get to know us as a couple and what our vision was for our entire wedding weekend. From finding vendors, gathering quotes, communicating our wants and needs, she was there for us whenever and however we needed her. She is incredibly organized and communicated with us as much or as little as we needed. She always worked around our schedules and made sure that we were enjoying being engaged instead of stressing over wedding planning. She made sure to be on all vendor calls and even made multiple trips to our venue to get a feel for the space and make recommendations for the flow of events we wouldn’t have thought of without her involvement. Sonya took over all vendor communications the last month before our wedding, and it allowed us to get excited and prepare our personal touches for the wedding while she dealt with final counts, payment schedules etc. We ran into some vendor miscommunications along the way and Sonya helped us navigate difficult conversations in a professional and efficient manner. Every single one of our vendors reached out to us to tell us what a joy Sonya was to work with. Just when we thought Sonya couldn’t get any better we arrived at our wedding weekend. Her presence was calming when nerves were running high. She kept our day and weekend on schedule. She handled any and all issues that arose before we even knew about them. She took care of us, as well as our friends and family. She also brought Sara along to assist with day of coordination and they were an excellent team. Sara was able to sense when we needed a break and was always nearby with a full drink, a bottle of water words of encouragement. Sonya even spotted an extra special photo opportunity right after our dinner and got our photo and video teams together to sneak us out for a few moments after dinner. Her eye and attention to every detail of the day are unmatched. My husband and I teared up on our mini moon days later thinking about how much Sonya means to us and what a difference she made. She truly became a friend to us both throughout the 9 months we worked with her. I truly cannot recommend her enough, this was easily the best money spent on any vendor we worked with.

This was the absolute best wedding imaginable to end to 2025 season. Thank you for trusting me to assist in your wedding. I feel so lucky to have met the two of you and to have brought your wedding vision to life. Not every couple stays up until 3am singing Wicked.. but thats the kind of party I want to be involved in!!!
