e also helpful with cutting our cake and putting out cake to serve which was a huge help! We sadly did not get to try our wedding food before the date because we live out of state and could not make it to the office on a weekday for a taste test- but the food turned out great anyway!

and they definitely delivered, I received so many positive comments from my guests about the quality and selection of toppings. The only thing I'll ding them on was the fact that when the plastic plates were being cleared away at our reception, one of the staff members was taking both the charger and the dirty plates and was stacking them up, so not only were the pretty chargers no longer on the tables for display, but we also had dirty chargers to wash and deal with at the end of the night. Other than that, I was pleased with Brancato's!

! The filets at our wedding were absolutely mouth watering! They were so tender they could be cut with a butter knife. If you want fine dining for your wedding, hire Branco's. So easy to work with, and they absolutely took care of everything!

All stations they presented, from meats, to vegetables, to our custom added French Patisserie we're fantastic, and exactly what we expected. All aspects of the dinner and desert service were flawless, the dinner was ready on time, they came with a very professional and courteous wait staff who were always going around making sure everyone's glass were full, and that empty plates were taken away promptly. I'd also like to provide a special shout out to our Sales Rep Hailey Pierce (spelling). She worked with us to design a perfect menu, and even helped us create custom stations to suit our guests dietary needs (we had a few vegetarians and vegans in attendance). I found myself grabbing a little bit of everything on my plate, and all our family and friends told us they did the same, and even went back for seconds! I cannot express enough just how good our experience was this Brancato's, if I ever had to suggest a catering company in Kansas City for a friends wedding, I would without hesitation, recommend Brancato's.
