gave a deposit) a lot was left to be desired. Emails would often take up to a week to be answered and little help was given when we were having trouble designing the ceremony decor. I was very firm in saying no colored flowers anywhere, especially pink - only white, cream, and greenery- and just a “hint of blush” was to be used in the bridesmaids bouquets. The morning of the wedding the bridesmaid bouquets arrived and were very bright pink. Her assistant advised that there were pink flowers throughout the venue as well and asked if they should be removed. As a result, several centerpieces did not look finished. There were other items that were not done per agreed in the contract as well, but the pink flowers were the biggest and most noticeable problem. Luckily, my bouquet and two other arrangements were beautiful and done as desired. When I emailed Jennifer to find out what happened to the curtains used on bridal patio, she advised she had returned to the venue to take them down and threw them out, indicating they were damaged. Since all items used (and paid for) during the wedding were ours to keep, their condition should have been up to us to judge. When I emailed Jennifer addressing this and the other problems, I got no response. As a result, I cannot recommend her services to other brides.

My flowers--from bouquet to centerpieces and everything in between-- were FLAWLESS! I used small lanterns for the centerpieces and larger lanterns for ceremony decor. Jennifer turned empty vessels into complete works of art. It was exactly what I had imagined and everything I could have wanted. We received so many compliments on these (some people thought the flowers were fake they were so beautiful!). It was a pleasure working with Jennifer & I am so beyond happy with the results!

We are especially grateful that she stayed much longer than intended the day of the wedding as the weather was very iffy and it wasn't decided until quite last minute that we would still be able to have the ceremony outside. initially hired failed to meet our needs. Jennifer was willing to work with us last minute. We already had a concept on what the ceremony and reception décor would be. Jennifer was extremely flexible and worked with our budget. She had some good ideas on which flower could be substituted to lower the cost. The arrangements turned out to be gorgeous! The red roses were so bright and the bouquets were so beautiful! She quoted us for a swag for the gazebo but she and Chris ended up making us a beautiful lush garland for the same price! The garland was just so lovely! It became a beautiful backdrop during the ceremony. She made us beautiful flower pomanders, which she placed on the vases during the reception. The guests were so happy they were able to take the arrangement home. Our boutonnieres were wonderfully done and really complemented our suits. We are beyond happy we found Jennifer. She is very artistic with a lovely personality to boot!

When we went into Branford Flower Shop we met with Jennifer and showed her our ideas for types of flowers we liked and ideas for bouquets and centerpieces. Before we mentioned our budget she recommended a less expensive flower to subsitute one of our choices that was very expensive. I thought that was so nice of her to not try to push the more expensive flowers. When we did tell her our budget she came up with a plan that worked within it. We found her a year before our wedding so throughout that time I changed my mind a few times and every single time she was responsive and came back with an updated budget no questions asked. The day of the wedding I was so impressed our bouquets were gorgeous and the centerpieces were more then I could have imagined! Jennifer was sweet to work with, did an amazing job with the flowers and came in within budget - couldn't ask for much more then that!
