Bree grew up around film cameras and soon fell in love with the art of freezing heartwarming moments in time. She began her photography career when she was 17 and now has over 14 years of experience in the wedding industry. After a session, she hand-edits every photo, giving every moment the special attention they deserve.
After your first consultation, Bree Lea Photography will help you select a package that best suits your vision and budget. Bree will then personalize a timeline that best suits your schedule. Full-day coverage, a second photographer, and travel options are some of the many services she offers to meet your needs and wants.
Elopements typically start at $2,000 for 4 hours, and does custom quotes for smaller days, and goes up by the hours the couple envisions needing for their wedding day. Full Wedding days starting at 6 hours start at $3,000.

I am one of those people who just LOVE weddings. 2025 will be my 16th year of shooting weddings, YUP, I have been doing the Cha Cha slide and capturing love from the starting age of 17. I have grown up doing what I love. As a photographer, I love capturing the happiest moments for my couples and feeling satisfied that my brides can look back at how beautiful their wedding was. I want all of my clients to have photos where they feel beautiful, confident, and timeless.
I am based in Columbus Ohio, but LOVE and travel often for my weddings all over. I also have a passport so we are good to go.

Bree is an incredible photographer. She is so talented, kind, and passionate about the work that she does! She did two of our friends weddings and was such a joy as a wedding guest and member of the wedding party that I knew that she had to be our photographer when we got engaged. Bree Lea Photography was THE BEST investment we ever made for our wedding. The photos speak for themselves but what you don’t see is her incredible work behind the scenes & behind each photo, which is just as paramount and well worth the investment.
Their communication style was concise, transparent and efficient, as they continuously checked in with us throughout the planning process. She was very assertive in her communication with us and others in the best way of directing and in the kindest, most professional way, for getting stuff done, to capture all that we wanted for our day, while also allowing us flexibility. We cannot emphasize enough her professionalism and kindness. The quality of their work was phenomenal - it was incredible, going beyond our already high expectations. Bree kept us on schedule, expertly directing everything from the timing of events to the photos and who needed to be involved in said photos, and being detailed oriented. She went above and beyond in more ways than we could have imagined, making our wedding day truly special. She also did our engagement photos and though it was edited a bit differently than our wedding photos (engagement was fall/winter time & wedding in spring/summer), they were perfectly edited with the type of background. Our videographer flopped a bit with some of our events, but thanks to Bree, we got so many beautiful and genuine moments captured that I’m forever grateful for. The groom (my husband) was first skeptic of the price we were paying but once our wedding day came, he was amazed - she was literally the best investment out of everything we spent that day… and THEN we saw the photos which proved even more how well worth it and great of an investment it was. We cannot recommend Bree Lea Photography highly enough to both family and friends and strangers. I cannot explain how amazing it was working with Bree! She is such an incredible photographer and an incredible person. She was our wedding photographer and also did our engagement shoot. I was so nervous before, but Bree makes you feel so calm and comfortable. She knows what works in photos and what doesn't and she's also great at helping you find the perfect pose. Bree has the gift of being able to capture memorable moments as they happen. When we got our pictures back we were blown away at how she was able to tell the story of our wedding through beautiful photos, Bree put at us ease and truly brought out our personalities. She traveled to Chicago for our engagement photos and had a keen eye for which poses and settings would be best for our photos. She was fun and lighthearted on our wedding day, but knew how to get through our wedding party and family photos quickly and painlessly so we could get to joining the party! We loved the candid photos of the reception as we were able to see and treasure our loved ones dancing and enjoying the party. She expertly guided us through making a photo schedule that fit what we wanted from the day, and her experience was extremely helpful as we felt we wouldn’t have known where to start. We are now 9 months married and still look back at our photos often that captured our wedding day so beautifully! We are so grateful we were able to have Bree document our big day and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

Bree was the perfect choice for our intimate courthouse elopement! As someone who also works in the wedding industry, I can tell you Bree is an expert at her craft and makes your experience stress free and enjoyable. She knew exactly what locations to recommend for the vision we wanted for our photos and made sure our time was being used most efficiently to get all of the shots we wanted! Bree was the best photographer I could have asked for for our wedding. She was not only super efficient, professional, and patient (especially with our groomsmen) but she was the most helpful person of the day. If you’re a bride like I was, super unaware of what a typical wedding timeline looks like, and possibly a little stressed about how the day should flow, Bree is the perfect photographer for you! Like most people, I found sorting through vendors stressful and overwhelming. But once we had our first consultation with Bree, no one else even came close to being in the running for us . She is professional, punctual, detail oriented, friendly, and an absolute dream to work with! Her experience as a photographer really showed throughout the entire process. She listened to all the things that were important to us as a couple in terms of the style and type of photography we wanted for our wedding. She helped us create a Pinterest board with shot ideas and helped us navigate every step of the process, no matter how simple or complicated our questions were. She gave great advice about posing, background, and lighting to consider and because we met her ahead of time through a mini session, we were able to be so much more relaxed on our actual wedding day. She also helped us create specific shot lists and really stay focused so that big group photos didn't feel uncomfortable or take an unnecessarily long amount of time. She was able to capture every key moment we wanted during the day, as well as moments we might have missed during the reception that we just wouldn't have seen otherwise. We both absolutely loved working with her, which is pretty high praise from two people who don't always feel comfortable in front of a camera !! And you can tell she genuinely enjoys her work and knows how to put others at ease with her fun ideas and easy conversation. We will definitely be using her in the future!

There are good photographers, great photographers, and then there's Bree. Wedding's can be stressful, overwhelming things (I know too well, this isn't my first rodeo), and Bree took all headaches out of the day. From her professional planning, photo ideas, and rapid-fire answering of our questions, to her handling of difficult family members /guests at the wedding, we couldn't have been happier with her services. She even got both my kids to smile for multiple photos ... like a "real" smile! But the icing on top of the (well photographed) cake is she is such a sweet, genuine person, both the wife and I made the comment that we would've invited Bree to our wedding even if she wasn't the photographer! Also, it should be said, her pictures are amazing. I normally hate how I look, and I've been showing the pictures she took of my dumb face to everyone I come across. I honestly love everyone one of them!

We’re been working with Bree for about 2 years at this point and could not imagine having anyone else with us to capture our big day. Bree has such an attention to detail and really takes the time to review your mood boards/inspo before the big day so that you get exactly what you want. She is externally organized and had our time line down to a tee, even reminding us of our timeline on the big day. When it came to picking a photographer I wanted to make sure we picked someone who would do a good job capturing us as a couple and our wedding day since the photos will be what helps us remember everything. Bree exceeded our expectations and did an AMAZING job. I highly recommend getting your engagement photos done with her first. This allows you two as a couple to get comfortable in front of the camera and with Bree. This made a big difference in our wedding day photos. Bree helped us create our wedding day timeline and made sure everyone stayed on track. She was a major part of making our day run smooth and stress free.
