Where can we begin...Brasato was recommended to us by our wedding venue, we booked them without even having tried the food. We had seen pictures of events they catered and had read...
their menus and that sold it for us! When we went for our tasting we were blown away, it was very hard to decide what we wanted to serve for appetizers and main dishes. I’m pretty sure I could eat all their chicken dishes every day and be happy! Guests raved about our wedding food, and were shocked at the quality and flavor combinations. We had a lot of guests tell us that they could not finish their main dish because the appetizers were out of this world and they filled up on them. Their staff was amazing, Melissa was so accommodating with our food allergies and requests, and was fun to talk to. She even gave us snacks during our reception before they started their long drive home! While we are not planning another wedding, we are looking for a way to use Brasato as a caterer again. And we are so lucky because their food truck frequents our wedding venue and we are able to go get a taste of their food on those days! We would recommend Brasato for any event you plan without hesitation, you will not be disappointed!

ptions for guests with allergies. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the tasting was awesome! At the wedding, they made sure the amazing appetizers were readily available. The buffet was set up well, the food was always hot, and trays were consistently replaced before they were empty. There was a staff member there to assist anyone with questions and help people with special dietary needs find food that would agree with them. We had numerous guests raving that it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding, and we’re still hearing about it over 2 weeks later! Brasato went above and beyond to provide top notch service from start to finish, we are very grateful we didn’t have to worry about a thing and that all the food was such a hit! My only regret was not getting to enjoy more of the appetizers. We would highly recommend Brasato to anyone and everyone, it was a fantastic experience!
