10/10 — we truly could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator and florist team!
Courtney and her sister Heather were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We honest...
ly knew NOTHING about weddings going into this, and Courtney guided us through every single step. She was always available when we had questions, took care of so many details behind the scenes, and made the entire process feel so much less overwhelming. They were also incredibly accommodating with our budget and worked with us to make everything beautiful without making us feel pressured to spend more. Heather did an incredible job with the florals , everything looked absolutely beautiful and was exactly what we envisioned. Courtney went above and beyond in so many ways. She even took photos and videos throughout the wedding day for us and created social media content without charging us extra, which was such an unexpected and amazing bonus. We were so grateful to have those little moments captured right away!
Most importantly, they genuinely cared about making our wedding day special and stress-free. We were able to actually enjoy our wedding because we knew everything was being taken care of. If you’re looking for someone who is organized, responsive, talented, flexible, and truly goes above and beyond, we cannot recommend Courtney and Heather enough. They were absolutely incredible and we would choose them again in a heartbeat! 10/10!

efore our wedding at Bali Hai and was always willing to help with our non-traditional ideas and make them happen. She made our wedding day completely seamless, and we were able to relax and enjoy every minute knowing she had everything handled.
We also had the pleasure of working with Heather Dahl as our florist, and she was equally wonderful! Heather brought our vision to life so beautifully and was incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process.
We are so grateful to have worked with both Courtney and Heather through Breezy Day. They truly went above and beyond, and we could not recommend them more! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Courtney is incredible. She made our wedding day so much more enjoyable; she constantly checked in on us, made sure we were hydrated, and was basically a third photographer for us ...
(without ever interrupting the flow)! Our dogs loved her. She spent the whole day just doing a million things anticipating our needs and those of our guests (found the dogs some grilled chicken since they hadn’t eaten all day, brought them cups of water, found a high chair for a baby, bustled my wife’s dress)
And before the wedding she was so helpful in keeping us sane. We were super worried about the weather on our wedding but her optimistic & positive energy brought a sense of calm. Her response speed is also unmatched - she responded instantly whether through text or email. With Courtney, we knew we were in good hands and felt confident the day would flow smoothly! She took care of all the little details and we are super grateful for everything she did for us. Thank you Courtney! If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator - she’s the best out there!!

When it came to our wedding day, Courtney was an absolute lifesaver! Everything ran so smoothly thanks to her thorough communication, organization, and consistent follow-up. It allowed us to truly enjoy our day without having to worry about all the little details happening behind the scenes. We are so grateful for everything she did to help make our wedding day so special!

urer, she was everything we thought we needed and so much more.
She truly created the wedding of my dreams. Her incredible attention to detail allowed me to fully relax and be present on our wedding day, knowing everything was taken care of. She made sure we had plenty to eat and drink, captured some of our favorite photos and moments from the day, and somehow managed to control the chaos as the party kicked off.
Courtney brought such a calm and reassuring presence while effortlessly managing every detail behind the scenes. We genuinely don’t know what we would have done without her. She went above and beyond in every way, and we are so grateful she was such an important part of our wedding day.
I wish I could give 10+ stars. From the very first day of planning to the very last minute of our wedding day, Courtney was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to make...
sure we felt prepared, organized and confident. She kept us on track throughout the entire planning process and always made sure we felt supported. As the wedding got closer, she would constantly check in and answer any and all questions we had. She would take so many things off our plate so we could simply enjoy the engagement leading up to the big day. Not to mention, she is so bubbly, energetic and funny. She kept things light, positive and always had a smile on her face which was so helpful when we were stressed! We cannot thank Courtney enough for all her hard work and dedication to making our day the best it could be. She is truly exceptional at what she does and we will forever be grateful!

th her work and efforts! She made the day an absolute breeze by being seamless, attentive, thoughtful, and organized.
From the moment we started working with her, her communication was top-notch! She was incredibly responsive and her responses were always so thorough and thoughtful. She had phenomenal vendor recommendations and provided awesome ideas to incorporate for the wedding.
Since she specializes with The Thursday Club, she knew the in's and out's of how to navigate and make use of the venue, helping us envision the big day and plan accordingly. She was stellar during the rehearsal day, making us all feel welcomed and guiding us through the day. On the wedding day, she was so attentive to us, making sure we had drinks and food, and updating us on schedule and vendor updates. She also set up decorations so well, better than I had envisioned, and she was so patient and thoughtful of my guests and vendors alike, checking in on every single person. At the end of the wedding day, she quietly packed everything back up and helped store it away, taking away the headache of clean-up. She really made the day so special and we could not thank her enough.
PLUS, she even took candid shots of us and made the cutest Instagram post (photos and videos). So thoughtful!

the guests were amazed at how smoothly and natural the flow felt! Besides this, she also made sure we had a drink in hand when we requested, had food served to us at our table, and kept us on schedule! For The Thursday Club she let us send her unlimited emails and coordination texts/calls and it was super helpful! Highly recommend Courtney.

t above and beyond to help us every step of the way. From selecting vendors, setting up and moving décor, to even bustling my dress (no easy task with a ballgown on the beach!), she truly did it all.
She made our wedding absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her enough. Not only is she incredible at her job, but she also has such a great personality. She handled so many different personalities and an insane number of moving pieces with total grace.
She even met us with our specialty drinks at multiple stressful moments throughout the day—which was very much appreciated! At the end of the night, she also helped bring everything back to our rooms so we could keep celebrating without worrying about anything.
If you’re planning a wedding, book Courtney—you absolutely need her! Thank you so, so much for everything, Courtney! 🤍

redible: kind, calming, and truly a “yes” person who puts you at ease during both the planning process and the high-energy emotions of your wedding day.
She was always just a quick email away—super responsive, helpful, and full of great advice whenever we needed it. On the day of our wedding, she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran seamlessly, allowing us and our guests to fully relax and enjoy every moment.
She also made sure we were taken care of throughout the day—fed, hydrated, and yes, even with a drink in hand when we needed it! One of the most special touches was that she captured behind-the-scenes photos and videos, giving us a glimpse into moments we otherwise would have missed before our professional photos were ready.
We truly cannot recommend Courtney enough. Be sure to check out their Instagram @breezydayweddings to see her amazing work!

I could go on forever about how game-changing Courtney was, but the biggest thing was how easy she made the big day. We had to think about NOTHING but enjoying every moment. She kept the night moving, had us be where we needed to be, brought us drinks and food, and did it all with the biggest smile.
Don't hesitate for a moment to hire Courtney to coordinate your wedding.
Courtney and Heather are an absolute dream team! Courtney is so knowledgeable, experienced, and organized. Her communication is timely and she makes herself available to answer any...
questions we had, no matter how insignificant they seemed. Her enthusiasm helped keep us excited, even through the exhaustion, stress, and decision-fatigue that comes with wedding planning, and she had great recommendations to help guide us throughout the process. Courtney made us feel genuinely cared for and was the reason we could show up to our wedding feeling calm, happy, and able to fully enjoy the special day. Heather made our vision for a wintery wedding come to life in the most amazing way. She is incredibly creative and her passion for her art shines through. My wedding bouquet brought tears to my eyes, and our guests told us repeatedly how gorgeous everything was. I cannot recommend Breezy Day enough!
At every step of the planning process Courtney from Breezy Day went above and beyond to make our wedding a success. We truly could not have done it without her!! Courtney was respo...
nsive to all of our (many) questions and also was proactive in making sure that all the little and big details that we hadn’t thought of were taken care of. Courtney was organized and knowledgeable and at the same time so positive, kind and a lovely person to work with. She took a lot of time to meet and chat with us ahead of the wedding and everything went seamlessly the day of. She also has some wedding materials like table numbers, card boxes that we were able to borrow which saved us a few hundred dollars on things we probably would have got rid of after. We could not have a imagined a better wedding coordinator and would highly recommend her to anyone for their big day. Thank you so much Courtney for coordinating such a perfect evening!
Loved working with Courtney from start to finish. Easy to talk to anytime, very quick in her communication, thank you so much for everything!
Courtney came highly recommended by a friend and I’m so thankful that we had the privilege of working with her. She is so organized and responsive. She brought up many things durin...
g the planning phase that I hadn’t even thought of. She communicated with all of the vendors and organized drop off times. The tables were perfectly arranged and she was so sweet with all of the little ones including the flower girl and ring bearer. Her positivity and thoughtfulness were greatly appreciated, minimizing stress during the planning process and on the day of the wedding. We had the BEST day, in large part thanks to Courtney’s excellent work!!!
Courtney and Heather were so incredible - the absolute dynamic duo for coordination and florals. I'd hired Courtney as a day-of coordinator, but she was so much more than that. She...
was with us every step of the way, through picking out vendors, brainstorming activities and guest gifts, and suggesting accommodations for traveling guests all leading up to the Big Day. She even brought things over from her own supply storage, like “reserved” placards, cake stand, and card box! It definitely made it easier to not agonize over the small stuff knowing we could borrow anything. There is no way we would’ve had the dream wedding we got without her help.
The “Breezy Day” experience comes with both expertise and personal, genuine connection. I could tell how much Courtney and Heather love “love”, and love making sure couples get their special moments. Courtney was always ready to answer any silly questions I had (of which there were many - picture me, day-of with half my hair done, frantically texting her about the cake setup and getting a reply in 10 seconds or less). When I started to panic and doubt the bridal party seating arrangements during the rehearsal, she brought me back down with cool professionalism and kept us looking forward. She also texted me pictures she’d taken during the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, which was something I hadn’t even thought to ask but am so excited about, because waiting for the “official” ones to get back is going to take a while!
We not only hired Courtney for her coordination services, but her sister Heather for flowers! We chose to “shop breezy” with their tropical aloha collection, and the arrangements were just the most stunning things I’d seen. I highly recommend getting loose blooms to decorate the cake and the cake table as well - it absolutely tied everything together. Heather also put together mine and the bridesmaid bouquets, the boutonnieres for the men (which were magnets instead of pins - so helpful!), the corsages for the moms, and an adorable flower girl crown for my new niece.
There is no way any other team would’ve made our day as special and as perfect as they did, and I am so unbelievably grateful to them both. Highly recommend!!
We had to hire a day of wedding planner and hiring Courtney was one of the best things that I did for our wedding! Not only was she there on the day, she literally answered hundred...
s of questions before the day, came up with a timeline, organized the other vendors, asked questions that I had not thought of, communicated with the wedding site and seriously just made me feel more confident and way less stressed every time we chatted, emailed or texted. Courtney was there for the rehearsal and tolerated the roudy crowd. She directed us and I didn’t have to think too much and we were able to have a good time and enjoy each other.
On the day, Courtney not only was somehow everywhere, and really took care of everything, she handled new things that I added in the last minute with grace. She checked in, but was not overbearing. She helped with my desire for multiple family pictures, made sure we both had champagne and even helped bustle my dress! At the end of the night somehow everything went from the reception to our room and that was all Courtney! Can’t recommend her enough and was ever so thankful that she was there for us on our wedding day!!
Courtney also knew so many of the vendors that we were working with and our photographer, Linda MacDonald, actually had worked with her before and recommended her and I am so glad she did!
Courtney also takes the greatest pictures on her phone from the rehearsal and wedding day and sends them to you! Total benefit 💕

lute wonders. They not only brought our dream wedding vision to life exactly as we planned, but also gave us the priceless gift of being able to truly relax and be present with our family and friends.
We were initially skeptical about hiring a coordinator, but trust me—this should be the very first priority when planning your wedding. Courtney’s seamless attention to detail, timeliness, and incredible coordination with all our vendors made sure everyone was where they needed to be at exactly the right time. Everything flowed perfectly, and it was stress-free for us.
Thank you again, Breezy Day Weddings, for helping us create a day we’ll cherish forever!
I was recently married and was lucky enough to have Courtney as my wedding coordinator. Without a doubt, she was the best investment of my entire wedding. From the very beginning, ...
she was available to us for any and every question. Every time I reached out about a vendor, timeline, or little detail, she was already one step ahead with the answer. Her quick responses made the entire planning process so much less overwhelming.
I would consider myself an easily stressed person, but Courtney gave me such a sense of peace throughout the entire planning process, especially on the wedding day. She handled every detail flawlessly. If there were any hiccups, I never even knew about them because she had already taken care of them before they could reach me. That alone was priceless!
One of the sweetest surprises was that she took so many behind-the-scenes pictures and videos throughout the day. The candid shots she took were so special to look back on the next day!
Courtney is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, organized, and proactive. She works so well with other vendors and makes sure everyone is on the same page, which keeps the whole day running smoothly. I truly don’t think my wedding would have been nearly as stress-free or as special without her as our coordinator.
If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator, let me say this: please hire Courtney!!! She goes above and beyond in every way, and I cannot recommend her enough!

Courtney is the definition of organized and on top of it all. We had some tricky family dynamics to navigate, and she handled every situation with such grace, kindness, and professionalism. Her calm presence allowed me to fully enjoy my day without any stress.
She knows this industry inside and out, offered amazing recommendations, and give honest, helpful advice every step of the way. I always felt like I was in the best hands. g the wedding together in a way that felt personal and seamless.
Heather handled the florals, and she completely understood the feel I was going for — even when I only had a few reference photos and loose ideas. I sent her pictures of the Marin hills in bloom, and she created something beautiful and unique with that inspiration. The floral arch was stunning, and her idea to run wildflower-inspired arrangements down the center of the tables made it feel like guests were sitting in a field of flowers. She brought the florals to my parents house the next day for our brunch and we were thrilled that we could continue to enjoy the beauty she created.
Courtney managed coordination and was incredibly organized and responsive throughout. She kept track of all the moving parts, made helpful suggestions for how to use the venue, and offered so much of her time — from emails to zoom calls and venue walk throughs. I’m so impressed that we were able to leave her with a truck load of decorations + some loose instructions and arrived to the venue to find it was set up perfectly. She is filled with positive energy and you will always feel her love and support throughout the process!

/7 and her communication with us, as well as all the vendors (catering, photography, music, flowers) was the best I’ve ever seen, including the many corporate events I’ve been involved in. (Even if there was no action item to be done, she always acknowledged our email with a “thumbs up” letting us know she’d read it.) Having never planned a wedding, there were a bunch of things we were nervous about but Courtney was there every step of the way to reassure us. At the wedding and reception, she was on top of everything without ever being intrusive and always with a smile on her face. Given the importance (and expense) of a wedding and reception, you want the very best. You absolutely will not go wrong in choosing Courtney at Breezy Day Wedding. And P.S. Our daughter’s wedding and reception turned out perfect!
Our wedding day was the absolute best thanks to the hard work, professionalism, and kindness that is Breezy Day! I highly recommend adding Courtney and Heather to your vendor team....
Courtney’s coordination services were top notch! She was available to us as soon as we booked, 11 months before our wedding. Her communication is timely, she’s organized, efficient, and extremely kind. She made our day seamless by being calm, keeping us on schedule, and meeting us at the end of the aisle with our signature drinks ;). She made the day look easy and I’ve already recommended her to another bride.
Heather’s floral design was out of the park! Not only did my husband and I love the way everything turned out, our guests were complimenting the arrangements all night! I had a vision and her work absolutely exceeded my expectations. She provided the perfect balance of elegance, romance, and warmth, and transformed the venue in the most beautiful way.
Our wedding day was perfect and Courtney and Heather were a huge part of that. Add them to your team! Thank you, Breezy Day!

Heather provided stunning floral arrangements for our welcome dinner and wedding day. Her arrangements perfectly captured the theme we wanted for our wedding. All our guests raved about the flowers and loved they could take them home - they lasted for weeks! We selected our florals through the Shoppe and the process was seamless. She made the process so easy and stress free! Heather’s familiarity with the venues allowed her to make specific recommendations and locate the arrangements perfectly. We would recommend Heather for any future weddings or special events!

She even hopped on some vendor calls with me! The day of the wedding, she was an absolute rock star. From setting up a large amount of decor, coordinating the bridal party, ensuring all vendors knew where to be, kept us on time, and even packing us up some cake to enjoy at our hotel! She was my right-hand helper all day, and came to the rescue with a band-aid and and shout to quickly help when I cut my finger and it got on my dress. Also, she put together a beautiful video of our day, which was so precious to us, and completely unexpected.
On top of it all, Courtney has an incredibly positive, uplifting attitude that is so special. Her amazing work and personality helped us to have the best day of our lives. We couldn't be more grateful!

We got married last weekend and Courtney, the founder of Breezy Day, was our coordinator. I truly cannot overstate how incredible she was to work with - she made ALL the difference...
in the day and how smooth it yet. We kept a moderate budget for a traditional wedding and did a lot of it with the help of friends and family, and I truly think that the outcome being SO good was partly because of Courtney. She was so well worth adding that line item in our budget.
Her knowledge, sunny and cheerful attitude, efficiency, and thorough attentiveness made it so we could actually enjoy our wedding, instead of worrying about anything else or any little issues. Having a professional makes all the difference. She just made it all happen. If you want to relax on your wedding...she's your gal!
My husband was very hesitant and resistant to having a coordinator and his view on it has completely shifted because of how great she was. She also took some fun photos for us that turned out so cute, and we have those in addition to our photographer and videographer. And, if you're looking into the Thursday Club in Point Loma, she is the preferred coordinator for a reason!!
She really is the best! BOOK HER!
Courtney was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! She went above and beyond as our wedding coordinator, and we are SO thankful for everything she did for us!! From the moment we met Courtney she...
was on top of everything! She made our wedding day and everyday leading up to it so stress free. She was very attentive to all our questions and would hop on a phone call at any time. On our wedding day she made everything move so seamlessly that it was everything we had wished for and more. Her attention to detail is Incredible and her creative vision made our ceremony and reception area absolutely stunning! I was blown away when I saw all the decor in each space, it was exactly what I dreamed of for my wedding day.
Not only did she answer all our questions, run our wedding day perfectly, she also captured our wedding day for us! She took so many photos and videos for us that we are beyond grateful for! I still cry every time I watch the video she made for us! The fact that she did that because her heart is so kind, we will never forget! Courtney has the biggest heart and is the sweetest person you will ever meet!
She has so many talents and can help with any wedding request, design, and questions. Our wedding was not the typical wedding venue as it was at the San Diego Zoo and she was able to orchestrate all our vendors and guests perfectly! Courtney, we want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for Everything you did for us and making our day SO perfect!!!!

, she was so communicative, I miss emailing and texting her! She always replied quickly and effectively and went out of her way to make sure I was feeling at ease. Plus, she took so many photos and videos throughout the wedding it was like having a content creator on top of a coordinator! She handled any issues that arose day of without stressing me out and I had multiple guests come up to compliment her and let us know that she had been doing an amazing job! Plus, I loved that she was there for me before the wedding. I had previously been looking into day of coordinators that only would talk to you a month before the wedding but Courtney was answering all my questions throughout the process! We also used Breezy Day for our flowers, and working with Heather was just as lovely. Our flowers came out absolutely beautiful and it was a super easy process to order from their shoppe, as well as affordable! And we were able to update our order close to the wedding so that we only got exactly what we needed!

had multiple people ask me how I could be so calm on such an important day and my response was continuously, "Oh, Courtney's got this!" Her experience and her friendliness melted away any day of anxieties I had. I could be present in the moment with my friends and family, instead of worrying about all of the behind the scenes tasks that were needed to bring the day together. My other venues even commended us on choosing Courtney to lead the day. She cam got the rescue not once, but twice, when I got makeup all over my dress (MOH wasn't watching me lol). SO easy to talk to and easy to get a hold of, especially as the day approached. I can't say enough great things about Courtney, so I'm hoping this review will persuade some of you to choose her so that your big day is YOURS!
