Breath of Fresh Air Events

My partner and I started the wedding planning process believing that we didn’t need to hire a planner, but with just two months to go before the event, we decided we could use the help. Frankie was incredibly accommodating of our needs, giving us access to all her online planning tools while still tailoring her services (and pricing) to what we were looking for. Though we had already booked all our vendors by the time we signed on with BoFA Events, the checklists we received in conjunction with Frankie’s coordination of our final details made the event come together perfectly. We had such an amazing time at our wedding and a lot of that can be attributed to the care and attention to detail Frankie and her team put into coordinating everything that day!

e's so much stress in general with weddings and it was such a gift to not have to worry about the little details. I also used BOFA for our flowers and decor which was such a great decision. Everything turned out absolutely beautiful and their pricing is super reasonable. Not only is Frankie worth every penny, she is an absolute joy to work with. She was going to be on vacation the rest of the week, but she immediately hopped on a call with me to get all of the details, she got me plugged in to the wedding planning website, and she even came by to meet with us just to make sure she knew exactly what would be going on the day of our wedding because she wanted to take the pressure off of our shoulders. She even came up with an extremely detailed timeline for each of our vendors to know exactly where they needed to be and what they needed to be doing within a night! We can not thank her enough, because she even changed her travels plans to come back early just to make it to our rehearsal, and she absolutely ran the show and showed us the ropes because we had no idea how to direct our huge bridal party and family members. If we hadn't had practice with her guidance, it absolutely would have been a mess! The day of our wedding, we felt so so soooo relieved to have had Frankie to be our point person for all of the vendors and questions, and she would continuously check on the both of us. We didn't have to think about any of the small details anymore and we just enjoyed our time with our guests which was the most important to us. A ton of people don't see the worth of having a coordinator, but it made a world of difference to us, and the wedding would never everrrr have run as smoothly had it not been for Frankie's guidance. She took the time to get to know our bridal party and family members, and she made sure everyone was taken care of. She knew exactly all the details and even grabbed all our supplies early on to set up the welcome table, welcome sign, seating chart, and name cards ahead of time. Even though our wedding was fairly simple, it still had a ton of moving parts, and Frankie helped everything to run so seamlessly that we absolutely know that we owe the wedding day to her hard work! She is amazing, and I would recommend her to anyone who wants a wedding day that will run smoothly! You can tell she absolutely loves what she does and that she is so incredibly dedicated to your specific wedding day and and making it special for you and your loved ones!

uet. Instead, I paid $85! They did my ceremony flowers, the arch, the bouquets, and boutenneirs... table flowers. They listend to what look I was going for and executed it. I loved everything. My guests were able to take the flowers/centerpiece home too. I was going to do fake flowers, Im so glad I went with the real thing. It was worth it and it didnt break my wallet. Frankie, is able to work within your budget and make it look classy!
