ood that combined my husband's Hindu heritage with my family's Italian background - including many restrictions like no beef, pork and no egg in the vegetarian dishes. s (at no charge) to make sure she’d be all set for our wedding day. We had a wonderful menu, with a cheese and fruit display (that my family is still talking about), a bruschetta bar with three kinds of bruschetta, three passed appetizers, two salads, two entrees, two sides, and three desserts. All the food was delicious and we got so many compliments on it at the wedding and for days after. Don’t skip the dark chocolate salted caramel torte.
Elyse also had a lot of great staff working for her, including an event captain, who made sure to get all our details sorted out before the wedding, and a woman named Ashley who went above and beyond at the wedding to make sure we were well taken care of. Elyse was less formal than many caterers we spoke with but delivered outstanding food and outstanding service for us.
