ience at a different bridal shop where they used pressure tactics to try to push me into a decision I wasn't ready for. My appointment at Brandi's was SO much more positive -- I unfortunately can't remember who my stylist was, but she was so, so patient with me as I tried on a ridiculous amount of dresses (their selection is amazing!) and she never made me feel rushed even when we went way over our time. I am a super indecisive person and I even came back a second time just to make sure I was confident in my decision and I felt zero pressure from the staff to make a choice before I was ready. I ended up finding my absolute dream dress and could not be happier that I went with Brandi's. We also got our bridesmaid dresses from Brandi's and I was so pleased with their selection for these as well as I really had my heart set on velvet, which they had several different options for. I am not proud to admit that our bridal party was a bit of a disorganized mess at times and I want to give a special thank you to Kaitlin who went above and beyond on multiple occasions to put out fires for us despite them being completely of our own making. She could have just left us to the consequences of our actions but instead she went out of her way to make sure everything worked out for us and I really felt supported and taken care of. I am so pleased with my decision to pick Brandi's for my dresses and cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Her level of expertise and service was truly exceptional. Brandi's really is a step above the rest, and I am so happy to be a Brandi's bride!

di’s is astounding, but it never felt overwhelming. The dresses were all organized beautifully and Kaitin was exceptionally knowledgeable about them, guiding me to try on ones that fit my style. The first dress I tried on was definitely the one, but Kaitlin was so patient and supportive as I still tried on MANY dresses just to be sure :) She made me feel beautiful in the dress I chose, and it was definitely an experience I’ll always remember and cherish. I’ll be highly recommending this store to all brides!

I live in the Chicago suburbs, and the pricing and service at Brandi's is well worth the trip. Their bridesmaid dresses were gorgeous and they have options for junior bridesmaids as well. My dress was amazing and made me feel so special for my wedding day, and Brandi's was a big role in my wedding experience. Could not recommend them more!

gree runway was awesome! I had been toa bunch of different stores looking for my dress and I wanted to go home with three dresses at brandis!. I loved that you got to pick out your own dresses you want to try on then based on what you like or don't like the attendants will pick others for you to try. If you like a hands on store where you as a bride are a part of picking out your dress, but with a stylist that knows what she's doing to guide you in the right direction this is the right store for you. I recommend this bridal store to every bride! My whole bridal party got their dresses here and everything here was absolutely perfect!!

o be able to pull gowns myself with my family and not just having the stylist do it all for me. I wasn't very vocal about what I liked or didn't like about the dresses but the stylist was just able to read me like a book she knew which one was MY DRESS before I even put it on. It was so amazing we even went back for our bridesmaid dresses and yet again an amazing experience, I told the stylist what colors I wanted and she made sure every dress we pulled she showed me the color swatch before anyone ever even put the dress on.

Jenelle took the time to get to know me and understand exactly what I was looking for. The runway experience of seeing your fiancés view and the guests view was such a nice touch. There are soooooo many dresses to choose from and they are all gorgeous! Absolutely recommend to any bride!

our dress - even if it is in writing on your receipt! I was told that the dress I was in love with could be ordered with an ivory bodice or nude bodice style. I wanted ivory and that was what I understood I ordered for the dress color & bodice as indicated on my receipt. When I arrived at my first fitting I was very disappointed to see a nude bodice for my wedding dress. When I explained this to the manager, she looked at me as if I had three heads. She offered no effort to understand, and seemed annoyed at the situation. She was not sure what to do as ‘there was no additional fabric ordered’ to line the bodice. There was no additional fabric ordered because the dress was supposed to be an ivory bodice, not requiring additional fabric. When I stated this, again I was treated by the manager as if I were crazy. The seamstress’ worked hard to line my dress (at my expense) to make it work. The employees overall were cordial in my experiences, but their management customer service is poor, and that is putting it kindly. I would never recommend someone spend that kind of money for that pitiful customer service.

it until it was time for me to get alterations. All of the dresses came in and the girls were able to get their measurements in without any issues. We did have one small problem with some extra fabric we ordered not coming in with the dresses but we were told that was a designer issue (maybe covid related?). They stayed on top of it and were able to get me the fabric by the next month.

she never said a word throughout the whole time trying on dresses. They claim to have a large selection of plus size dresses but I am a street 12 and I couldn't fit into any of their fitted dresses. The staff was not professional and ultimately I left empty handed.

tyles. Word of wisdom to taller ladies --- Be sure to ask about extra length dresses! Our sales associate did not mention it and luckily one of my bridesmaids knew to ask about it. Had they not ordered extra length, their dresses would have been way too short with heels. 4 out of 6 of my bridesmaids were 5'8" or taller and ordered the extra length!

walk their beautiful runway. I didn’t feel pressured to buy any specific dress. My only issue was when I went to pick up the dress they failed to inform me that they needed a notice of when I was coming. It’s a 3 hour drive for me so when I arrived my dress needed to be located and pulled out of the bag. It wasn’t steamed. I assumed that it should’ve just been done regardless right away after coming in. They also seemed like they just wanted to push me out the door without even trying on the dress. I had to wait, but I made them pull it out so I could look everything over and try it on. The lady who eventually helped in the end was nice. Bridesmaid dress shopping here was a whole other experience and it wasn’t good. I had a different pallet and look I was going for and the assistant wasn’t any help at all. I wanted to put the colors together first to get the “look” and make sure they had the colors prior to just trying on dresses and it was a mess. I showed pictures of what I was trying to do and still didn’t get anywhere. Everyone left irritated and I was frustrated that nothing was accomplished.

At the end of the appointment, I scheduled another one and had told her there were two dresses I liked and she said she’d write them down so I could try them on again next time. Well, when I came back she had written down one of the dresses wrong, luckily I had taken pictures of the number or we would’ve spent the whole appointment trying to find the correct dress. Picking the dress wasn’t the main problem though. I should’ve listened to other reviews that said not to use them for alterations. When my dress finally came the bra cups were poking out of the dress and other things needed to be fixed. I went back for my second fitting and the cups were still poking out and the dress was bunching on the sides. I was told again this would be fixed. I went for my third, and what should’ve been my final fitting, and had a new seamstress. The bra cups were still poking out and the dress was still bunching on the sides. This seamstress told me that she didn’t know why the cups weren’t fixed and the tightening line the previous seamstress used to try and fix the bunching never would’ve worked, and she was unsure why that seamstress chose to do that. At this point they wanted me to schedule my appointment to take my dress out, but I said no I want to try it on again for another fitting because I didn’t feel confident it would be finished. They only scheduled me for a try on, but not with a seamstress. I went back and again the bra cups were poking out over the dress, the bunching was fixed by boning but that was stabbing me because they didn’t trim it. My dress got even worse at this point because there was lace hanging off, and the back of the dress had more loops than buttons! These are obvious things that can be noticed on the hanger and don’t require me in the dress to realize it’s not right! It was two weeks out from my wedding at this point. We came to an agreement that the main seamstress was the only lady who would touch my dress moving forward because the summer help did such a terrible job. The reason for the 3 stars is because when I went back a week before my wedding the dress was finished and it eventually came out beautifully. However, the only compensation I received was not having to pay for my 4th and 5th visits, but I still had to pay over $800 in alterations. I did receive many compliments on my dress, but I recommend anyone that’s looking here for a wedding dress should take it somewhere else for alterations. They have no clue what they’re doing at this place. I have no idea why they continue to receive awards for being “Best of.”

However, our consultant was friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive - so I didn't feel AT ALL that I was missing out on the perfect gown nor pressured to see the entire store from the very beginning. Our consultant still allowed my mom, sister, and I to take a brief walk and look at the gowns in my price range but also made some selections she thought I would love based on our conversations. Ultimately it was our consultant who found my perfect gown!! I had fully prepared myself not to have "the moment" when I put on the dress (so I wouldn't get disappointed if I didn't have that feeling immediately) but I definitely felt it and I know it was in large part due to the work of my consultant listening closely to what I wanted. My mom also found her dress at Brandi's (before I did, actually!) and we also both elected to have alterations done with Brandi's as well. Another great decision! The attendants and our seamstresses were all professional and kind and seemed genuinely excited for us! They were so easy to work with and our seamstress in particular, very willing to work with even little alterations to make the both of us feel gorgeous. On the big day, everyone loved my gown and couldn't stop talking about how perfect a reflection of me and my personality it was! Thanks, Brandi's!!
