During high school, Brandy developed a keen enthusiasm for photography. As time went by she garnered an interest in makeup artistry, but she always felt the urge to return behind the lens. Ultimately, she decided to swap her brushes for her camera after a dozen years, and now she is thrilled to chronicle tales of romance. Brandy Palacios Photography recognizes that weddings are an elevated occasion, and she does her utmost to preserve all the emotional highlights. She also loves focusing on the natural and candid expressions that make each wedding distinctive. Her aim is to provide married couples with a series of images that allows them to relive the festivities. A multitude of styles inform Brandy’s approach, and these include classic, modern, and vintage aesthetics.
Portraiture is certainly one of Brandy’s greatest strengths. She loves pointing her lens at couples simply enjoying the moment before clicking her camera into action. This approach allows her to spotlight the loving gestures, romantic looks, and heartwarming embraces. In order to document as much as possible, a second photographer can accompany Brandy. Whether Brandy Palacios Photography is covering a wedding, an engagement session, or a destination celebration, they always like to do it justice. A selection of packages is available to choose from. It has been 9 months since our wedding day 5/10/2025 and we still do not have our full wedding album. Brandy has been promising the delivery of our photos since August of 2025 and ...
never followed through on any of the promises she made. She never proactively followed up with us on the status of our photos or how this delay even came about. She only responded once every so often after repeated texts, emails and phone calls were made. As of early December she has completely stopped responding to any attempt at following up with her and went as far as to block me on instagram. It took bringing this issue public to get her to respond. She sent emails to me and some of the other brides affected saying she will have our photos to us this week. Regardless of if she actually follows through on her word this time, her lack of empathy, professionalism and communication is why I am writing this review in hopes to bring awareness to any future couples looking for a photographer for their special day.

cording to our contract, photos were to be delivered within 8–10 weeks, but that timeframe passed long ago. Over the past several months, Brandy gave multiple promised delivery dates, all of which came and went without the photos being delivered.
Communication became increasingly difficult. After months of patience, I called on October 30 and my call went straight to voicemail. I left a message stating it would be my final attempt before taking legal action. She then texted saying her editor would deliver the photos by the end of the week—once again, that did not happen.
Because of the ongoing lack of communication and failure to deliver per the contract, I hired an attorney who sent a formal demand letter and attempted to contact her multiple times. She did not respond. I then received an email from Brandy on January 3, 2026. In her email, she had to ask/confirm with me that I didn’t have rehearsal dinner coverage with her… Seriously?? You would think she could look back at our contract to see if I booked her for our rehearsal dinner (which I did not). In her email, she also told me she was “making sure everything is being sent out that she has for me”….. I have never received anything from her still to this day.
This has been an extremely disappointing and stressful experience. Wedding photos are irreplaceable, and not receiving them after paying in full and waiting months beyond the contract timeline has been devastating. I would strongly encourage future couples to proceed with caution.

ut after nearly nine weeks, we still haven’t received our photos despite being repeatedly told they would arrive “tomorrow” or “early next week,” a promise that was broken five different times. I tried to be patient and understanding, but communication was consistently lacking; it often took multiple messages just to get a response, and three attempts to schedule my bridal session went unanswered. After months of delays, no photos, and ultimately losing our retainer, we decided to part ways and still have not heard back from her. I truly wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, but based on our experience, I cannot recommend her services, as the lack of communication, reliability, and follow-through simply isn’t worth the risk.

Despite our repeated requests, Brandy has failed to give us even a rough estimate of when we can expect to receive our photos, and she has ignored our last several attempts to follow up entirely. We have remained patient and understanding for the last several months, but the delay, in addition to Brandy’s lack of responsiveness throughout this time, has simply become unreasonable. Thus, we regretfully cannot recommend working with her at this time.

l never go out of style. We still look back at our pictures and simply can't pick a favorite because they are all so amazing. At our wedding, I forgot to bring our invitation suite for photos, but Brandy still captured gorgeous detail shots of our vow books, shoes, perfume/cologne, and other accessories.
