeous and our day went off without a hitch.

re bramblewood staff were AMAZING to work with. They made the entire process so easy. They were accommodating, so responsive and organized. Can’t say enough good things !! 10/10 would recommend !

ladies at Bramblewood truly helped this day go off without any hiccups. The beauty of the ceremony, reception area, etc are unmatched. Would definitely recommend!

dding. But beyond the ambiance, the staff is the best around. A family run farm, you can tell that they put their heart and soul into every detail for every couple. From setting up the contract to planning meetings to the big day itself - the Bramblewood team was friendly, accommodating, professional and exceeded our expectations. They have preferred vendors that know their space and also provide a plethora of decor, making the preparation for the day itself so easy for us. After we had a bit of a hiccup in our wedding day (my husband landed himself in the ER mid-way through the reception for what we thought was appendicitis...luckily, he is fine), Bramblewood was responsive and handled everything with ease. Guests said that even given the situation, the staff made sure the party carried on seamlessly and that everyone (especially me) was comfortable the rest of the night. They also bent over backwards to accommodate our rare situation, offering for us to come back anytime for the golden hour photos we missed out on. Bramblewood is everything you should look for in a venue! Seriously - perfection. If I could give 100 stars, I would!!

day go perfect. My wedding coordinator was Emma and I could not be happier! She was always there to answer questions, made sure all of my guests were happy and treated myself and my husband like royalty! I could not recommend this place more.. it is truly one of a kind!

eam is 2nd to none. I have never seen a wedding run so smoothly. They do coordination, set up, clean up, and everything else! The space is breathtaking! It is modern and fresh while being true to its agricultural roots. Can't say enough about this venue!

We didn't have our ceremony on site, but it is beautiful if it is an option for you! You'll have a very limited list of vendors to pick from, but they are all great and honestly not having the stress of sorting through all of the caterers that are out there was nice. I highly recommend Bramblewood for everyone! The only thing that wasn't ideal was having to have all of our leftover alcohol, food, decor...etc. out of the venue that evening. I was in my wedding dress lugging boxes out. However, that was our decision because we wanted our family to enjoy the evening instead of have to worry about helping us with clean up.

ere complete joys to work with. They worked with us every step of the way and really took time to get to know us and our interests to make our day perfect. Our ceremony overlooked the beautiful lake, and the staff really paid attention to the weather to make sure we could have our wedding outside and not get rained on! The venue has a lot of décor items that are able to be used for your day and the staff really has an eye for decorating and offered a ton of advice on how to best use the items. We had an overall vision for our day, but were not as interested in all of the décor specifics, and Emma and Bethany turned the barn into our dream venue! I feel like they really listened to what we wanted for our day, and made it happen. When I think back to our day, it honestly feels like a dream and I know that the venue and staff were a big part in making that dream come true.

s before the wedding, our venue cancelled on us. We found Bramblewood online, contacted them, and found that they were available on our date. They were so responsive and did everything they could to help us out. They allowed us to keep all the vendors we already planned, and worked with us so quickly to make everything perfect. Our wedding was absolutely incredible, 100% better than the first venue would've been. Emma (coordinator) was just wonderful. She was easy to get in contact with, super kind and had amazing ideas. She helped everything go smoothly. The way they function is so smart. They have security on staff if needed, they provide golf carts for guests who are unable to walk, they set up lawn games for guests to play during the reception. Their prices were very reasonable for everything they provide! The catering company they use (Bistro To Go) was amazing and the food was delicious. The bartending company (Three Rivers) was great as well and made our signature cocktails perfectly. The ceremony on the pond was gorgeous, and the reception in the barn was so cute. They allowed us to use their flower fields for photos! They catered to every want and wish I thought of. I would definitely recommend using Bramblewood as a wedding venue!

nks to the wonderful staff. They truly take all the stress out of planning, and their systems are flawless. All of our guests had the best time and kept commenting on how beautiful the grounds at Bramblewood are. I highly recommend choosing Bramblewood!

alize how important those qualities would become when we selected Bramblewood for our special day prior to the pandemic. Those few words don't even begin to explain what it is like planning a wedding at Bramblewood! Bethany and Emma are absolutely incredible. We planned our wedding over the course of this crazy year, and with every up and down along the way as we anxiously watched restrictions change, Bethany and Emma always had a plan to make our day special despite all of the challenges. When our big day finally came, the Bramblewood staff ran such a tight ship that kept our entire day on track and it was truly so wonderful. The day was more perfect than we could've ever imagined when we walked into Bramblewood for our first tour and so much of it was due to these excellent ladies and the rest of their staff. Not only is the staff amazing, but the venue itself is so beautiful. The pictures cannot even do it justice! The outdoor ceremony site is so stunning and all of our guests were raving about having the parasols on the sunny day while they waited for the ceremony to start. The site feels intimate, but at the same time can still hold so many guests. The barn is what made us fall in love with Bramblewood in the first place! The moment we walked in, we knew it was where we wanted to celebrate with our family and friends. We loved that it still had that barn feel while still keeping it classy and elegant! The bridal cottage is also SO amazing and my bridal party was able to spread out comfortably as we got ready for the day! We really cannot say enough nice things to help you understand how wonderful our experience at Bramblewood was. If we had to do it all again, we wouldn't change a thing and so much of that is thanks to the wonderful people at Bramblewood helping us and supporting us throughout the whole process!

daughters wedding was beautiful and flawless. Highly recommend this amazing venue!

d considered several farm/outdoor venues in the south western Pittsburgh region. Untimely we choose Bramblewood for two major reason. The first is the venue itself. From the barn with its cathedral celling to the ceremony site overlooking the pond Bramblewood is breathtaking. No detail is overlooked here. The beautiful fruit wood reception chairs, the antique doors and church pews at the ceremony are just a few examples of the amazing little touches. The venue also meets so many logistical needs: handicap accessible, ceremony seating, separate cocktail area, onsite guest restroom facilities, a bridal suite, airconditioned reception, etc. The other key item Bramblwood offers, and our other reason for choosing them, is there staff. Bethany and Emma are not only extremely professional but undeniable experts at what they do. We felt completely at easy with entrusting them with all the important logistics during the planning process and on the big day. Their disposition, mastery, and experience took the pressure off us. This gave us the opportunity to enjoy the planning process and the wedding day. We couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else and with anyone else. Choosing bramblewood was best decision outside of saying “I do”.

They were happy to accommodate our scheduling needs throughout the planning process since we live out of state. The property is incredibly beautiful inside and outside, and out guests were raving about how stunning their venue was. Our younger cousins loved the outdoor games, and they provided us with so many decor items to choose from. When you choose Bramblewood as your venue, they and their staff take care of every possible need you might have. At every turn we were blown away by their exceptional customer service. Our wedding was a truly wonderful day thanks to Bramblewood!

th Bramblewood! Attention to detail, service, professionalism, organization, coordination, execution of our vision- everything was flawless! Bramblewood is a family run business at its best. We loved working one on one with the Simmons family. They truly care about their clients and have a vested interest in everything that happens at Bramblewood. They include so much in their venue package including set up and clean up, wedding day coordination, and use of an amazing décor collection- it is such a great deal when you look at everything you get for your investment. Our day was truly magical thanks to the hard work of the Bramblewood staff! The barn and ceremony site are stunning and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how unique and breathtaking the setting was. Bramblewood was hands down the best decision of our wedding planning process and we would choose them a thousand times over if we could!

But once we started working with Bethany and Emma, we knew we had made the right decision. They were exceptionally organized, courteous, prompt, and struck the right balance of warmth and professionalism. The number of decor options included in their catalogue was generous and tasteful. The included tables and chairs were also much appreciated. The vendors that work with Bramblewood were equally professional. Since they have established relationships with caterers and bartenders, everyone knew exactly what to do on the day of our wedding. On the morning of our wedding, the weather was looking questionable with possible showers in the area. The staff was already prepared to do the ceremony in the barn if necessary. Bethany kept us well-informed but also made sure that we were the ones making the final decision. We ended up going for the outside ceremony and the day worked out perfectly. To anyone considering Bramblewood for your big day, know that you can't wrong with this wonderful venue and staff.

truly what makes this place special. They are so intentional, organized, and thorough in everything they do. We were originally living in Memphis and honestly they made the wedding planning process so easy even from afar. They think of EVERYTHING which is such an important quality because it allowed our entire wedding day to feel smooth and enjoyable. They also have so many decor items and things included in the venue that make the process easier while also allowing for so much personalization. Also we cannot emphasize enough how incredible it was to have a beautiful outdoor venue that provides a climate controlled space and fully indoor rain plan - which we barely found in the Pittsburgh area. This allowed us to truly be stress free with the unpredictable Pittsburgh weather. Also, they work so well to accommodate older guests and guests with disabilities which is important to consider in the planning process. So many of our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended and we cannot give Bramblewood enough credit for both their beautiful space but also the incredible staff who made our day possible.

detail was managed flawlessly - the venue was beautiful, the flowers were breathtaking & the barn was perfect. Throughout the week, I've heard from many of our guests who were just blown away by the day. Throughout the planning process, the team helped us make great choices and managed last minute details for us the week of - you can't go wrong working with them!

anned my wedding in less than a year! The venue is simply gorgeous and they truly accommodate everyone, young, old and in between. On the day of, they direct parking, have a golf carts to take people to the ceremony site, have many staff members there to assist and make sure everything runs smoothly. If it rains, they have a rain plan. The barn has air condition which is a huge plus for summer weddings. Bramblewood decorates for you, so that added stress is gone. I can’t put into words how amazing everything went on the day of besides it was just perfect. They go above and beyond to make sure your perfect day is just that...your perfect day. Everything started on time and we were even ahead of schedule throughout the evening. They put a lot of hard work into what they do and it shows. I am thankful I got to be a Bramblewood bride because they helped make the best day of my life one I will never forget.

ur wedding. Bethany, Emma, and Cindy were absolutely amazing to work with from the beginning and you can tell they take pride in their property because it is breathtaking! From the first visit, we were impressed about how unbelievably organized and knowledgeable they are. They work with you through different time frames throughout your engagement, and really have their process down pat, making the entire process so easy and stress free for the bride and groom. I still can't believe how flawless our wedding day was because of our coordinator and the rest of the staff who take care of every single detail so all you have to do is enjoy the big day! We even had some rain on our wedding day but they kept us informed of the radar and even tweaked our ceremony time by a few minutes so that we could have our dream outdoor wedding and pictures! They even have an extensive decor collection that is available for use for decorating the ceremony site as well as the barn! We've had so many family members and guests let us know over the last few weeks that they had a wonderful time and that all of the Bramblewood staff were super helpful! We cannot recommend them enough for a wedding and sincerely thank them for everything they did from start to finish to make our wedding day unforgettable.

w gorgeous the barn and surrounding property is. Our photos turned out spectacular and people couldn't stop talking about how unique it was inside. From their professionalism and willingness to help, to being able to pick out decor from their inventory and other small touches they made planning from out of town way less stressful!

team! Everything and I do mean every single detail was beyond perfect! I could ramble for hours about Bethany, Emma and Cindy and how truly wonderful they are! They make it all a breeze and are there every step of the way to help! The venue is BREATHTAKING!! A ceremony site and reception space that are second to none! Our guests are still talking about our wedding and saying it was the best wedding venue ever!! Do yourself a huge favor and book your wedding at Bramblewood! You will be thanking yourself over and over again in the months and years to come!
