Brandon Rental Centers

I am a lucky bride in that my overall wedding planning/wedding day was very stress-free. Unfortunately, the only real stress I endured was due to Brandon Rental Center. First, I will say that their selection and pricing was some of the best I found. I wanted mahogany chairs and they were one of the only places that carried them, and they were a great price! Now the ugly: I was told when I booked with them that because my wedding was on a Sunday that there would be an extra $100 delivery fee. I was totally ok with this and definitely understood why. When the time came to finalize my counts and details, that number skyrocketed to $300. I was told then that it was because my venue was upstairs. I wasn't happy but I eventually just decided it is what it is and went along. The next day, I received a call from them to verify my counts and the gentleman again asked if I knew there would be a surcharge for Sunday delivery. I said yes, and he said he would send me an updated invoice with my new numbers. My new invoice had an even higher delivery fee of $450 (in addition to the regular hours delivery fee of $75-so yes, we were up to $525 of total delivery at this point, more than the actual cost of my rentals). At this point I was very upset. I called and was told that the $300 did NOT include the fee for second floor delivery and that is why the extra $150 was added. I will give some credit where it is due: after I pointed out that in the original email I was told the $3oo was for the stairs, they ended up honoring that price. But the overall miscommunication regarding the cost was very frustrating. The chairs and tables were all in great shape, they were delivered right on time, they called ahead to tell me they were on their way and I am told by my coordinator that the delivery men were very nice. So despite the pricing frustrations, I will still give them 3 stars for my overall satisfaction with their service.

I rented mahogany garden chairs for our wedding. They arrived the day before and stacked them down the aisle, which made rehearsal difficult. My day of coordinator informed me they were supposed to set up the chairs, however this did not happen. They picked them up 3-4 days after the wedding when no one was available due to a worker being injured and they were short staffed. Overall, the chairs were in good shape, just a little misinformed on some services and the pick-up could have been arranged in a better manner.

We rented a ton of things for our New Years Eve ceremony and reception, and I could not believe the selection of tents, chairs, tables, and other accessories at Brandon Rental. Jessica was very helpful and professional to work with. Loved how everything looked on the big day!

We rented an arch from Brandon Rental. They dropped it off and picked it up from the site. It was a great piece to have at our altar.
