Someone who could lend their expertise and experience to our day, and work with us to find a timeline that was low stress and easily executed. We are so thankful we found Brandi. Brandi was first recommended to us by our wedding venue. We took the opportunity to check out her website and social media, and immediately fell in love with her aesthetic - light, crisp, romantic, with close attention to detail but not overly edited or staged. She mentions that her style is “photo journalistic and unobtrusive” - YES, that’s exactly the approach we hoped for on our special day. Brandi worked with us to create a timeline with many moving parts that totally adhered to our wishes. She made suggestions and gave advice, but ultimately deferred to us on all decision making. When we shared our priorities with her, she made them her own priorities and facilitated them coming to life. On the day before our wedding there was a hiccup that could have totally derailed the day, but Brandi solved the problem before we even knew it was an issue. She has amazing relationships with photographers and other wedding vendors, which had a huge positive impact on our day. She is professional and organized in all that she does, and brings an element of kindness and charm that immediately made us feel at ease. When we see our photos we get all warm and fuzzy inside, she captured our dream wedding from start to finish and we are thrilled with the result.

We had our engagement shoot at the end of June and Brandi made it so easy to be comfortable and natural in front of the camera. She has a very calming effect and I know this will help immensely the day of our wedding. Another big plus is she took the best pictures of us with our dog! Within just a few days, we had our sneak peeks and we couldn't wait to see more! Within the next few weeks, Brandi sent us our complete session gallery. Although we had to cancel the photoshoot, her calm energy reassured me and she worked so hard to make it happen. She offered to reschedule and everything. On my wedding day she was wonderful!!! I was nervous about taking photos since it really isn’t my thing. She made me feel very comfortable in front of the camera and I didn’t even notice she was there. She was attentive throughout the night and asking if I wanted any specific photos taken. The day after my wedding she emailed me roughly 20 photos she had already edited. THEY WERE ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING!!! I cried when I saw her work. She was able to capture my husband and I in such a way that it did not look like staged wedding photos. I wish I was a better writer to explain how amazing Brandi’s work is, but she was a godsend for our wedding day.
