We got married at Ten Mile Station on July 25, 2021 and we couldn’t have asked for anything better from the whole process. We originally weren’t sure about Keystone or Breck, and worked with one person to look at availability for venues at both locations. Once we booked, they were so helpful to add on a brunch at another venue. When we thought we were going to have to downsize for COVID, they helped look at options to host our other events around the wedding so we would still meet our minimum (luckily we didn’t have to go that route!). Leading up to the wedding, they were super communicative around COVID changes that were needed.
They kept telling us the TMS staff are the best, and if our wedding was any indication, that is definitely true! All the food was a hit with the guests - from the cocktail hour to dinner to late night snacks.
Most importantly, our venue was a dream. It was so special to get married in a place that we go so often (in the winter!) and get to share a bit of beautiful Colorado with our loved ones.
Our wedding was held at Sevens in August and we were extremely happy with the day! The view was spectacular, the food amazing and the staff very attentive to our needs. The only challenge was that our guest shuttle didn't arrive as planned even after we had followed up earlier in the day so I recommend triple checking with the coordinator if you're planning to have guests picked up.
Got married September 2017 at Ten Mile Station and the wedding reception was a DREAM. Ten Mile station has the views that you want with the beautiful rustic setting. Being a lodge, you can make it as elegant as you want. If you're looking for a mountain wedding, this place is stunning!!! It is quite expensive, but 1. Ten Mile Station is literally ON the Breckenridge mountain! and 2. if you're willing to pay for it, you'll get an amazing location. Amy Russo was very responsive, and I had *MANY* questions, and she was willing to work with me for any specific accommodations. It is really a one stop shop for a good set of things in your checklist: ceremony and reception venue (and rehearsal the day before!) in one, it also inclides: tables, chairs, linens, silverware, glassware, ready-rooms, backup site, transportation to/from Breck hotels, catering and beverages, bartenders and servers; what I'm saying is booking them means your wedding is 1/3 planned! :) Aside from the table decorations, we added uplighting in the reception area and it really did give it an extra oomph of elegance in contrast with the rustic wooden lodge. Guests are still talking about the location and the sunset, and how beautiful everything was was. And the wedding photos came out incredible - plus if you really want that ski lift photo, this is the place ;)
Mountain Thunder Lodge was perfect for a small destination wedding! Amy was extremely responsive and very helpful with all of our questions over the months. The food and drinks were great and we received lots of compliments! We had a farewell brunch the next day at the same location and the food and staff were great! Thanks for the wonderful memories and making our day so special!!
Aug 2017 - Ten Mile Station
Wedding could not have been any perfect! Planning was a little complicated noting it was a destination but the Breckenridge Resort team was very helpful and answered our 1,000 questions. Cation that you consider if a hotel block is really worth it, as several of my friends wanted to stay at Air B&Bs or VRBOs. So just keep that in mind, as I ended up having guests all over Breck which was a little complicated for shuttles, gift bags etc. Venue is outstanding, food is great and beverages were delicious. Highly recommend for a mountain top view!
if you're looking for a place to sicken your guest and cause a mad dash to the restrooms - this spot is for you. All of our guest who ordered the chicken became ill and had to leave early because of constant bowel evacuations. Initially, Vail Resorts said they wanted to make this right. After a health department inspection found critical health violations for failing to hold cold temperature and for spoilage they became very defensive, simply asking us not post reviews about this because it was bad PR for them. While we loved our wedding, the customer service has been reprehensible since then. They then said well it was probably just altitude sickness, which somehow caused only the guest who ate chicken to become ill. Very disappointed in their handling of this situation and very abrasive and rude response.

An incredible place to get married. The views cannot be beat. Everyone was blown away by the location. My one piece of advice would be to have some type of oxygen for guests - we bought a few canisters the day before and people were definitely using them since dancing at that altitude can be rough and most of our guests were from out of state.
Ten Mile Station is truly one of the most spectacular locations to have your wedding, especially if you are looking for that rustic mountain feel. The ceremony patio is outside with the Ten Mile mountain range as your backdrop. There is also a gorgeous garden at the edge of the patio, it pops beautifully in the middle of July. The reception venue is a mountain lodge with rustic décor and is connected to the ceremony patio. Not to mention, Breckenridge itself is an absolutely stunning mountain town. Our guests could not stop raving about our venue and its location being tucked away in the mountains! The food was fantastic and our catering manager, Katie, was very accommodating and helpful on the days leading up to the wedding. The staff on our wedding day was very attentive, friendly, and did everything they could to make our day seamless. I would definitely recommend Breckenridge Resort and Ten Mile Station for your wedding!
Amy is fabulous, she was very accommodating and responsive. The service on our wedding day was flawless everyone was friendly and went out of their way to help when something came up. The food was also great! Not your normal drab wedding food. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Breckinridge Resorts to anyone.
Amy was prompt with communication and answering our questions. She represents a professional venue and our interactions were reassuring for planning from afar. The site was stunning and the meal, bar, and reception were handled very professionally. The staff and service was great.
As the bride and groom, after paying a large sum of money to a venue and after months of emails, phone calls, and contracts we expected a much better performance.
The staff at Ten Mile Station in Breckenridge were rude, unprofessional and unattentive to issues that came up.
Our banquet order was wrong, something that was discussed incessantly with the coordinator there. The banquet manager and her bar staff were rude to our guests and to us as the bride and groom. An unprofessional "what do you expect me to do" approach.
The food was sub par for what we paid for, as the bride I couldn't even look at the disgustingly gray ahi tuna they served me.
Overall, unimpressed. The venue is a beautiful location, but you can do much more with much better customer service elsewhere.
What an amazing place!!! For starters, the location alone is just perfect. You walk right out the back doors and you're literally just steps away from the slopes, another lodge, with a restaurant attached and the gondola; which can take you down to town or to another lodge with dining and ski options. The rooms are clean and updated. We had a 1-bedroom and all the rooms have a full kitchen and we had 2 full bathrooms as well. I absolutely loved my stay there and the convenience of everything. They have free shuttle service that will pick you up and drop you off, to anywhere in town. The shuttles were always very quick and the drivers were very friendly. The front desk staff was also very friendly and accomidating, when we needed a late check-out (due to the time of our flight). The resort if up on the mountain, so the views are just stunning!!! Great place to visit
We originally had a venue site all set a month after we got engaged, but then 5 months before the wedding the site informed us they would not have their liquor license so we would have to hire a bar tending service. That was the final straw. we were at that point having to bring in everything ourselves even down to renting dishes. We ended up getting a refund and choosing breckenridge hospitality group and we were ver happy we did. The package was all inclusive from the linens to the dishes to the cutlery to the service. And everything was perfect on the day of the wedding. They kept everything running smoothly, the service was great and the food was seasoned and prepared well and that is coming from my husband who is a classically french trained chef. We also got a complimentary room the night of the wedding and we were able to chose were on the resort we wanted to stay. We would highly recommend breckenridge hospitality
We booked a block of rooms through this hotel for our wedding and it worked out great. The contracting was a little tedious and they messed up so we had to add a few addenda to the contract, but it worked out great in the end. We liked that it allowed us to reserve hotel rooms and various sized condos, parking was free, everyone said their rooms and condos were amazing and the front desk was helpful to us(allowing us to leave things for pick up by others, including boxes, keys, parking passes). Also, very central location which meant wedding guests could walk all over downtown. Overall, a pretty easy experience!
When we saw this Breckenridge venue on Peak 9 of the resort, we knew it was the perfect place for our ceremony/reception! It has gorgeous views of the Rocky Mountains, and has a quaint, yet classy feel. Our venue coordinator the day of the wedding(Jenn L) was awesome, and very accommodating with last minute requests! The venue itself was great, at a reasonable price. However, beware! You have to go through Breckenridge Resorts Catering for reception food/beverages, and that's where the big costs really add up.
Awesome food, and awesome people to work with. It was an amazing, flawless day. I couldn't have wished for anything else.
If you want to get married not just in the mountains but literally on the mountain, Ten Mile Station is like a dream come true. The views are amazing and the natural decor of the lodge inside and out gives you a true rustic Colorado feel. The venue plants gorgeous flowers and hanging baskets all around the outside so you can literally leave the outside ceremony as is if you want. The staff was so friendly and accomodating for all of our guests and our guests were continually impressed all night. They kept us on time and everything went smooth from start to finish. You pay the price when it comes to the food and beverages but I found the prices competitive with a lot of the other Colorado mountain loations. If I had to do it all over again, I would absolutley choose Ten Mile Station again!
We are big skiers and fell in love with this venue and the location. It is on Breckenridge Mountain and the views are amazing. The staff was wonderful and really helped keep us at ease. On the day of our wedding, the manager was fantastic and stepped into action when my husband realized we were missing a few boutonnieres. She made them from scratch! Our food was great, service was wonderful, and they really worked well with our other venders. It is pricy but was worth it.
Our reception venue was located on teh ski mountain of Breckenridge Ski Resort. Our ceremony, dining, and dancing all took place with a mountain backdrop and an intimate and romatic setting.;Weather is always a risk when getting married outside in Colorado in the summer. We had a tent covering the back half of the patio so rain would not prohibit guests from being outside.
