Oscar catered his “Paella Live” at my home for my father’s 90th birthday celebration. Watching him prepare and serve the paella was as impressive and entertaining as any cooking show on television! It was hands down THE BEST PAELLA ever, and Oscar and his helpers were so polite, kind, and sincere, truly a good man. Thanks Oscar for making my party a memorable event my friends and family will talk about for years!
