About this vendor
At Brandon Allan Photography, we believe your wedding day should be about you—not about posing for photos. We're here to capture the moments that matter most, not create them. Specializing in documentary-style photography and video, Brandon Allan focuses on telling your story with authenticity and creativity, all while letting you be present and fully immersed in your celebration.
Our approach is unobtrusive, allowing you to enjoy every precious moment with your loved ones without the interruption of endless photo sessions. We’ll be there to document the true magic of your day—those candid, heartfelt moments you’ll treasure forever—while you stay in the moment.
During our initial consultation, we’ll get to know each other so that when the big day comes, you’ll feel comfortable with a familiar face behind the camera. Brandon Allan Photography is all about customizing your experience, ensuring that your unique wedding plans are reflected in every shot. Let us tell your story the way it deserves to be told.

My husband and I hired Brandon as our wedding videographer for our wedding back in October. Still to this day we say how we loved working with Brandon. He made everything was easy ...
for us and for me as the bride that was everything. He flew from Nashville to be at our wedding in Charleston. Brandon captured everything we wanted and really made sure to get the special moments. I watch our video that Brandon made us just about everything and he even sent us a physical copy of it in our own book! You NEED to hire Brandon today if you are looking for a skilled photographer or videographer.

r wedding day taking photos, and Brandon absolutely listened. We only spent about 45 minutes taking "staged" (and I use that term loosely) photos, and Brandon spent a lot of energy during that time making the whole experience fun while getting amazing photos. Him and his assistant were professional, punctual, and made every member of our wedding party comfortable. I couldn't recommend Brandon enough, as I am OBSESSED with our wedding photos!
I booked Brandon for my wedding photo and video and to say Brandon goes above and beyond would be an understatement. His attention to detail from the first consultation, check ins ...
between booking and the final day of is unmatched. The creativity in my wedding day for the fun photos, ideas for the romantic ones and the engaging of family and guests made my day even more perfect. The photos capture every raw emotion, and detail. The editing style keeps the photos lively and not too washed out! I could not have survived my day of without Brandon and would recommend to anyone!

dom late night stress questions, always made me laugh, and reassured me everything was going to be fine.
Brandon walked into absolute chaos on my wedding day (as in- my hair vendor was TWO HOURS LATE, and still not there yet. I was crying, people were stressed, but he handled it like an absolute pro, and got things moving smoothly and efficiently- even on a time crunch that was not his fault at all.
My (now husband) and I are extremely awkward with pictures, but we had a great time with Brandon, and he made it feel easy and normal to be in the spotlight.
The pictures were beyond what I expected, truly. I cried multiple times when looking through my finished album he sent me. I was contemplating not even hiring a wedding photographer because I hate pictures so much, but I'm so glad I changed my mind and was referred to Brandon.
Don't hesitate- just hire him if you want an easy-breezy day with gorgeous pics.

or the candid shots, very little posing which can be excruciating. We received a little sneak peak of 5 or 6 shots and we are smitten. If we ever need a photographer for ANY occasion, Brandon is our guy!

ing shots, once in a lifetime moments, and spectacular views, he never lost our personalities in any of our photos. He made us feel comfortable when we were nervous and encouraged us when we had ideas of our own. If I could give him 10/5 stars, I absolutely would. Once we got back home to Charleston, Brandon took the time out of his day to do an in-person reveal of our finished photos so we could enjoy them in person and he could share that moment with us. Not only would we hire Brandon 1000x over for our wedding and in the future but we’d also hang with him anytime, he’s an absolute peach. Bottom line; hire Brandon while you can.

that, but he stayed connected during the wedding planning, even asking if there was anything he could do to help. After the big day, he surprised us by sending an oil painting canvas he got made of us from our big day. 🥹
